I took my boys for a mini-vacation and your hotel made it so memorable for us! Our hotel faced the pool AND the beach!! The staff was top-notch! As a single mom, who came here with my two kids, I was struggling with the cart getting it to the room. Every time a staff person saw me is struggling with the cart, they immediately stopped what they were doing to help me! I also liked that I could get a margarita for myself and just relax at the pool because we were right next to the restaurant!

I don’t think there was anything that we didn’t like about the property! The location was awesome. We got to go to John’s pass, which is only like five minutes away. It was a great time!

Bilmar is doing a great job with recovery after the hurricane. The amenities were great, it was so close (with great view) to the top notch beach (and Turbo was a great beach host!) We had everything we needed for a stay with our 2 and 7 year olds (loved the free beach toys, the kids menus, etc) and all staff was super pleasant. It was also very convenient to all the things (restaurants, Walgreens across the street, Publix close by) so were able to utilize the kitchenette when the kids were exhausted and didn't want to go out. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Still working to recover after hurricane (though it was going well and did not impact our say at all...just looking forward to having more of the resort open/available eventually!)

Beach room, great staff, good food, and drinks at the hotel restaurant. The hotel provides free beach chairs and towels to take to the beach, which is a big plus since we came by plane to Florida. Great location lots of resturants and shops close by. Free parking at the hotel and in the overflow parking.

We stayed on the 3rd floor with a beach view. The only problem was that our room was right above the restaurant area, and the view from the balcony was the top of the restaurant area's roof with a HVAC unit in line with the beach. And when the HVAC unit was running, it was so loud that you could not sit out on the balcony.

Bestest beach location with beautiful multiple pools. Sloppy Joe's is great with food and service. ALL the staff is so warm and friendly. Love this hotel. Clyde the GM is so approachable and friendly. We checked out this morning and have already booked for next stay next year on my birthday. Love love love this resort!!!

I wish the Bilmar website was competitive with online booking groups. They should meet them but they're 300.00 difference for 3 night stay. This is definitely a missed opportunity for them

Love the beach location! The room was nice.

When we opened our room refrigerator to put our soda in, we found leftover food from the previous guest. Obviously the refrigerator had not been cleaned prior to our arrival..

The location of the resort was excellent. The ability to check out bikes and beach chairs was nice. The ability to get bottles of water on demand was a nice perk too. The room was clean and spacious a with a small fridge and microwave.

I would have liked more bath towels in the room by default. Also wouldn't mind having a place to hang wet swimsuits to dry off overnight in the room, like a clothesline in the shower. The advertised karaoke in the bar didn't actually happen.

Very nice even though they were working on the main floor because of the hurricane. Beds were comfortable, both pools were great even floating rafts. Beach chairs and beach towels. Plus had coupons for Sloppy Joe's.

This location is fantastic! The amenities are really nice. Great pools, beach chairs and bikes upon request, etc. Sloppy Joe’s also has great food and service. Good atmosphere for families. Rooms aren’t anything fancy, but definitely functional.

Very small item to note: Broken shower handle. Normally we could deal, but the water went from scalding hot to freezing cold without any real positioning. An annoying game to have to play to get the right temperature.

The Beach location. Having a balcony this time. Housekeeping was considerate.

Room location! Don’t know if it was because we booked through Booking.com, but $1400+ for 3 nights should have gotten us a far better location. 4 yr ago we booked for 2 people and stayed in a larger room near the lobby with seating for 4. This room for 4 was smaller and set up for 2, except for towels. 2 mugs, no glasses, table for 2, in the furtherest building from the lobby. No carts to move luggage from the car to the building. Not easy for 4-75 year olds.

We were very pleased. We had a terrific ocean view. It was very quiet, and everyone was very kind courteous and helpful. We parked our car and never moved it till we left. Everything g we needed was in walking distance,,and the many resturants were were very close,delightfully different with great food. The only thing we'd love to see is a bigger hot tub. Thanks for a great time.

You need a bigger hot tub or one for adults and one for kids.
