The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were fantastic, and the TV came with many channels and Netflix which was great, many good restaurants and places we wanted to go were only a short walk, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. At first we were a bit confused on parking, but the friendly valet team and the staff in the lobby helped us with understanding the parking options and where to park.

We wished that a microwave and refrigerator came in the room, but at least we got a refrigerator not long after we requested one. The WiFi did not work when I tried to sign into it, it just gave me an error message before I could even log in to the WiFi.

The location and friendly staff! The indoor pool, comfortable room with nice shower pressure plus the very nice breakfast.

The room desk didn't have plugs for convenience. The parking was a bit overpriced ($60 a night) to tack on top of a $200+ room

I was on the 53rd floor, the view is so beautiful. For the view and the location, I will choose this hotel again when in Atlanta. Olympic park is just few minutes walk. The Basilica of the Sacred Heart is just 8 minutes walk. There are several restaurants around the area.

I realize now why there are many not-so-good comments about housekeeping. I agree with most of the comments. I think the housekeeping is one thing the hotel management can look into. Number 1: you have to call EVERYDAY to the front desk if you wanted your room to be cleaned. I stayed for 4 days, so, this is part of my to-do list everyday to call front desk. There was a day that my room was properly cleaned (It was a different housekeeper). But there was a day too that my bed was made like by a 10 year old. I actually smiled when I saw it. I said to myself " this explains the comments from customers".

I like the fact that the staff was super helpful and friendly. We arrived kinda late at night didn’t really know we were at in a new city. They were very helpful and explaining how do I get to our room the cleanliness of the room was absolutely top-tier, which is a big expectation of mine as a run a cleaning business myself.

I wouldn’t say there was anything that I really didn’t like about the property however I did notice that when we got there, there was a deposit that was required that nobody ever mentioned before we win. It wasn’t in any of our check-in thing or anything like that we arrived and they told us that there was a deposit needed of $200 however we did receive the deposit back the following morning as we checked out.

I love everything about our stay. The room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking! Walking distance from stadium, as well as restaurants. The fitness room was great. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Beautiful hotel!!!!

I didn't like the fact that we paid 350 for 2 nights, 110 for parking, and a 200 deposit that took 6 days to be given back. At check-in, the server said it depends on my bank for how long the deposit will take to be credited back to my account. My bank said it was up to the hotel on when they will release it, which makes sense. We should not have gotten charged that much for parking. 55 per night was a bit much. Bathroom was really small, could not find a plug for the coffee maker.

The hotel was nice, bed very comfortable and the views were immaculate. I felt safe In the hotel, I liked that you had to have a key card to operate the elevators. The location is in a convenient area to bars and dining. Featuring a bar and cafe in the hotel itself. Our food from bar 120 was great. Also had a convenience store across the street. Our registration was easy and the desk clerk was very nice and welcoming.

The parking was stressful. It was difficult to find where we were suppose to park, having never been to the hotel before and the busy location. Theres limited signs directing for it. And the parking is not included with reservations, it is by-hour parking, across the street in a parking garage. It was $50 for 1 night.

I’ve stayed several times before. Not as opulent as I remember. The hotel appears to be becoming dated. Valet was closed from entering from Ted Turner, very confusing, had to park at a public lot and walk. Probably going to be my last visit. Best wishes but not worth the $350.

The hotel is well located and is ok in general, a very standard typical downtown hotel un USA. Staff was friendly, and room was serviced early morning.

I was charged twice for incidentals, despite me telling the staff at checkin that my card did go through. Both charges were reversed at checkout, but this was an unnecessary thing to do. The hotel is quite busy with a lot of events and airlines staff using it as base. Security getting in and out the hotel seems not to screen much.

Nice location, the staff was friendly.

The bathroom was very small and the rack to hold the body wash was torn off the wall. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly tissue kept coming back up in it.

Everything was great besides the process of checking in. The wait were long, the guy waited until I walked up and said oh I’m going on break, I didn’t hear him at first due to me being tired and overwhelmed from driving and the valet parking been full. So he said it again in a harsh way. No wifi if you not a member and phone service was bad.

Everything was beautiful, the bed(omg) so soft and amazing, and the view was amazing.
