The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay very pleasant. The decorations for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour were a thoughtful touch, and the curated menus and themed drinks added to the overall experience. It was also convenient that the hotel offered multiple on-site dining options, allowing guests to stay in if they preferred not to venture out. In addition, the coffee bar, grab-and-go store, and pizza spot downstairs were great amenities—though a bit on the pricey side.

Given the number of rooms and guests, the number of elevators available felt insufficient. While I understand it may have been a busier time than usual, the wait times were quite long. It also would have been helpful to have staff stationed near the elevators to help manage the flow. There were several elevators in the lobby area—possibly around seven—but access often depended on proximity rather than wait time. As a result, guests who had been waiting 8–10 minutes were frequently passed over by others who had just arrived and happened to be closest when an elevator opened. Additionally, there was no pool which was a bit disappointing considering the size and price of the hotel.

I was a bit skeptical about staying here because of the reviews, but I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. My room was very spacious and clean. They clean the room every day, which is hard to find in the post-pandemic era. I tried their breakfast once and it was really good. I would definitely recommend the restaurant “Southern elements” which can be found in the lobby. Amazing food. I kept going back. Hotel is very spacious with several restaurants, fitness area and an overpriced shop. Location is ideal as you are close to all the main sites in the downtown.

The only downside is the noise from the hallway and from the room next door. However, I didn’t have problems sleeping. Some of the bad reviews are about the parking, which I can’t comment on, as I didn’t have my car with me.

As a solo traveler who has been Atlanta before, I absolutely loved my stay... From check in to check out the girl that checked me in was very friendly I hate, that I can't remember her name Keandrea (I think)... I requested a high floor with the view of the Atlanta 'Pencil' and got what I asked for.. view was perfect it's exactly what I wanted. Thank You Hilton! Every single staff member was polite and courteous. There were days i was outside waiting for my Lyft and the bellmen kept me company while waiting. I appreciate this being i was a solo traveler it made me feel safe. The bellmen felt like my big brothers during my stay, Thsnk You! I booked premium which included $20 credit a day towards food and beverages on property which was awesome for me.. room service was easy and quick all my food came correct, quickly and hot! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, water pressure and temperature in shower was awesome. Food on property was also excellent the lounge and bar in the lobby was a great spot to mix and mingle, food and drinks were awesome as well as service. Location was on point I used Lyft to get around and most of my rides were under $15.. I went to High Museum, Atlantic Station, Sky View Ferris Wheel and Little 5 Points all were very close by... also I stayed during home-coming weekend and even with traffic things were still accessible.. overall my stay was excellent and I will stay again!

My only complaint was I could not sync my cell phone to the television in the room. I wanted to play my Netflix and YouTube from the television. My only complaint.

It location. The restaurant downstairs and the convenience store was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in town to attend the Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour. I enjoyed seeing the Hotel and staff theme decor and dress to mark the special occasion.

The valet area was very crowded and congested, it appeared to be disorganized? The Uber location for pick ups, made it difficult to enter the on-ramp, given the number of cars that were parked on the ramp.

Breakfast was perfect, hotel people were friendly and helpful. The grocery store inside the hotel was also very useful for complying the needs. Atlanta is a tough city, Hilton Downtown helped me a lot with transportation, housing, food & beverage. Especially the check in and check out was very fast, there were almost no formalities which is essentially a great success of the Hotel, from my point.

I have no negative comments or further suggestions. Everything was perfect.

The location is phenomenal. Everything I needed was in walking distance.

On the first night we requested extra covers. The next morning we had an employee barge in our room explaining that he was bringing the covers we had requested over six hours before, but thought we had already checked out even though our booking was 2 nights. We then Al had another employee come a few hours later asking if we were going to check out soon even though we had booked a whole extra night. The situation was weird and awkward and was not ideal for two females traveling alone.

I have a SUV That’s extremely large therefore I had to get valet parking, However!!! That was fine, but to pay $55.00 a day was absurd and to have to wait on your car as we ran in and out due to the Birthday schedule that was really frustrating. And they told us at the front desk the 55.00+ change would be for the whole weekend.

Perfect location, very comfortable room. Service was great, even the Uber driver I used was nice.

The only thing I couldn't believe was the parking garage later that night. it was completely full! luckily, I was able to leave the car with a staff, and for an extra $20 they handled it. so I was able to continue having what was already an amazing night with a +1. I was worried about being double charged, but they took one of the parking charges off to even out the difference.

Parking!!! There was a podcast event going on and i didn’t mind the traffic in the lobby or even the outside when you pull up,it was the parking garage and valet seemed unorganized. We couldnt find parking due to overflow of garage Friday and Saturday. I don’t know if people from the outside was parking in garage as well, but i do believe guest should be priority and not forced to pay for valet

We did not receive connecting rooms as we requested. We were on two different floors. When people are walking or doors closed in the hallways you can hear as if someone is coming through your door. So it was kind of hard to sleep through the night.

The hallway lighting was a little too dark especially by all women traveling a man walked behind us was a little scary.
