Clean and modern room. Close to the metro station and bus stop. You can also walk to the old city in about 25 min. Car park on site and easy access to other cities. Breakfast selection was also great. We enjoyed indoor pool as spa. It was rather small but the capacity is limited up to 6 people at the same time so it was no issue at all.

Very clean and modern with beautiful design.

Robe provided which we used to visit the indoor pool but no slippers provided so had to go down with trainers on. Oh and we were told we could go down for 9am but the pool doesn't open till 10. This was only a small issue. All in all we had a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect, like this hotel chain has used us to. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even allowing us to move our reservation on the same day after a family emergency. Our many special thanks to Soraya Mendonça for the help and with preparing the surprise to my wife. The hotel itself is super cozy, very modern, we have to come back in the summer to use the pool. The breakfast was also very good.

Nothing to note here. Just be ware that finding a parking spot in the street next to the hotel is very hard, so if coming by car, you can use the hotel private parking.

Lovely modern hotel with wonderfully friendly staff. Great facilities and in a good location...not too busy, not too quiet. 99% of staff were super happy and helpful..a big shout out to the pool lifeguard.

The ONLY negative was there were dirty stains on the carpets that really needed cleaning. These weren't just small isolated patches, but big stains. We were on floor one, right by the lifts and there were quite a few there. Also, it looked like something with wheels had been dragged along and spread the stain. The carpet on the 'bridge' between the buildings was also not clean.

The hotel is very well located, close to metro station, although the city centre is within a walking distance. The facilities are very clean, the rooms are spacious, whereas the stuff is polite and willing to satisfy your request. The pool is clean, always attended by a lifeguard, while there is also a nice pool bar nearby. WiFi works pretty well. The breakfast is very good with huge variety, although the menu is almost fixed.

Almost nothing!

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The location is excellent – close to the city center, making it easy to get around and explore the main attractions. We did not try the breakfast, so we cannot comment on it, but overall, our stay was of a high standard. This is an excellent hotel that offers a comfortable and modern stay in Lisbon

The room was great. We liked the bathroom, it had frosted glass that made it bright. Well thought out. Good shower. Comfortable bed Breakfast was good. Lots of choice, attentive staff, good quality too The guest services lady was lovely. Informative, spoke excellent English. She was keen to get feedback on what we had visited during the day Location was ok, it was a 15-20 min walk into town, downhill. The hop on hop off buses were a 10 mins walk

My one criticism is that the green tea was mint green tea.

We came in late during the power outage without a reservation. This was the 4th hotel we tried, the other ones were full. They were extremely helpful although they did not have a room directly. They comforted us by telling that they were not going to let anyone sleep on the street. After a meal in the restaurant, we were given two rooms so we could shower and sleep. We could not have been more thankful with the help!

Hotel was modern and in a great location.

Keys at check in didn't work. Didn't love the shower being exposed (glass) to the room. Bathroom only had 1 wash cloth. Had an issue with check out where we were offered a 5 euro discount at breakfast if downloaded the Iberostar app. At check out they didn't know how to give us the credit. After waiting a while I had to leave for my ride to the airport. They must of figured out it because I was charged correctly.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean with tasteful decor. The facilities (gym, spa, pool) are excellent. We didn't eat in the hotel but found some great coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The scent that was being pumped into the lobby was quite overwhelming and you could smell it from outside on the street. Thankfully it wasn't in the rooms or the corridors where the rooms were. For those with sensitivity to scents it was a lot.
