Staff was great, they served us snacks with our complimentary drinks, and was attentive for breakfast, getting our coffee order in right away. The breakfast selection was amazing, the best we had while in Italy!

Our room would get a sewage smell from the toilet. We just left the seat down and fan on as much as we could. We understood that this was an old building probably with old plumbing and with us being on the first floor the smell could have been due to how low we were in the building? We did not voice a complaint to have it rectified, as it didn't bother too much, but would like you to know, Also, our last day there, we had a bunch of little red ants in and around the bathroom.

Location was excellent. Right beside the trevi fountain and in walking distance of the pantheon, piazza navona and Spanish steps. We also walked to the Vatican on a number of occasions (around 30-40 mins) and also got taxis back for 13 euros. The hotel was modern and clean, the room was large and bright. What made the hotel however was the staff, they couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay and trip went smoothly. The breakfast buffet is also excellent! Will definitely return and recommend to others.

The location is perfect. Next to Trevi fountain!! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very polite and amazingly helpful. The room was very clean and of a very good size. There is a very nice trance (closed all around), for breakfast. There is another trance on the 5th floor for smoking (an open one but with sunbeds and tables with chairs), with amazing view.

The elevator was too small, but given the fact that most hotels in Rome do not have an elevator at all, it was good that there was one!

Location location location. Very clean . Not ornate but that was fine with us as the view from the windows was excellent . Very close to the Trevi Fountain was an unexpected treat. excellent breakfast -great rooftop /Wonderful staff. All very helpful. Moira at the reception desk was a delight. She sent us to a wonderful restaurant and helped map out areas we wanted to see. They also sent us wine and fruit plates when they realized it was our honeymoon .

Staff is amazing. Location was like 1 min walk to Trevi fountain. You could go very early in the morning cos it’s just a short walk. Lots of shops around for last minute souvenir shoppinh! Air conditiong was working perfectly even in 35 degree weather. Loved the rooftop & the breakfast lounge. Food was okay but the staff are so nice. We also loved the welcome drinks being served at the rooftop and we just chilled there for a bit since we came from a long drive.

The elevator is sooo small! We had about 2 luggages each and there’s 5 of us. They do have someone to help with the luggages so it wasn’t much of a problem. Only 2 people could fit in the elevator comfortably so we used the stairs majority of the time. 3 people is pushing it. Lobby is just a long hallway, very tight but it didnt bother us that much.

The location the hotel is situated is amazing.Just 100 meters away from Fontana di Trevi. The mattresses and the pillows are super comfortable.

The breakfast is basic.It would be nice if the hotel upgrades it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Trevi Fountain. It is easy to walk to most attractions and there are many restaurants and shops close by. We were in Rome at the end of April and it was very busy with tourists but the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, and enjoyed the breakfast room and welcome drink on the 4th floor terrace. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Loved the location, the breakfast, the evening bar but mostly…. The staff!! All were very helpful and pleasant!

The shower was a bit dangerous. The rain shower head appeared to be falling out, a small amount of mold on the tiles but the most dangerous was the shower. Up about 8 inches from the floor and super slippery. The drain cover was elevated over the base and not attached. Crazy trying to move in the shower and I had to say a prayer before exiting. So slippery

The location of the property is perfect. Everywhere is walking distance. The street is so nice and has little shops all on the street. The staff were so nice. Breakfast was good too we had low expectations but we were really happy with it. The airport transfer was also good.

The street gets busy and the uber drivers didn’t stop in front of the hotel on drop off but left us at the start of the street and we had to walk to the hotel.

Fantastic location! Staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast and terrace access was excellent. Room size was good. Fantastic blackout shades to help with time zone adjustment. Loved that this was one of the only hotels that allowed 3 guests with 3 beds. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom smelled out of the shower-we told them and nothing was done about it. We also asked for hand towels, but didn’t get fresh ones, and troublesome for 3 people staying on our room. The place due to location, is very noisy.
