Considering that is a 1 star hotel, it was a very good stay. The breakfast was ok, few things but what there was, was fresh. (ham, cheese, butter, jam, bread, yogurt, some pastry and juice/coffee) The room was ok sized, only basic furniture, but the bed was really good. Unexpectedly good :) The bathroom was small, they provided shampoo/towels. A nice thing to mention was that the water had good pressure and got hot very quickly. The room was clean when I arrived. I chose though a room without cleaning during the stay, although I could've ask for paid cleaning. All in all, a really good place to stay for a low price.

The location is fantastic, next to bus stops and Rato station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly accommodating, polite, and helpful (and they let me check in early)! My room was as requested—adequate and quiet, perfect for a good night's rest. The hotel also offers breakfast and an airport transfer service, which I didn’t use, but it’s great to have the option. Overall, a wonderful stay that added to how lovely Lisbon was. Will definitely return!

The bed was quite firm and there was only one pillow provided but this wasn't an issue personally.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Although the room was small, it had all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally kind and always willing to help. They allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out and pick them up later, which let us enjoy our day without any worries. Additionally, they offered us coffee while we waited for our taxi, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location was good, a bit far from the city center but still accessible. We mostly used Uber to get around, but there is also a train station nearby.

The only downside was that the room was a bit cold, and the walls seemed thin, as we could hear noise from the hallway and other floors. Also, the elevator was out of service during our stay. While it wasn’t an issue for us since we could use the stairs without any problem, it might be challenging for other guests staying on higher floors or those with mobility difficulties, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely stay here again. The service and attentiveness of the staff made up for any small drawbacks we experienced.

very close to the city center so great location the window was pointing to the street so you could hear the rode but to be honest it did not bother me at all. sound proofing is amazing somehow! on the hall you could hear your neighbor snoring but not it your room. the hotel manager was amazing. gave us a map and showed us what to see and how to take our walking trip trough the city we missed the part where it said that parking is not included so we didnt reserve it but luckily they had space for our car

The location is great. Really close to the metro. We appreciated the non stop reception.

Weird bed sheets. I would appreciate some wardrobe.

The staff was very accommodating and helped change reservation dates around when needed. The location is extremely convenient and perfect to get to the best places in the city. It's also convenient to have parking and especially street parking at night. Although I recommend just taking Ubers everywhere as it is cheap to get to any of the cool places in town.

The property was hard to get a hold of via phone or email, it was hard to get confirmation and gather information on the property remotely. But the staff was very helpful in person and great to speak to.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Cleanliness is great. Great location. Comfortable beds. Good hot shower. My family had a really pleasant night. We would definitely coming back. Staff been really helpful. Even after we checked out, they kept our luggages safe until we ready to catch our flight. Thank you.

Noice from the road. Specially at night. But it's the location so can't fault it. Still you can have a cosy night.

The staff were very friendly and always keen to help. Being able to use the reception lobby area as we needed was very helpful for our group. The complimentary drinks station was a life saver - and especially loved the tropical juice! It was a great location, and not too crowded or busy.

Some rooms did not have air conditioning, which was difficult in the middle of summer. Also, while the rooms and the general hotel was clean enough, there were parts of some showers etc which had clearly been missed and needed proper cleaning.

The location is good, there are a couple of bus and metro stations right around the corner which will take you to the city centre / central stations, plus there is a big supermarket and McDonald’s close by. The reception works 24/7 so that is very convenient, everybody there speaks English and are exceptionally nice and forthcoming, all of our requests were accommodated (they gave us shower caps, allowed us to use the coffee / tea machine even though we didn’t pay for breakfast etc). The room itself was small but had everything we needed and more (a TV), it was clean - as well as the ensuite bathroom.

The only thing we were not very happy about was the bathroom + toilet door to the main sleeping room… it’s on a side sliding mechanism and when closed leaves a considerable gap between itself and the nearby wall, so everyone is aware of what happens in the bathroom. Oh and our windows led onto the street so when we had them open at night we would hear the street noise.

The staff was very firendly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful. If you need tea/coffee or any dishes you can take from the reception for free. Also the room was quite.

The only thing I didn't like is ventilation in the rooms. Especially in the bathroom ventilation was not sufficient. Also some facilities like lift were a bit old and sometimes I didn't feel safe while using it.
