The service of the employees was excellent, the location of the hotel is very central and convenient to reach anywhere in the city, close to the metro

Could be better, the staff for the breakfast. Don't say good bye when we leave the restaurant. Some paper above the window on thre wall were not well glue (see picture) .. this is not a good image for this hotel category

I had a very small room, but settled in quickly & realised it was all I needed; the room was modern, clean & comfortable. The staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff. Breakfast was great and included lots of options. The location is very VERY convenient - it is right next to the circle where all of the tour buses start from, but all of the main areas of Lisboa are walkable from the hotel too. The hotel is located in a busy area that can be noisy at night, but I was surprised that outside noise was barely audible from my room.

My room was right next to the elevator and that made it quite noisy at night. People coming in and out woke me up several times at night. I doubt this would affect most rooms, so it's worth requesting a room further away from the lifts.

The room was nice, comfortable, silent, and spotless. It is within walking distance of the main attractive areas to visit. The receptionist and the bellboy were very friendly and professional.

There are no cell phone charging connections next to the bed. Our room only had two cups for the espresso machine. When I requested additional cups from room service, they informed me that they had run out. We then called the front desk to request more cups of regular coffee, but they only sent us one regular cup and one decaffeinated cup, without asking about our preferences.

Wonderful Hotel with Outstanding Service! This is my third time in Turin, and I always choose this hotel. What makes it truly special are the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A special shout-out to Marcos Reis, who is always there with a smile and his warm, welcoming personality, making my stay even more enjoyable. He truly is a gem and ensures that guests feel completely at ease. The hotel itself is fantastic – clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We stay in this hotel every year, it's a great location, comfort level is good and facilities are great. This year we were given a room upgrade which was amazing. I love it when hotels acknowledge when you have stayed before and welcome you back. I say that as there are hotels that I have stayed in 20+ times and they have never acknowledged we stayed there before. The bar area is lovely and the breakfast was good. I am gluten free and they were able to accommodate me with gluten free bread etc. Receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Looking forward to going back.

The location is very good in a queit and chick place , its 3 mintes away from the metro station , it was very convenient to the purpose I went for , the room is very clean with all facilities, person may need , the window was looking at a queit back street so i could sleep deeply without any noise the reception and the lobby are very big , there were several seating areas where you can pamping yourself .

The receptionists could be more friendly and helpful , except Pedro whos was very helpful , they hardly and after a while answer the internal calls , if you need something you have to call several times to be responded . The electricity was cut in my second night and it was so hot in the room they said its a problem in the whole street buildings. it came the following day in the morning but partially the AC and bed side lights did not work i called them to complain they mentioned that they are waiting for the technician but nothing happened till i met Pedro in the corridore i told him about the problem and imediately he sent the technician and fixed it

We had booked two van transfers to the airport with Booking.com for a 3 AM pick-up, Neither one arrived and their customer service could not help us. We had no choice but to ask for the front desk's help to get us local taxis. They did help us albeit with a certain reluctance.

Since the hotel is located on a main road, you can hear the noise from the street at night. We had stayed at Turim Marques Hotel the week before and that is actually better - quieter and newer.

The hotel was lovely, really clean and convenient. Breakfast was great, staff were nice and the bar men were super, really helpful and chatty. Only disappointment with the hotel was our room didn’t have a walk in shower and my mum couldn’t access the bath. The food in the restaurant was the worst we have ever experienced, would definitely not eat there. The waiter told us the restaurant is not part of the hotel.
