Location: The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena station, providing easy access to metro lines 50 and 54. This made commuting to the city center straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the proximity to venues like the Johan Cruijff ArenA and Ziggo Dome is a bonus for event-goers. Accommodation & Service: Upon arrival, the hotel was fully booked, but I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade on my second night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a restful environment after a day of exploring the city. Dining Experience: The on-site restaurant, Ristorante 51, offers a selection of Italian dishes in a cozy setting.The cocktails, the dining experience were enjoyable.

This courtyard Hotel exceeded our expectations. We felt secure in the hotel I loved the key entry for the elevators and the staff was EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, POLIE AND RESPECTFUL. WE RECOMEND THE HOTEL AND IF WE RETURN TO NETEHERLAN WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Our concern about breakfast buffet is too expensive. The expectation if you are hotel guest that a breakfast price will be fair, and in this case is not. Also, no ice machines, there is no ice machine in the whole hotel, except in the bar. Besides those two things, the Hotel is great!

This was the perfect location for a Snow Patrol gig at the Ziggo drome. The hotel is a 5 minute stroll to the train station where there are regular trains to the Airport or into Amsterdam. It’s only a 5/10 minute walk from the ziggo drome which was so convenient. Room was lovely, clean & comfortable.

The breakfast Saturday morning was lovely, plenty of choice and really relaxed. Sunday was a different story all together, it was busy but plates were left on tables, food was running out, and staff just couldn’t seem to cope. I even had bread with mould on it. It was a complete contrast to the morning before.

Quiet area and hotel, next to Ziggo Dome . Staff were qualified and nice. 3-4 min walk to public transportation. The toiletries smelled nice. It was all OK, not a wow experience. I had only a one night's stay, so it was all right for the price I paid for it. The showers were good, hot water, and heated bathroom. So that was the best experience.

Looked a bit old, expected a bit luxury since it is a part of Marriot, but it wasn't all that. It's just a normal 4-star hotel in Amsterdam. Compared to in Asia, this didn't feel like By Marriott at all. No drinks or snacks in the minibar. I hated the full room carpet. For me personally, it felt so unhygienic. It was stains on the carpet and on the interior, for example, like the chair in the room. I felt a bit ripped off by the " By Marriott." It's not as expected like those in Asian countries. So beware 😏

It was very good, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We loved it and will definitely be back. Amazing

We have nothing to say, the only thing we noticed was that after drinking a tea that was made available to us in the room the next day it was not replaced so we could enjoy another drink in our room, but it was certainly a fault that does not affect our evaluation.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good location with a lot of options for public transports. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. One of the reasons we picked Courtyard was the fact that it is allowed to take your pet )under a small fee, of course).

I think, nowadays, I would expect the TV would have a chrome cast or CastTV at some sorts. We live in a digital era, we should have an option to cast Netflix, Youtube, HBO or other streaming platform onto the TV. If it is a animal friendly hotel, maybe it would be possible to have a bowl of water for our four legged friends. (I didn't see one, f there is, I take this back)

Location (easy to get to bus and metro stations, supermarket close for anything you may need, quiet and nice area) Clean rooms, sun blocking curtains, good food, quiet area, nice hotel overall, will definitely book this one again for our trips to Amsterdam.

Personnel of the restaurant ( slow, forgot meals we ordered), found some unclean glasses at breakfast and for me not a great variety for vegetables at breakfast, but not worth choosing another hotel for this reason.

The location was very good, just a 5 min walk to the train station. We stayed there for the Billie Eilish concert in Ziggo Dome and it was a perfect choice. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the venue and it has a supermarket on the way! The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you leave early for the airport, as we did, around 4:30 am, although trains only operate at 5:00 am, you have a bus station right next to the train and is as quick as the train. Absolutely recommend!

The reception staff were incredible!! From getting an early check in, to a room upgraded, to helping us with a late check out. They were VERY friendly, very informative and were extremely welcoming at all times. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were also absolutely lovely!

Only thing that was a SLIGHT downer was the temperature in the room. It was cool but you couldn't turn it down anymore. Outside was 33+ degrees and the room didn't quite cool down enough.

The staff who work here are all amazing. I was checked in by Alice, who was wonderful and managed to give me a free upgrade. The hotel in itself was only a few blocks away from a client site so was super ideal. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fresh without odour, and the room was good size with all the facilities you would expect from a Marriott! A great stay!

If I was being picky it would be the iron in the room. Probably needs an upgrade as the one there is pretty basic and you will spend ages trying to iron one shirt. However I did request for a change and again Alice was quick to change it for me without a fuss. Had it changed for a brand new steam one and although still lower capacity it did the job ok.
