Pool area was very nice, work out room was good

When we arrived, Hilton had no record from Booking that we had reserved the stay. I had the confirmation information on my phone which I showed the manager, who told me I had to call booking. The manager called and found out booking dropped the ball and did not send over our reservation. It was a hassle for a few minutes, however the problem was solved.

The rooms were big and comfortable! There was nice balcony as well that had a beautiful mountain view. The pool area was very nice and clean. We loved that a complimentary breakfast was provided. Each of us received a $25 voucher to the restaurant which saved us a lot of money since we are a family of four. Every staff member was friendly and approachable. They all went above and beyond to provide great service. The location was PERFECT and a very close walk into downtown.

I wish there was a bathroom close to the pool!

Pool bar drinks were not very good (margarita and pina colada). Instead, they should be memorable for the high price. Would have bought many more drinks if they were great. Staff- pool bartender not very friendly to my wife when she asked to have her drink cup filled with water. Very short with her. Facilities - while not California kosher it would be nice to have a smoking location on the property for cigarettes and cigars. Your Hampton inn and suites across town does. Facilities - bed was very hard. Good support but numbed our shoulders each night. Value - I’m sure you hear this often…Parking charges are ridiculous and detract from overall value. Also leave a bad feeling on the way out.

Good location, we came for stagecoach so it was part of our package. We booking an extra night through here. They were accomodating to most of our requests i.e staying in the same room even though it was two bookings. Room was big and spacious, which was perfect as we were a group of 4.

Room was a bit outdated. I know it was stagecoach weekend so prices were upped but it was pretty expensive for one night.

The room was spacious and felt fairly luxurious. The pool and fitness room were good. It's literally right across the street from the casino, for people interested in gambling.

It was fairly expensive, but not out of line with the local prices for nice hotels.

The location was perfect. The facilities were well maintained and every staff member we encountered was extremely kind and helpful.

Unfortunately we found old food in the fridge and the consistency of cleaning times were tricky. Once at 4:30 pm (and we had been out all day) and the next morning at 9:00 am. That said, the rest of the room and bathroom were clean.

Close to airport

We stayed one night to be close to airport with a check in of 9 pm and we left by 4:30 am - room was already higher priced and wanted to add on additional $30 to park - there were so many spots available and the front desk said we had to park in the street or pay $30 - parking on the street was very far away but we decided to not pay as it was the principle of it .

My room was amazing. My pup was welcomed (even in the dining room). The staff was super friendly.

My only issue is my sister had the nasties most ran down room I have ever seen. How my mom and aunt got such amazing rooms and my spouse and I got such amazing rooms. Then my sister and her spouse got the nasties most stained, grimy room. I don’t understand. I don’t even know why that room is still open to guest.

Excellent location. We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and was so appreciative that they were able to check us in early. Great location, minutes walk to everything in Downtown “strip” that we didn’t need to drive. Room is big enough and was clean. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely book again here considering the location and overall experience.

The $30/night for self parking I think is a bit much. There’s street parking available tho.

It was nicely laid out. It had a few shops on sight for light shopping or anything you might have forgot to bring. Starbucks was great for my morning iced Americano. The rooms are clean and roomy. I enjoyed having my own balcony. I rather enjoyed having the little cocktail bar right in the main entry way with a view. Great live entertainment with a small snack menu and sushi, was perfect for a relaxing night in or a cocktail before going out to another restaurant. I had great conversations with not only strangers but the staff as well. Really and over all welcoming and friendly environment.
