Very quiet rooms. Central location. Allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated.

Those pump bottles in the bathroom. All of them would only pump a very small amount unless you manually pulled the plunger back up. Obviously these are refilled bottles but it's also obvious that the pump mechanism wears out...it's just plastic parts, not made for long term use. Also, a shelf in the shower would be beneficial I've actually never seen a shower without one.

Nothing really. If nitpicking, just a few things which did not affect our overall stay. —Shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in bathroom were a bit hard to pump —Personally prefer brighter/more lighting in the room

Excellent location. Walking distance to train station, numerous restaurants and bars, fine art museum, architecture museum, shopping, old town, and everything we needed or wanted for a mother & daughter trip in Montreal. The room was comfortable, surprisingly quiet and very clean with a window that actually opened if desired. Two separate beds, a view of the charming street, wonderful staff and a late check out. Also enjoyed the attached restaurant/bar. We’ll be back for a longer stay and the poutine!

Thought the breakfast was included in the booking.com reservation but it was not. Did not try this time.

This was the perfect location for our stay in Montreal, walking distance to all downtown sites and some good restaurants. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. The buffet breakfast was good (if pricey).

A couple of tiny complaints: the beauty products (shampoo, etc) were excellent, but the pumps all needed replacement—all except one would stick, necessitating multiple pumps and resulting in very little soap being dispensed. The minibar fridge is packed full by the hotel and was pretty useless when we wanted to store some take-out food.

Location was excellent for attending an event at the Bell Centre. Buffet breakfast was above average for what you would expect from a hotel hot buffet. Rooms were a decent size, good USB plugs and shelves beside the bed. Seemed to have good soundproofing with no issues with sound getting in to the rooms despite being on the same floor as the gym (i.e. more hallway traffic) and busy due to event at the Bell Centre.

View from the room on the second floor wasn't very nice, and the carpet in the hallway seemed worn and uneven (potential tripping hazard). Parking garage had very tight spaces. Lighting was a bit dark in the rooms.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice. I liked the lotions that are by the sink. The check in and out were easy. Excellent location. I also liked that there was a mini fridge with drinks inside when we arrived.

It is very expensive. When we went for breakfast we were asked to tip the hostess however she didn't serve us, it was self service. I don't understand that expectation. The check in staff was efficient but not friendly.

The location is excellent for those who want to be in the center of the city and walking distance from Bell Center. You can also walk to the old city, but take 20 minutes into account. It was quite cold when I was there, but it was an enjoyable walk. The breakfast is excellent and the staff really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are many restaurants and bars around the hotel. The hotel itself also has a restaurant and bar which is convenient.

There were works on the roof during our stay. The workers started drilling at 7AM or 8AM a few days in a row. The staff at the reception was not aware, when we asked. The problem continued for a few days.

The room was really nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were really nice and helpful especially the breakfast staff and the girl on the desk. She was excellent.

For the price we paid I did not expect to have to pay $1.50 if I wanted more than 2 coffee pods a day. Also I like fresh milk in my coffee and was provided with some the first day - the 2nd day they wanted to change $4 for half a cup of milk. This is not really acceptable for the price of the hotel. I mean it is only coffee and a little milk. Otherwise no complaints but come on sort that out.

The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent - close enough to the Old Town to walk (about 25 minutes) and far enough away from it to experience today's Montreal. The room was a good size. I did not try the breakfast.

I would have preferred a separate table/desk that I could move away from the TV.

The hotel is renovated inside, its clean, staff is friendly, check in and out is a breeze. The location is perfect for downtown and is close to everything. I also like the croissants in the breakfast.

Breakfast is good, but does not vary from one day to another.
