Great hotel with great staff and services. The location is so superb! It's literally a block away from all the Dotonbori food street. There are 2 konbini nearby as well for your midnight snacks. The hotel also provide free sake, drinks, snacks/ramen and ice cream at certain time. They also have little perks like free kimono rental, free flow of cold/hot tea, and most importantly free use of massage chairs in the lobby. With all the walkings in Japan, that is such a great treat. Twin rooms are big and comfortable. If you have an older parents, I'd suggest getting the twin room, even if it's just 2 people. The double room is really small and the bed is pushed to the wall on all 3 sides, it's harder for them to get out of bed with just the 1 side, we ended up upgrading them to the twin. Overall such a pleasant stay. Staffs are really great and friendly, too! They helped us booked a ticket to Kaiyukan aquarium and send our luggage from the hotel to Kyoto. Tips: don't forget to ask the reception for stamps of the hotel. They have individual stamps for the 4 faces in the entrance that represents the 4 different races.

Staff were friendly. Location was super near to everything: 10 minutes walk to Train station, 5 minutes to Dotonburi, 4 minutes to Halal restaurants, 2 minutes to Lawson, Family Mart. Room size is adequate and clean. They provided us with free amenities, free drinks, free ice creams, (we don't take the noodles since they are not halal) and there are 2 massage chairs for those with tired feet. And they let us check in at 12 pm!!! That's brilliant. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to trains and food. The rooms were comfortable. Free icecream, noodles and drinks for all ages. Staff were friendly and helpful

The beds were very firm and hard to sleep on especially when your days are long of walking, you just want something comfortable to lay on

The hotel is in a great location a stone's throw from Dotonbori, they offer many free things such as coffee and ice cream always available in the lobby. Clean room and very kind staff. I recommend it for a short stay in Osaka!

The hotel is in a great position, next to restaurant during the day, and vibrant at night. Subway is a 5 minutes walk distance (well, you'll have to walk a bit more under the tunnel to find the correct line...) There is also a car parking (if you need it) on the side. Ramen, ice cream and drinks for free in the afternoon. Some cute events for guests in the late afternoon (simple but if you are tired and at the hotel is a good way to relax)

The big downside for us was the breakfast, definitely under the expectations: no way to match what the pictures show. We arrived around 8-8:30 AM and there were no croissants or any sweet choiches. When arriving at 9 the staff would already remove the things around (hei, you write that breakfast closes at 9:30...). Hotel guests were too greedy: we never saw the free ramen and ice cream mostly finish in hurry... Cleaning in the hotel room might be better, but space was also an issue (double room with additional children bed squeezed in the middle). Staff mosly didn't care about us unless we explicitely asks for information (no greetings anytime when arriving/leaving), which for us was a bit strange but who knows, different culture?

The room was comfortable for two people with luggage and the bathroom was small, but I think that it is normal compared to other Japanese hotels. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great if you want to stay in the middle of Dotonbori. For us, it was good due to public transportation and also many restaurant options. We had no idea when we booked, but the hotel offers many free options, both activities as well as free drinks. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that our TV was scratched. It wasn't possible to see when we turned it on, but it concerned me when we arrived as I had to report to ensure we wouldn't be held responsible for the damage.

The room size for my son and I was great. Two good sized twin beds, decent amount of floor space and to set up suitcases, clothes and toiletries. Air conditioning was great and much appreciated. The breakfast selection was varied and tasty. The other facilities accessible on demand from the laundry room e.g. kettle, ice etc was another great convenience, washing machine and dryer were really easy to use and pre-loaded with detergent, using the app was great for knowing when to come back and collect.. The selection of complementary snacks, beverages and toiletries in reception was lovely e.g. to get an iced drink when you came in from the heat outside. Location was amazing so close to the main waterway, attractions, shops, bars and other areas all easy to walk to. Staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, polite and genuinely appeared to want to provide a high level of service in a fun and welcoming way. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little small, especially for a tall person as knees were pretty much touching the door when sitting on the toilet.

Great services, free flow drinks, massage chairs, hot drinks and microwave. The lobby was very pleasant to sit in as with nice music and a relaxed atmosphere. The ability to bring in snacks and meals to enjoy in the lobby was great. Special activities in the afternoon, help at check-in was a great. Location excellent to Namba station and all the action in Dontonbori.

We had 3 in a room and it was very squashy. Our teen kids had a larger room with only 2 beds so not sure why they squeezed 3 beds all touching together in a small room. The walls are thin. A few times I was woken up by neighbours thumping on the wall.

Location is perfect for going around Osaka. 10 mins walks to Nankai Namba Station for the Limited Express Rapi:t trains to and from Kansai Airport. About 7 mins walk to the Glico Man in Dotonbori. 5 mins walk to Exit 25 of Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji line. Room is pretty small, typical of Japanese hotel rooms, but it's good enough for a solo traveler like me. I did find the bed was on the hard side though and the choice of pillows either too soft or hard for comfort. I especially like that they offer free drinks and ice cream in the afternoon, that after a long day's walking around, you can relax in the lobby with a cold drinks in hand.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The hotel room was clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family with two young children. The room's décor was satisfactory. We were pleased with the daily housekeeping service and the friendliness of the hotel staff. The complimentary provision of drinks, ice cream, and ramen to guests was a commendable and uncommon amenity. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of Namba Station and the iconic Glico Running Man sign. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to perfect in terms of service and comfort. For future improvement, it would be great to see halal food options available to better accommodate Muslim guests.
