Great location, rooms were very well sound proofed from the busy street outside! Luxury feel in the room, service was great and rooms were clean! Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend this hotel!

A few towels were torn around the edges. Just a small detail that didn't ruin our experience but did make the experience a little less luxury. Perhaps time to replace them as I did see people mention this in other reviews aswell

I have stayed for 8 nights and overall it was a really good place. The hotel is centrally located at the heart of Lisbon and it is conveniently 2 mins from the main attractions. The neighborhood is very safe. All staff were really polite and well mannered. Rooms were cleaned meticulously everyday, and mini bar was free of charge to use. Breakfast also nice. I also used the transfer service that the hotel booked for me for the airport and it was quite comfortable and convenient. Definitely would stay here again in my next stay. Thank you.

For a hotel of this quality I would have expected several toiletries (dental kit, moisturizer) at the bathroom in my room, but lack of it wasn’t a big issue.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, new, modern with comfortable beds, good sound insulation and friendly staff! The location of the hotel is perfect. One morning we paid for breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent with good offer and really affordable (10€/person). The minibar contains juices and bottled water and there is no additional charge. Also, is good to know that reception is open 24/7.

I would only suggest that you don't forget to refill the coffee and milk capsules, that was a bit lacking... but it's not a problem considering we were really happy with the facility. :) We would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Lisbon! <3

The hotel is in an excellent location, it was very clean (I am a clean freak so I know) and for coming back to a sparkling room each day I give the cleaning staff a 10. I also found the bed and pillows very comfy which was ideal since I was staying for one week. A bonus for me was my little view from my room. The staff were very accommodating. I did not give top score as not overly friendly… could greet customers better so that they feel more welcome.

Though the breakfast was included, it was fairly basic and I much preferred the cooked omelette vs scrambled eggs. I would have loved some berry yoghurt or at least berries to add to the plain yoghurt. I also found the little packets of Kleenex they give you a little stingy vs a box of Kleenex for the room.

Spacious room with a mix of glamour and technology, overall very pleasant. Very good cleanliness. Comfortable bed and a central location, perfect for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff, attentive to guests’ needs. We’ve been offered a bottle of cava on our last night for the issues encountered with our room.

Bathroom unnecessarily high-tech and not very functional: sink without hot water and with timed sensors of 5–7 seconds, which was very inconvenient. Shower without a glass panel and with a visibly damaged drain, giving it a neglected appearance. Only one pillow provided as standard. Slightly high price, though justified by the central location.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient for getting around the city especially because it was our first time in Lisbon. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and safe. The breakfast was really well-stocked and maintained with care from staff. We really appreciated the amenities in the room and having an elevator for luggage (sometimes rare in Europe!) Our room was always immaculate when we came back to it every evening and we appreciated the drinking water refills. We can’t wait to come back and are eager to recommend to friends!

Everything was great!

Conviniently located in the heart of Lisbon it is a hotel that really meets the "boutique" standards. The interior design is very detail oriented with dinstinctive female touch, including shoes and accesories from famous haute couture disigners. In the rooms the thechnology and the decoration are well integrated, making very nice union (special mention deserve the safe box and the TV). There are many other nice detials like the golden colour, the porcelain cups and the quality of the cotton sheets. Some of the furniture is also from well known designers.

The shower space door wouldn't close perfectly and some water was leaking outside. The minibar offer is limited.

Location was perfect. The hotel is near majority of the main attractions in Lisbon. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well so you are spoiled for choice. Russo square and the train station is within walking distance. The trams are frequent on the street next door. Buses are also quite frequent. The street that the hotel is on is quite busy however you do not notice this once you are inside as the sound proofing is very effective. The only issue we had was when the taxi was dropping us off or picking us up. We often saw that the driver's found it hard to park because the street is really busy. Stylish interior Great breakfast

We had an incredible stay at Madalena by The Beautique Hotels to celebrate a 40th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. As a gay couple, we felt completely at ease and genuinely celebrated throughout our stay. The surprise upgrade and bottle of bubbly waiting in the room made the occasion feel extra special and personal. The room itself was absolutely phenomenal – stylish, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, with attention to detail in every corner. The décor was modern and chic, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was intimate yet luxurious. The location was ideal for exploring Lisbon, but honestly, we could have happily stayed in the room all day. This was more than just a hotel stay – it was an experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our birthday celebration so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Probably better for couples , also we arrived at midnight with small kids and found the hotel closed, this was very worrying, we had to wait at a nearby hotel until it could be opened. Apprently one person manages at night and has to lock up if they have to attend to something. If we’d known would have saved us a lot of worry at the initial stages, our children were very heightened. Otherwsie staff and stay were Perfect
