This hotel is in an excellent location, walkable to restaurants, shopping and a quick Uber ride to Old Montreal area. The hotel has a modern, minimalistic design providing a calm atmosphere. It has a comfortable lobby area with a fantastic little coffee shop, Bazin on site. Delicious espresso and pastries. Check-in in was quick and efficient and front desk staff were very pleasant. The hotel rooms scored high for me, very spacious, high ceiling, bright and light, parquet floor, huge bathroom, plenty of counter space and plug/USB outlets. Rooms were very clean. Soundproofing was really good so rooms were nice and quiet. Extra shout out to Federico the doorman, fabulous customer service from him, always friendly and provided assistance whenever we needed. Please recognize this employee.

The only disappointment and area for improvement was the Bar. The barman was pleasant, drinks good, but table service was extremely slow, the service people assisting the bar were chatting away while ignoring us and another couple waiting, took forever to be acknowledged so we could order, and took forever to try and pay, we had to actually get up and go and offer to close out our check.

on a mostly empty floor, we were placed next to the elevator (loud), next to a family with children (loud). but we slept well (thankfully no noise overnight :)). we paid more for a 'higher floor' room but that doesn't yield much (view of the store across the street). that said, we've been looking for a long while for a hotel in montreal that has a good price to value match, and we'll be returning here again.

Reception confused payment system by saying my Canadian account was rejected when in fact the Canadian account emailed me that payment had been made. They asked to use my British account and payment was again taken. This left me feeling unsure of the hotel’s staff and systems. Although in the end it seems the situation was rectified it did leave a sour taste. In addition I had to wait until around 6 pm to access my room and was charged a large additional fee when I left exactly 24 hours later as the checkout should have been earlier. Thus a stay at your hotel is for a single day lasting approximately 17 hours.

We are stayed for 2 nights this hotel,very clean,very modern,and the staff are expectional specially the valet parking,if we're gonna come back to Montreal we will stay this hotel deffenetly again.

Only thing is the television,they should uodated for Netflix,lot of hotel outside of Canada has it

Very nice room big and bright room, love everything about the design comfortable room. I also loved using the gym they only thing is there wasn’t a bathroom available at gym so you have to go to your room if you need to use the toilet.

Little overpriced with only water as complementary.

Julie at the front desk was an ANGEL! Loved her and her energy. So much charisma. Everything was so clean and well decorated. The room was very spacious and comfy.

I wish there was a pool or even just an ice dispenser machine.

I liked how it wasn’t far from attractions or good restaurants and clubs. The staff was nice and respectful.

I didn’t like the limited menus so we only ate at the hotel once and it was just okay.

Excellent location and the staff very friendly. We travled with a small dog and she was treated like royalty

The location is fantastic, right in the center of things. The rooms are very nice, comfortable quiet and for what I had pretty spacious and the price to value seemed appropriate.
