Great location, lots eatery and shoppings around the hotel… just a 10mins walk from JR Shinjuku Station, or 5 mins walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station (if using this station, use Exit C4 as this have an escalator for those with luggages and near to hotel)… You can take Airport Bus or Narita Express Train from JR Shinjuku Station/Bus Station to get to Narita or Haneda Airports (info easily available/provided by the hotel staffs during check in). The hotel location have a lots trains/metro that can easily get to other places of interest… For those that are tired from all the touring and shopping, highly recommended to go try the Thermae Yu Onsen Spa which is just a 8mins walk away from the hotel to rejuvenate and recharge yourself…

The hotel was a stone’s throw away from the C3 and C4 exits of Shinjuku-Sanchome station. There are numerous food options along the streets and lanes in the vicinity of the hotel. A Family Mart 24hr convenience store is just opposite the hotel. There is also a shopping mall opposite the main road which has a nice store selling toys and collectibles. The room is clean, staff are helpful and courteous and the stay even comes with breakfast served in an adjacent bar from 7-9:30am. I love having that washing machine/dryer in the room. I do my laundry before going to bed and the washing to drying cycle is about three hours. When I wake up, the laundry is done. Pack less clothes and leave your luggage for more souvenirs and shopping goods. Two thumbs up.

The location (basically in the heart of Shinjuku). The in-suite washer/dryer (was nice to use this at end of day). The air con (room cools down incredibly quickly and you have full control of it, unlike APA who controls your air con/heating).

The pillows (I am use to using a firm memory foam pillow, their pillows are incredibly “squishy” which made for some uncomfortable nights where I could never achieve a good nights rest). If I ever rebook with Tokyu Stay, I will bring my own pillow from home. The price (way too expensive because of the location, it certainly was not worth the price I paid for 6 nights and because of that, would probably look for a cheaper Tokyu Stay location).

It was a few steps from one of the metro entrances. There is a Family Mart one minute’s walk away. The breakfast, at a bar next door, is varied and of good quality. The room seemed to have decent soundproofing - we didn’t notice any noise from the streets around the hotel despite the number of restaurants and bars. The shower was EXCELLENT! We were able to send our luggage directly to the airport from the hotel, meaning we could spend our final day at Disneyland without dragging the bags there.

The room was small, though I recognise that this is a ‘Tokyo’ thing. It wasn’t a problem beyond shuffling around each other sometimes! One morning some drunk (non-hotel guests) guys wandered into the bar where breakfast is served and one of them started harassing the server. None of the other staff seemed willing to step in and remove these idiots, to the point where I intervened and stood with her until they left. Given the area of the city where the bar is they need a better protocol for this - when having breakfast with my kid I don’t want or need to deal with obnoxious drunks who can’t find their way home.

The staff were SO friendly and helpful, especially when it came to luggage accommodations. They helped me with my luggage transfer to Kyoto and let me keep my luggage in the lobby on my last day until it was time to go to the airport to catch my return flight. The hotel is very clean and inviting and having a washer/drying *in* the room was a lifesaver. The location cannot be beat - you are steps away from several metro stations and surrounded by a ton of restaurants, convenience stores, shops, and bars. It's a great, central location and easy to get anywhere. Being from Georgia in the United States, the fact that they had a "Georgia" brand coffee machine in the lobby was icing on the cake for me!

There were some scuffs on the walls, but really, who cares? I have no complaints, except for loud neighbors which is not the hotel's fault.

Centrally located in Shinjuku, about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku station or a quick local metro and within 20-30 minutes I could get to all major areas within Tokyo. Staff were friendly and very helpful in answering questions. Room was spacious and had a large window which let some natural light in. Some good breakfast options was served at the local restaurant right beside the hotel, which was included as a part of my package.

Rooms are tightly packed together so sometimes you can hear others outside your door coming and going from the elevator to inside their room.

The location of this hotel was prime! Very close to shinjuku station and local metro lines. The breakfast gave you a variety of option to fill you up. Rooms here are larger than you would find in other tokyo hotels but they ate still on the small side.

I know its Tokyo and real estate is hard to come by but yes the room was smaller than I would like. Had I been alone the space would have been fine for two people it was very cramped.

Location is great. Restaurants, bars, and shopping were all a few steps away. Pillows and mattress were both comfortable. The room was clean.

There were only a couple of things that could be better. The washer/dryer combo did not work very well. The washer part did wash the clothes, but the dryer did not dry them much. I hung dry some items overnight in the restroom and then tried drying them again in the dryer. Also, the room didn't have much space for a second luggage, however, my husband would just slide his luggage underneath the bed to put it away. That worked out perfect.

The location was very good, close to the subway and restaurants and convenience stores. Loved having a washer/drier in the room, that was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was in the restaurant next door and it was very tasty and at a fair price. My parents had breakfast there just about everyday. The staff was helpful and friendly, assisting us with our baggage transfer to our next destination. We had 5 rooms and they were able to accommodate our request to be in close proximity. Lots of shopping nearby.

It was a bit in the pricier side but I think because of the location.

The customer service is amazing - warm and to the point. Easily accessible to food.

Room size. Small but fortunately functional and has a window.
