I appreciated that hair conditioner and facial tissues were provided. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. I also liked that it was possible to leave the suitcase for 8 hours in the storage room free of charge. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from the tram and bus stations.

The room was small and old and, therefore, a bit depressing.

Good, almost perfect location. Close to major tourist attractions. At the same time, it is a quiet, peaceful place next to the park. A great option to get there by bus from the airport. The bus stop is almost next to the hotel (5 minutes). It was comfortable and inexpensive. A small but cozy and clean room, equipped with everything you need - hanger for top coat, chest of drawers for suitcases, a coffee table, two chairs, bedside tables and local lighting. A nice bonus was the "NESPRESO" coffee machine and, accordingly, capsules with coffee and sugar. A good option would also be to find the safe, although we wouldn’t use it. The bathroom has fairly new, fully functional sanitary equipment. Reliable and fairly fast Internet with one password throughout the hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. We were offered to use the storage room after check-out. I can’t say anything about the food, since we are vegans and plan our own food.

1.The pillows on the bed, in my opinion, were too hard and far from orthopedic ones :) . 2. We booked a quiet room, but in the absence of outside noise, there was a slight but constant noise at night, apparently from the general air conditioning or ventilation system. We had to get used to it. 3. And there was also an almost common drawback of many hotel rooms - insufficient number of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels, etc. when you take a shower or wash yourself.

Room was very comfortable. Location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to some of the popular museum's. Plenty of places to eat literally round the corner. Breakfast option was very reasonable for the price. They offer coffee and a croissant for €5 or a buffet for €15, which included pastries, meat, eggs, bread, cereal, juices, teas and coffee's. The nearby restaurant's are expensive so the hotel option is well worth the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that the room was kept topped up with toiletries, teas and coffee's.

There is a school outside the hotel, which can be loud in the morning, it didn't bother us but some people may want quiet in the morning.

Breakfast was awful. Coffee was extremely small and too expensive. There were too many rules about how to get coffee.The front desk Chinese guy was rude when I asked for a second cup. He acted like I was trying to cheat the hotel. In America hotel coffee is free!

The front desk staff was all rude, except for one fellow who wore glasses and had a beard. He was very polite. He believed me when so told him the phones did not work in two of our four rooms. The blonde girl was especially rude acting like we bothered her when asking questions. We are from America where customer service is supreme. Plus we had just returned from a cruise ship where customer service is especially courteous. The blonde girl never once smiled. She argued with me the phones did work. The fellow with the beard went to check and found one phone had been stolen out of the room while the other phone was broken indeed.

location was great for where we wanted to be.

1. out of the 5 reception staff that i interacted with, only one was truly helpful *and* friendly. the others did not offer much help or info and just seemed to "just be doing my job" with little emphasis on providing a great experience to me ... and to other guests i saw interacting w/ them. most barely greeted me when i entered the hotel. since booking pulls info fron the hotel website, suggest to them adding the following info to their website: + which floor(s) the various kinds of rooms were on. + whether or not the hotel has elevators, and if so to which floors.

Great location in the city center, close to museums. Tram stops and airport buses are a couple of minutes away. There is a supermarket nearby, a street with boutiques, cafes and a boat within walking distance. The room is small, but great for a short stay. In fact, we came only to sleep. There is a coffee machine and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is big enough, the shower cabin is spacious, the water pressure is good. The staff is friendly.

- It's strange, but right opposite the hotel there is a school building. Children are playing under the windows. It can be noisy. When you leaving the hotel, there is a chance that you will be hit with a ball))))) - There is no heating in the bathroom, it was cold.

Lovely hotel - it's my 2nd stay. Super nice people at the reception! Delicious breakfast. Room - very clean and fresh with a huge window and trees outside. Comfortable bed. WiFI - also good quality. Location - top, if you want to go to Rijk or/and van Gogh museum. Very safe and clean area. I liked it all and I would happily stay there again.

Some people walk like elephants, completely unaware there are other guests staing next to their room or the floor below. I was woken up at night by heavy (really heavy) walks! Please, future guests - remember that you are not alone there and other people hear you!

The location is super great if the trip agena is mainly to visit the musuems and very accessible by tram from the central stataion. Services from the staff were very nice, friendly, and even provided a helpful tips to guide me throught to my destination.

Not many options for the breakfast compared with the price. All staff are friendly and willing to help with questions, except for the manager, who was "cold" (w/polite) to reply the questions.

the asian man in the reception was very intimidating and rude. Even though I have paid the room online before the stay, He asked my credit card and didn’t let us in when we refused. When I asked him why he said “I don’t know weather or not you will eat breakfast”despite the fact that we stated we won’t because it was expensive. Even if we did, he could have charge us at the checkout. Forcefully and rudely taking someone’s private data should not be acceptable. The microwave was available for everyone to use so we use that to heat up the breakfast we purchased from the supermarket, he was checking us out the whole time looking if we were eating the breakfast served there… Such annoying experience…

We spent one night in this hotel as we were visiting the Kiefer exhibition at the Van Gogh and Stedelijk Museum. The location is perfect, it's only a 3 min walk to the entrance of both museums. We arrived by car and parked at the QPark Museumsplein which is also only 5 min walk away (but rather expensive, EUR 60/day), the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, not too big (be booked a 3 bed room for 2 and were upgraded to a 4 bed room - thank you very much :-)) but everything was there. The beds were comfortable, at night it was quite quiet although the inner walls are not very thick. We did not have breakfast but you can buy just a coffee and a croissant for a very fair price. For a 3 star hotel it was a perfect stay, exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely book this hotel again next time we visit Amsterdam.
