The hotel common space was at Fourseasons level, as well as the spa and swimming pool facilities.

The service at check-in was simple, blunt. Considering the current context in the region and lack of tourists, we could have been granted a more suited room. The room we received was one of the smallest we've stayed at Fourseasons. In the room, there were only 2 espresso pods, and upon request, it took hours to receive additional ones. The concierge service could have been customer oriented when we requested a taxi. The amount the taxi driver requested was abnormally high. However, the concierge did not bother to advise us that we were being ripped off by the taxi driver. The access to the hotel is mind-blowing. Even though you are in front of the hotel, any taxi / Uber needs to enter from the behind entrance, which is an additional 1km .

Very beautiful hotel. Stafff very friendly, helpful and kind. Our room had beautiful view, very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was perfect. Very clean. Dinner what we order on our staying every day was very tasty, fresh product. Breakfast very tasty, staff very attentive. Thank you Mr Khaled ( breakfast)for be helpful and attentive. And Mr Saleem, menager for explain us many things and take care if our staying was very nice. Staff from reception and concierge very friendly and helpful. Thank you. The hotel is one of the best in Amman. The staff, from the door to the reception, are exceptional. The check-in process was incredible, and the receptionist was very well-trained; he even offered me coffee while I waited for the room to be ready. The hotel’s lobby and coffee service were very welcoming. The restaurant is another key to their success, offering a variety of delicious food. The waiters are friendly, and the hotel’s manager is very active, always providing service with a smile and joy. I regret not taking their names. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman you will never regret the money spent. I will always choose to stay here.

We upgraded to the suite for an additional fee. And it was worth every dime. Beautiful room with all the extra's that one would expect in such a room and more. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The food in both the pool area and the French restaurant were excellent. Everything from check-in to check-out was superb! Would absolutely stay there again!

For the money, the drinks at the pool were skimpy! We went to the French Restaurant thinking there was escargot, but none. Although the French onion soup was delicious! We were facing the backyard area and the noise from the car motor idling at 3:00 am woke us up! I should have asked for very quiet room.

The Four Seasons Hotel Amman impressed with spacious, immaculate rooms ideal for three adults. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, service exceptionally attentive, and breakfast offered delicious variety. Located centrally, it facilitated easy exploration of Amman's attractions. Highly recommended for its luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

Toilet button was difficult to press.

We really loved the people, from the security team at gate to the beautiful team at the door to the team members working in the background. We are grateful to God for allowing us to stay with these beautiful amazing people.

Breakfast is abundant but the service left a lot to be desired. I often had to ask over and over. It simply fell on deaf ears. One time it was the restaurant manager who saw to what I needed thankfully he was very professional.

Some of the staff didnt perform as they should on such a property. Also the cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. The soap trays were not cleaned and the mirrors in the bathroom were not either.

Breakfast buffet is extraordinary with variety of foods from local foods, bakery products to western foods. Shoe shines service is quick.

Some times coffee cupules in the room are not fully refilled. Also the used glasses are taken away and not refilled. Some of the stuffs in restaurant had difficulty communicating in English.

The cleanliness of the accommodation is perfect, the food was exquisite, and the staff are well trained professionals and they were very friendly and welcoming. Fatima the Receptionist and Mohannad from the room service were amazing

Nothing special as normal hotels

Staff is not as good as other hotels , the room has no tooth brush or shaving blades even no soap . When i asked they said these are on request not a standard in this hotel . Which surprised me in 5 star hotel !!!!
