This was the most luxurious and pleasurable city-central hotel I've ever been in my life. The staff was extremely approachable and nice; they were very helpful. At the last day, they made us two breakfast-to-go bags to the airport. The room was clean, and twice a day they cleaned it. They spoiled us with wine, and the room was amazing! Because my partner celebrated a birthday, they even upgraded the room for their expense and sent us chocolate. Every sweet minor gesture was filled with details and was charming and welcoming. Last but not least- the breakfast. I admit, I'm a breakfast kind of guy, and I have enjoyed the most amazing food, coffee, desserts, and pastries that Italian cuisine can make. all of this amazing cuisine was encountered while sitting in the red ballroom, filled with arts amasing atmosphere, great music by a harp artist, stylish dishes... I recommend this hotel deeply!

The great location in a lovely area, the spacious room at the upper floor was superb. The very welcoming and helpful staff from Francesco the concierge, Massimiliano at the Brunello lounge, Natalia at the breakfast, all the ladies at the front desk, the doorman (forgot his name) the room service was good also.

Would have preferred to have a coffee machine in the room since it is a five star hotel as all hotels with the same rating or less has a coffee machine in the room. It was not nice to ask for a coffee every Morning to the room and be charged for it.

I liked the staff and service . Also the room was very nice with good view . Thanks to Olga and Andrea for their hospitality. Great Spa they offered me free massage and it was fantastic from massage therapist Rebecca

Breakfast selection were limited

This was my third stay here and second in 2024. I intend returning in 2025. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a top floor room with a balcony which was extremely nice and totally unexpected. The hotel is ideally situated for all the famous Roman sites and all are within easy walking distance, as is the Termini station for away-days to Pisa, Florence and Naples.

Nothing, really. If there was anything amiss it was slight and not really worth mentioning. Nothing is absolutely perfect. Anyway, I didn't like leaving.

The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. Their customer service was outstanding and always smiling. The guys on the door were so welcoming every day we returned from our trips and went out of their way to secure us taxis, especially on our last morning when there was a public transport strike. They did not give up for 15 minutes until they got us one by walking out in the road. AMAZING. We also received an upgrade due to us celebrating our 26th anniversary and our room was stunning. We also loved breakfast with the lady playing the harp, so elegant and enjoyable. Very clean Hotel.

Disappointed there was only 1 English TV channel in our room - CNN which was not for us so felt let down in this respect in a 5 star hotel. Also we had no long mirror, only mirror was in the bathroom which was frustrating.

The service at the hotel is fantastic. They make you feel so special and always ask if you need anything or have any certain requests. Benedetta on reception was fabulous!!! She made our stay perfect. Location also perfect, close to all of the attractions. Will definitely be back.

The location was amazing and the staff was perfect, kind, helpful and friendly. They have done everything to make our stay memorable and we will definitely remember this fabulous weekend!

Little comment about the vintage Fiat500 tour experience booked via the hotel. While the experience itself is fantastic because you discover the city through a different angle and see many things you would probably miss visiting on your own, I would recommend to slightly improve the quality of the service. It is rather expensive so you expect 5 stars service like the one of the hotel (offer a bottle of water for instance?), but also I would make sure the car is clean (my trouser got ruined). Vintage does not necessarily means old and dusty ;)

Oh, what an extended weekend it was! Benedetta and the team had taken great care of us even before we arrived! The location is just outstanding, few steps away from Villa Borghese, with a lovely walking distance to any main attractions. When wanting to visit Vatican Museum in early morning, they offered to serve a lovely breakfast pre-hours in our room. Another day, having the breakfast in their main room was an experience by itself with the live music. They went above and beyond. We have stayed at a few Baglioni properties within Italy before, all of them being great - but this one has just this something extra special! Thank you!

People here are always worried about taking care of every simple detail to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable! Special congrats to Francesca (front desk), Simone (front desk) and Benedeta (general manager). They were perfect!
