Good location in the centre of Amsterdam. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable. Fresh flavoured water and sweets in the lobby were always appreciated every time we came back from a visit.

The shower is extremely slippery. The hotel is located on a square full of bars and restaurants, therefore it gets very noisy until late at night. The hotel provides ear plugs but unfortunately this is only of little helps.

Great location, very central and the tram stop is just outside. (Picture is the view from my window - superior room with a view) I found the staff to be friendly and when I had an issue in my room they sent someone up within 5 minutes to help get it fixed. I found the room to be comfortable, plenty of space and AC (superior room), a closet if you wish to hang up clothes, amenities such as towels, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, hairdryer, etc.

The breakfast left something to be desired, but there's a lot of restaurants in the area so it was easy to find somewhere to eat. I don't think the hotel has the best soundproofing, the noise from Rembrantplein is very loud even at 4am. This didn't bother me personally but if you're a light sleeper it's something to note.

Location is excellent. The room was comfortable as well as the bed. The staff (all of them, from Manuel and the other guys in the breakfast to the front desk). They were great with customer service and attention.

Adding bacon to the breakfast would be ideal. Or mixing one day sausage and one day bacon. When I was booking the hotel in Bookings, it said the room had air conditioner. When I arrived my room had a fan and they told me in this time of year the hotel doesn't use the air conditioner. I requested a room that did had A/C. When we book a room with air conditioner it should have one all year round, not subject to the hotel interpretation of the weather. Opening windows would have resulted in having noise from the street. This is a very good hotel, I would request the management to clarify if the room has or not A/C in the Bookings page. It was the reason we booked the hotel and we felt deceived. Thankfully the hotel staff upgraded us and the problem was solved.

Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam , but also located in the middle of Rembrandt's Plein a lovely square filled with everything you need so that you don't have to go far either. Very welcoming and helpful staff available at all times. They were professional whilst also friendly. Arriving hours early to find that we could check in early made an amazing start to a great trip. The beds were comfortable and the double glazed windows kept out a lot of the noise if you wanted quiet at night etc. Amenities were brilliant, all toiletries also provided in the bathroom. It was kept clean all the time and smelt nice always. Fresh drinking water and candies available in reception at all times is also a great added touch. I have been to Amsterdam many times and this has been my favourite accommodation so far! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a bit of comfort , access to public transport, attractions, restaurants and some amazing coffee shops. I highly recommend this hotel and I certainly will be returning upon my next trip.

Clean, spacious and modern room. Well appointed. Friendly staff. Nice location, directly along a main tramline with stop just steps from entrance. The square on which the hotels sits has multiple restaurants for quick access.

Shower design that results in pools of water on bathroom floor. Could have used more towels to deal with this. Also, the location may be a bit noisy very late in the evening. Seemed to be woken at same time in middle of the night due to when some nearby bars let out. While initially thinking they provided chocolates in small sealed packages on the nightstands, we opened them to find these were ear plugs.

Staff was attentive and front desk was very helpful answering all questions and assisting with any needs. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Coffee in the room was great.

Room was nice but a bit sparce. No artwork on the walls. Only one drawer for clothing. Not much counter space in bathroom for toiletries. Noise level was more than expected. Choice to have a drink instead of housekeeping seemed nice at first. Tried it one day and used our coupon. Free drink offer was very limited (wine was terrible) and not worth giving up housekeeping. Breakfast was great. But there were ALWAYS items that needed replenishing and ALWAYS had to ask to have the item replenished. Seemed that breakfast was under staffed. The staff was kind and tried to keep up.

The location of the property is just perfect! Your like 10 minutes away from all the red lights district, maybe 15 minutes away from central train station, and you have all the amenities right outside of the hotel. We were there in december, so there was ice rink, a lot of bars, restaurants, clubs around, a lot of fast food places, so pretty much everything you may need. We've arrived 10 am in the morning (check in was 3pm), and they immediately gave us 1 room as it was ready already, and we dropped our stuff in there. I travel a lot, and I know sometimes hotels just don't want to check you in before check in time, just because they want you to pay extra. Not with this hotel, they were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Highly recommend this hotel! P.S. In the lobby they do have water and different types of candies for the guest, which is kind of cool.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our check in time was supposed to be 3 pm but got there at 6 and they accommodated us warmly. Staff Jayna was very friendly and helpful. She always made sure that all our concerns and requests will be catered. Staff Jayna even gave us tips in where to dine and where to visit while we’re in the city. Really thankful for her and the rest of the crew for accommodating us. The room was more than what I expected. They gave us a beautiful room with the best view. The location is just perfect. Just walking distance to restaurants and shops. Tram is just outside the hotel. We also feel safe on our whole stay. Would gladly check in back to this hotel when we come back in Amsterdam. 10/10 would recommend 🫶🏼

Location was great. Walking distance everywhere. Rembrantplein is the nightlife square. Lots of nightclubs and restaurants to select from. Although there were many night clubs around, when you enter the hotel you dont feel the outside comotion. Clean rooms but a bit small than we expected. The breakfast: It was enough for a continental breakfast. Coffee machine did the job and the rest was fresh and complete for a small breakfast.

The room walls were a bit thin I guess. I came without my children not to be woken up in the morning, but instead I woke up with other people's children crying at 7 AM :) So, I think just let the front desk know your room location in case of if you are looking to sleep in.

I am extremely satisfied with the hotel. Everything about it screams excellent. The room is spacious, clean and fully stocked with a daily complementary water bottle. The reception will ask if you want your room to be cleaned daily. And the location is the best as everything is walkable from it. Words are not enough to describe our experience at this hotel. We will definitely use the NH hotel group next time we visit Amsterdam.
