This hotel was perfect for our stop underway to Switzerland. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The rooms as in other Ibis hotels were simple but clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was great to swim in after a day of driving. Great value for money!

The breakfast was nice, many choices. The only thing that the egg boiler where one's supposed to boil own eggs is not a great concept with many guests. Our egg was gone after a minute away. We saw other guests mistakenly taken other guests eggs. The only way to get a boiled egg was to stand next to it for the duration of the boiling preventing other people messing up with it.

The staff were WONDERFUL 👍👍 SOOOO friendly and kind. Happy to chat and advise on places to go. So friendly all the time when ordering food or just chatting. Chilled nice vibes. The pool was lovely ! We enjoyed the private airfield also.. my children loved watched the planes take off and land. Gorgeous mountain view. 10min drive to Colmar old town. Breakfast was good! Dinner menu is well priced. We tried all the pizzas and they were lovely ! Especially the three cheese !

Loved all ! Would have liked a kettle on the room however.

The property was clean and fresh the staff were excellent they helped with everything they could,and had very good English. Swimming pool was great and could watch small planes take off and land very different. We arrived by train but had a great bus service right outside,plus another route on the other side of the roundabout, Pizza where good as well.

Room was a little small for a family.

The pool.is fantastic and was open from 9am until 9pm. The hotel provides towels . We drove into Colmar and took 5 mins. We parked for free as it was a Sunday. Breakfast was great, a really good selection of everything! Good hotel for staying out of the centre. Great to see planes taking off!

Staff tried to charge us for a bottle of water that was on our room which we didn't have. This was quickly resolved.

Ibis standard - clean, everything working, room just big enough for two addults, two children and two small dogs, good breakfast. Appreciate we could stay with our pets (even with additional fee €12 each)

Price was a bit higher compared to average we have experienced during our trip around France. Even though you still have to use a car/taxi to get to downtown.

Very clean and very modern. Really friendly staff. A nice pool and although the location isn’t exactly a city centre, it was nice to be able to watch small aeroplanes takeoff as we had our breakfast.

Breakfast was extremely busy, so I would advise people to go ahead or after the busiest times as it was hard to even move. I don’t see how this could be avoided though as it totally depends on the guests and I’m sure this is a problem every hotel experiences.

We booked 2 rooms and got connected rooms which was perfect for our big family. The hotel also has their own parking lot which is locked after 22:00. Breakfast included was great as well with lots of varieties.

The building of our rooms were not directly connected to the main hotel building which means we had to walk outdoor to reach the common area. Although it is not that far.

The location was an excellent surprise for us, aviation lovers. Seeing helicopters and small aircrafts was a treat. We also enjoyed the beds and the playing area for children.

I didn't like the smell of the room, probably the cleaning products perfume, but it went away after opening the window. Also it was a very busy Saturday morning with a lot of clients, and the breakfast area was a bit haotic, sticky floor. I would recommend a different fresh juice maker, less massy, and already boiled eggs. 😊 ours were taken by other client by the time they were supposed to be ready.

Buffet breakfast was nice. Large sitting area outside in summer months is great. This sitting area is next to the runway of a small airport (only for small propeller planes mostly - not a noise issue at all) which the kids loved as they watched the planes take off and land. Plenty of easily accessible parking spaces close to the rooms. Out of hours access to free tea/coffee/water at reception area.

For us it was perfect as we used it as a one night stop to break the car journey, but it is in the middle of nowhere, so nothing to see on foot nearby.

Easy access to property. We were travelling to Italy and had to stop over for one night. Perfect location. There is a nice swimming pool that was very appropriate after a long road trip in really hot summer day. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff members at reception.
