Hotel Indigo Flushing LaGuardia is a wonderful hotel with all the fixings of home. My room was luxurious and spacious. With the comfortable bed and the sound-proof walls, I had a great night's sleep during my stay and felt well-rested to explore the city. The staff of Hotel Indigo Flushing are professional, warm and able to answer any questions guests have during their stay. During my time at Hotel Indigo Flushing LaGuardia, I made use of the fitness room and also had the chance to visit the cafe on the third floor of the building. The fitness room was well-equipped with fresh water and towels for fitness enthusiasts and the equipment is well-organized and well-maintained. The cafe boasts a variety of items for brunch and dinner and the service was also exceptional. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Flushing for guests who want to feel well taken care of and have the best experience possible in Flushing, Queens. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport and is in the heart of Queen's Chinatown, so its location is perfect for exploring Chinatown.

The coordination of the shuttle wasn't ideal. I tried to text the driver an hour in advance, but got no response and reception was unable to help me make a reservation. To be fair, it might have been my fault texting from an international number, but I expected better service and coordination of the shuttle both to and from the airport at this price point.

We LOVE Lloyd. This is the second time we have stayed at the Indigo and because Lloyd had been so helpful the first time, we were overjoyed to see him again. To be honest, the service we received from Lloyd the first time was part of our decision to return. Lloyd is attentive, observant and exceeds expectations every time. Conner in the cafe was also excellent. He was so helpful and delivered quick service even though he was the only person working that day. When we complimented Lloyd and thanked him he said, "It's because we want you to come back". Thank you again, Lloyd. Rest assured, we will return.

I didn't like an unexpected security bond of $500 being debited from my account. This was falsely explained at check in as I was told no money would be debited. However it seems that $500 was immediately debited and I now have to wait between 3/4 weeks for that money to return to my account, which I am unhappy about.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The hotel offered good television services, wifi as well as office for using the computers and printing your boarding pass. I like that the hotel offers shuttle services to and from the airport. The bedroom is clean, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is accessible with modern design. The hotel has towels, soap, blow dryer, iron, small fridge, ice container, television, desk and chair. There is a gym and outdoor patio to view NYC skyline.

I did not like the lack of breakfast or even coffee services. If you wanted a cup of tea/coffee in the lobby you had to pay for the cup. For the price of the hotel per night it should be offered basic tea, cups, coffee machine etc for guests.. The hotel sells water/chips/ candy bar. If guests need coffee/breakfast it's 13 minutes walk or fresh baked goods 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The room was clean, and the view was beautiful. The staff were pleasant and professional. Also, the location is convenient, especially if you want to experience all that Flushing has to offer.

I bought breakfast on site and got a soggy croissant and egg sandwich. It was awful. I took two bites and had to throw out the remainder. Supplies in the room for tea were limited to 2 lipton tea bags, 2 small bottles of water, 2 cups, and sweeteners. It's not very impressive if you're traveling on business and may need a little more convenience for meals. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was also empty.

Large room, city view, comfy bed and pillows. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Flushing. Chinese markets and traditonal restaurants are close by. I was able to find overnight free street parking. Quick to get to bridges and LI from this location.

My bed was comfy, but a bit sunken in one side. No restaurant or bar open at this time. Not much in the way of American Diners or restaurants. But if you're doing anything in Flushing it's perfect. Parking in the hotel lot is $30 for a car, $40 for small suv and larger. Breakfast food is available for purchase.

super nice and artsy. i loved the artwork on the wall. the shower was amazing! complimentary microwave and mini fridge upon request was amazing. nespresso machine and smart tv in each room. we had a view of the cityscape, exactly as the picture showed. super soft blankets and pillows! mattress could use a topper lol but awesome headboard and super nice lamps. windows are wrap around and curtains are blackout! upgraded A/C system; the room got super warm and cold quickly when we needed it. really nice long hallway in rooms with a mirror right in front of the bathroom door. i loved my stay at hotel indigo flushing. i would 100% come back.

the location. it looked janky driving up and the view below the hotel isn’t pretty but the view straight ahead is great. you can see basically everything you’d want to see from your hotel in queens. excessive honking but hey, that’s New York. the windows had a great deal though so it wasn’t loud at all when shut.

This hotel is brand new,everything is crisp and elegant and just truly beautiful . The staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful. I was celebrating my first year anniversary and all I can say is the room was impeccable a huge spacious terrace, and the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on, the walk-in shower was absolutely huge and the staff very kindly decorated our room, I had a amazing view from my floor to ceiling windows, definitely come here, the room and staff exceeded my expectations

The room was cleaned very well. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but tell the front desk and they will ask the staff to send you a room.

The next day, after cleaning the room, there were no bath towels. Everyone found out when they were taking a shower at night and had to ask the front desk for bath towels. The phone in the room doesn't work, so I have to go downstairs to find the front desk.

Just off the highway to JFK and at the hub of Flushing. Level 2 for leisure area. Level 3 for breakfast and gathering place with tables. Beautifully appointed rooms. Queen beds for sticker occupancy. Linens pillows and bed so comfortable. Bathroom with exceptional soaps and moisturizers. Towels. Rain head shower and handheld available. Full length mirror. Easy operating coffee machine. Cups and glasses. Lamp earth electrical and USB. Tv up to date and easy to operate. Good size lobby. Free shuttle. Check in and out with capable staff. Accommodates late check out for free. Huge windows. Wish all hotels were like this. Will look for Indigo around the world
