It was very clean . The Onsen was fabulous. The outside garden at reception was very peaceful. The location was great . Right beside the train station . Staff very helpful & friendly .

They could do with more seating at reception as the views were lovely. Room was a bit small for 6 nights . No storage for clothes

I was a little nervous about staying in Gotanda on my first trip to Tokyo because of not being one of the recommended neighbourhoods to stay in but it was a great decision. Gotanda is a quieter neighbourhood but there are still plenty of shops like Don Quixote and Uniqlo, restaurants, and importantly the Gotanda Metro station. The subway station is super close to the hotel and is on the main Yamanote circle line that goes to all the major tourist destinations. I loved the location because it wasn't packed with people so it was easier to get around than someplace like Shibuya. The hotel itself was really nice. I didn't make use of the spa facilities but they were there. The room I was in had plenty of space for opening up large suitcases. Nice sized bathroom and liked that there were hooks on the walls and a small closet at the entryway. Also really appreciated the table and chairs in the room. I would definitely stay here again as I was really happy with my experience here. Staff was really helpful with ordering a taxi for me and helping with luggage at the end of my stay.

Room are decent size fit us well for 3ppl with 2 large luggage n 1 mid size luggage.Starbuck just around the corner..Close to station.Its 2 station away to Shibuya & An hour away from narita international airport overall great stay

I like how our room is very clean although not very spacious. The cleaning staff is superb but customer service representatives at front desk is mixed review. Some were exceptional and helpful but some were very rude.

I didn’t know how the reception was on the 15th floor. With only three tiny elevators it takes a long time for guests to get to reception and then down to street level.

Staff are superb, very helpful. The reception was very patient and very accommodating facilitating my deliveries and I am so thankful. I love the ambiance in the hotel lobby. The train/ subway station is about 4 mins walk. Plenty of shops around the area including Don Quijote. We will always stay here when back in Tokyo.

There's only two coin operated washer/dryer in the whole hotel. Both is always occupied, I was lucky it was available at 4am. Limited options for breakfast otherwise it's ok. Loads of restaurant and coffee shops around the area.

The property was very clean nice and the location is excellent I’ve been to Tokyo before and the location of this hotel is one of the best. You can ride the Jr line or Tokyo metro to many amazing attractions directly without having to change to another line. The property itself is amazing the reception at the 15th floor is great, the view is very beautiful and a great way to start the day. The room are a good size and big for Tokyo. The public bath was the best way to end the day so relaxing and peaceful.

Nothing it was all great! The only thing I would love to change would be the price we didn’t have a bad view but for a room on a higher floor we had to pay even more and it was already pricey enough. So I wish it would be a bit cheaper.

1. **Limited Bottled Water:** Each room only receives two small bottles of water per day, which is insufficient. 2. **Laundry Facilities:** The hotel has too few washing machines, and the dryer function is often broken, leading to long wait times. 3. **Unhelpful Staff:** The service staff seemed indifferent and lacked proficiency in English. They did not provide an introduction to the hotel’s facilities and were unable to effectively resolve guest issues.

I liked the location because its around a 5-10 minute walk from the Gotanda Station (without luggages), which makes travelling very convenient for us. The subway is connected to a nearby mall so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs of the overhead bridge. I put in a special request to celebrate my friend's birthday and they decorated the bed with towel art, which I really appreciated! I also requested for the two rooms that I booked to be nearby each other and the staff were able to fulfil this. The staff were very friendly and can speak English well so we could communicate easily. Another thing to note - the hotel also has two washing machines and two dryers but they might be occupied mostly at night. However, there is a laundromat across the road (around 5 minutes away), near Don Quijote so you can kill time there while waiting for your laundry to be done.

The room is a little small even though it can fit two people, but if you don't mind rearranging the furnitures on your own, you will have enough space for your luggages.

Clean, very spacious for being in central Tokyo. The roof top lounge area was a very nice surprise, being able to sit there and relax after a long busy day in the city was truly amazing. Furthermore, the public bath was very pleasant and interesting to experience the Japanese tradition.

A bit unnecessary stress at breakfast from the staff. We are aware that it is important that guests go when the breakfast buffet closes but we literally got kicked out at 10.00 and could barely finish our coffee.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore nearby Shibuya and Shinjuku. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, which made grabbing a bite to eat or picking up essentials very convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of our stay was the onsen, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained.

However, there were a couple of downsides. The toilet in our room flushed very loudly and took a long time to complete its cycle, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, during one visit to the female onsen, there was a young boy, around 8-10 years old, accompanied by his mother, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to here in the future. It offers a great balance of convenience, comfort, and hospitality, making it an excellent choice for travelers visiting the area.
