- Spacious (nice design) room with a big balcony; - Friendly and helpful staff; - Good breakfast buffet with more than enough options of food; - Good location, not far from town (by car).

- The ATM in the hallway is not reliable! Money was taken from our credit card account but no money and no receipt came out of the machine. The staff told us to send a message to the ATM company. The company of the ATM did not help us. They sent us a short message telling us they cannot help and that we have to contact our own bank. Get your money at a reliable bank in town because we lost a big amount of money! - Breakfast table most of the time was messy with no cutlery. - Our bathroom tiles in the shower had black mold in the corners. - The pool is small with limited beds. We went to other pools in town. - Noisy room/bad isolation. We could hear our neighbors up and next to us when they talk or play music. Also our room was close to the rooftop which had loud music every night.

Wonderful buffet breakfast, available until 11am. The staff has been extremely friendly with us and we overall had a great experience. Also, the staff was availble for any requests we had: we once needed to get an early packed breakfast to leave on time for a tour, and our request was promptly fullfilled. Not all staff members could comminucate well in English, but there would someone ready to jump in and help. I recommend using French as a main language as all staff is fluent in that. Outdoor swimming pool was nice and deep enough, about 1.60m I would guess. This was unclear from the pictures, and we were initially afraid it would be very shallow.

According to the info available in Booking, it was implied that the Hammam was included in the price; it turns out it is not the case. Sound insulation in the rooms was poor, and even if it did not prevent us from sleeping, I can imagine some people might find it difficult.

The breakfast was lovely every morning! Quiet and safe area with a few lovely cafes and a shopping centre near by and only 10min taxi from centre. Hotel was quiet and cosy. The room was absolutely gorgeous and well cleaned everyday and staff more than helpful. Pool area is beautiful and the sun loungers are so comfy!

I think the lack of entertainment led us to being slightly bored on our stay, There’s nothing really to do at the hotel besides stay by the pool, however the pool is gorgeous so that did help! Lots of family’s with kids so if a couple looking for a quiet holiday i would maybe try somewhere else as it was hard to get in the pool some days without lots of children in there, Which is totally fine just not as we expected Prices were pretty bad for the food at the hotel and i think they should allow people to bring in their own food

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk away from Al Mazar mall as well as 10-15 minutes taxi to main center. The hotel itself is a great place for families/couples. Nice pool, peaceful atmosphere and all in all a great relaxing stay. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Especially Mahsin and Hafid who consistently went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service.

Breakfast options weren't the greatest apart from the fruit which were very fresh. Also next time i would avoid withdrawing cash from the ATM in lobby as it has a 50% charge. Good to have in case of emergencies but not for practical use.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Cesar Resort & Spa. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool and spa areas were beautifully maintained and perfect for unwinding. A special thank you to Imane at the reception for her exceptional kindness and helpfulness—she truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff’s friendliness and professionalism stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Breakfast: * Soup daily it was cold even we informed the restaurant team many times * They don’t cover the buffet items like salads & fruits which is not good with flies surrounding * Moroccan items such Malui or Mseman need to be upgraded or to revise their recipes. * No name tag on the items in the buffet, you have to ask all the times. Rooms: Are excellent except in the night there is noise from the upper lounge (Stahh Rooftop), we have to wait till 02:00 am when they stop. Even though my suite was fare from the rooftop

The property felt private and enclosed, with a lovely pool and great privacy. Breakfast was included and tasty, and the bedrooms were spacious with clean, roomy bathrooms. One drawback was that the main bathroom had no door, only the toilet and shower areas were enclosed. The heated pool and spa were spotless, with towels provided throughout. Drinks were available until 11 AM, when breakfast service ended.

The spa closes at 8 PM. After a long day out, it would have been nice to be able to use it later.

All the staff were so helpful and attentive. Thanks very much to the reception, bar, breakfast, security, housekeeping and spa teams! They made the stay 5 *! Anything you asked of them they did with care. If you need a taxi booked, advice on what to do/where to eat, safe luggage storage etc - they will sort it for you! The breakfast was fantastic - a variety of options to suit all tastes and I often turned up just before 11am but was never refused or rushed. The rooms were spacious and very clean with air con and comfy beds. The facilities - spa, 2 pools, rooftop bar, reception area, restaurant were all good.

The outdoor pool needs a bit of work (I think they are refurbing soon) but it was still a good pool to cool down in. The main carpet in the hallway is worn but this was minor. The bathroom in the room - lack of privacy as the door to the toilet and shower don’t close properly. Perhaps another door to segregate the bathroom and the room would improve this.

Good location. Not in the Medina but close enough to easily dip in and dip out as you wish. Good walk in and short taxi ride back. Hotel staff were all delightful and keen to ensure a lovely stay! Breakfast was very, very good. Pool was lovely though cold to get into (beginning of May).

A minor thing - a few paint touch ups would be good, here and there. Just to smarten up a few scuffed areas.

everything from our room to the staff they went above and beyond for my birthday rose petals candles bouquet of roses and they even surprised me and sang happy birthday the staff here truly go above and beyond i will defo stay here again.

the hotel was exquisite, the only downside was the rooftop restaurant... if i stay at the hotel i will never use that restaurant again, its truly a let down for the hotel brings the stars of the hotel down.
