Staff was very friendly and accommodating with our questions. Hotel was very clean, well appointed room. Location made for easy access to other parts of South Boston/Roxbury.

Sketchy is one way to describe the neighborhood. As we were moving to Boston, we had no idea about the area and were a bit concerned about the number of homeless people in the area. Valet parking for $55/night was available and after reassurances from the staff that the vehicles would be continually monitored, we felt a bit better. Nothing really to do in the immediate area, but one or two blocks away where plenty of shops and restaurants to eat.

I stay in Boston a lot because it's near my family and I'd never heard of or stayed at this hotel, but the price was right for the new, upper-middle luxury kind of hotel it was - I think it's priced lower than hotels in the adjacent South End or Back Bay because it's in Roxbury, which is the "Harlem" of Boston, but honestly I live in NYC so this area is tame and vanilla by comparison and I thought it was a very short and non-scary walk to Mass Ave, across which is the prettier and richer South End with its plethora of chic restaurants, cafes and bars. But I would totally stay here again because the room was roomy, the bed was great, there was a gym (I think - I didn't use it), the staff was VERY nice (esp. one young woman whose name I can't remember but who was so sweet and friendly) and it was cheaper than Boston hotels in fancier areas.

Again, it's not the most charming neighborhood to step out into, but I really didn't care. If you're from an all-white suburb the area might freak you out a bit but it's tame compared to some parts of NYC where I live.

I liked the fridge and the kitchen in general.

The stove was very weak. It took forever to cook anything. Unfortunately, there was an issue that was never fixed, and that is the noise from other guests. The Neighbours upstairs were very loud. We complained 4 times. The staff said they did all they could to make the noise go away, but the Neighbours woke us up at 4:30 for two nights. They didn't go to bed until past 11 pm. They seemed to be running in the room and rearranging the furniture, dragging them. Another guest at the hotel heard them as well. The staff that night did not help. It was on our first night. The rest of the staff was helpful and kind. Great cleaning staff too. The breakfast was very rudimentary and not particularly good. Definitely little to no options for a diabetic.

This property was clean. The room was modern and had all the amenities we needed. Although breakfast was a small selection, I honestly enjoyed it as it had the right variety for me and the boys to choose from.

A couple of the lights in the room were not working but the staff explained that they had supply issues. Was ok as it wasn’t like we were in total darkness so just a little snag. The revolving door at entrance was not working throughout our stay.

Very clean and great location! Front desk staff was very nice-the ice machine on our floor was not working and they were quick to grab us a bucket from the kitchen. Room was spacious and it was awesome having all of the amenities of a real kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

Parking is pricey but fortunately there is street parking nearby.

Very friendly staff, room had a full size kitchen, freezer, cooking range and enough cutlery. Breakfast was simple but good. Excellent bus connections to downtown. A big supermarket right opposite the hotel.

On the day of arrival we heard gunshots from a nearby park. But this has nothing to do with the hotel. Just a precaution not to walk in the neighbourhood after dusk. A/C was quite loud. I missed the possibility of opening the windows. while sleeping. But I guess the windows are non-openable for safety reasons.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The fitness centre was great.

The hotel seems to be in a bad area with a lot of drug use in the surrounding streets (needles on the ground). We didn’t feel totally comfortable walking around the hotel.

Some sort of outdoor space for the kids to be loud and run around a bit. Without a pool, it was difficult for them to let some energy out on the property. The neighborhood didn't feel safe enough to hang outside of the property grounds. If outdoor space isn't an option, or a pool because of space restraints, maybe a game room would help.

Great option when traveling with family. Large rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff.

Bit off the beaten path and far from tourist destinations. About 10 min walk to Northeastern University. Not many food options nearby, but there’s a large grocery store across the street.

Very clean and to my surprise had all I needed in the room. I wish I could stay for breakfast but I only stayed there to get rest overnight before next flight. Definitely will stay again if I ever travel that way. Money worth spending to enjoy coziness and comfort of the hotel room. My son was sound asleep in no time.

Nothing that I did not like. May be having complementary coffee and tea set up for those who arrive really late and travelling. I could not find hot water station so had to request water at the front desk and fixed some tea in the room. But that did not really bother me. May be I was just there during late hours.
