People are friendly, activities can be booked at hotel, can rent bikes from hotel, breakfast was good, rooftop is beautiful. Close to archeological site and beaches.

Hard to get towels for the shower, shower head spurt from the sides, no gym, view from balcony is construction. Can walk to downtown but not ideal due to lack of sidewalks the whole way

Great hotel. It’s very clean,comfortable and spacious rooms and the service is excellent. We stayed for 4 nights with all inclusive meals.The food was excellent, everything is very delicious. The staff is amazing !Walking distance of the archaeological site (10min) and the beaches (30 min). And a very nice little roof top swimming pool.

The room was big, nice and clean. The rooftop area is really beautiful and we enjoyed a very good breakfast & lovely sunsets there. The staff was also nice and helpful.

The location is quite outside the center (just be aware) and the dinner options in this area are very limited. The entrance by car could easily be improved (big holes). More a la carte lunch options (instead of the full buffet) would be great! And something to dry towels and wet swim suits would be great.

I loved every inch of this hotel. The location was prime, the breakfast fruits eggs pancakes meats and specially the lunch burgers, nachos and tacos-wow. The rooftop is so breathtaking😍 and the rooms were sparkly clean; I even came across the staff B cleaning another room. They do such an amazing job. They have plenty of parking!!! This is such a great stay rather than those beachfront hotels which you would still need a way to get around because plenty of things are more than a 12 ‘in drive away. Needless to say the sun beams hard and there are iguanas and snakes amongst other creatures around.

The dinner wasn’t all that. I’m not a pasta person but it also lacked a bit of flavor. The drinks aren’t that good honestly. We can work on that. The music playlist needed a little beat to it. You hear the same music almost everywhere and it’s to a point where you just want to block it out.

Location was good, close to the entrance to the ruins but almost impossible to find the hotel . It is behind Cafe Mocambo, but we drove all round the area and hotel before we had to phone for help. It turned out that we were 10 metres from the entrance but the only sign outside is on the doormat!!! The rooftop pool very nice, with a view of the ruins. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and found a couple of chairs on the stairwell so that we could use the table.

No sign outside-- to save an hour looking for the hotel. The Margaritas were not good. Not on the beach , which was great for us , but difficult for beach goers, but that is a problem in Tulum anyway . The beaches are taken up by the beach hotels. The beaches at the ruins were closed for turtle conservation. The pool and beds by the pool were fine to get a tan.

Location, amenities were very complete. April the waiter up top was nice and made us mango mojitos. Hot water, a/c, hamac in the room gave us a sense of the jungle.

Shower head was shooting water in every direction. Forgot to tell staff but it’s in room 101 if they read this.

The staff was extremely nice & friendly, they helped us with any issue we had. They were all very patient with us speaking a different language than them, & were never rude or displayed attitude. We got all inclusive where they provided 3 different meals each day, breakfast & dinner was buffet style & lunch was made to order. The bartender made amazing drinks & was also very helpful & friendly. The waitresses & cooks were all very nice & always kept a smile, while also constantly cleaning or providing things you need. There was also a restaurant outside the hotel that you get 20 percent off for staying at the hotel. The beach was a 15 minute walk, as well as the archeological zone. The hotel also helped us book excursions & had their own taxi service, making it easy to find transport somewhere. Overall, it was a great experience & I would definitely recommend to anyone & book here again.

There was nothing to dislike.

Room was great and clean and the service was exceptional. Absolutely no complaint!! Keep it up, I can highly recommend this hotel.

Dining area was good but could be better, especially the service. The staff could have been more welcoming, engaging, helpful and friendly, it seems to me like they were only there to pick up empty dishes and ococcasionally wipe the tables. The food selection could been more inspiring from one day to the next, maybe more traditional to Tulum or Mexico for example adding tacos, tamales, empanadas, salbutes etc. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible but surely not to it's fullest potential.

The deal that I got on my king room was unbeatable, and ur also included 1 free experience of my choice. I unfortunately never got to doing my free experience, but getting the offer was a nice touch. But to me, the selling point was the staff. In the 5 nights we were there, we grew to learn the staff’s name and bonded with them well. Their sincerity, hospitality, and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. We saw the same pleasant faces everyday, and I genuinely enjoyed interacting with each every one of them. I hope they knew how grateful I was.

Not a huge deal breaker, but a fridge in the room would have been really nice. It was really hot in Mexico this time around, and being able to store cold drinks in my room would’ve been nice. Secondly, the hotel was much further from the Tulum airport than originally thought. It took us anywhere between 45-60 mins to get to and from the airport.

I liked: - the spacious room - the rooftop relaxing area (particularly the hammocks) - the wrist-band room keys - the beautiful decor of the property

- Poor breakfast; there was no variation and the baked goods were disappointing - Disappointing WiFi; very poor reception and max speed clocked at 15mbps - Lack of amenities in the room like hair dryer, iron, tea/coffee, minibar - The flush lever/handle of the toilet in our room fell off several times and we had to fix it ourselves
