Very nice pool, we went end of august/early September and it was never busy. Room was amazing, very comfortable, pretty views. Cleaners were very nice and even checked in on us after a few days of no cleaning to see if we needed anything! And the location was incredible, 5 mins from a metro station and could get anywhere very quickly. The area was nice and everyone in the area was very accepting of us as tourists.

The bar seemed to be poorly time managed, some untrained staff which was not an issue at all, but service was quite slow and there was no staff on for about 30 mins. We weren't up to much so we just sat around but we did end up waiting until another resident asked for bartender at reception.

The staff was really polite, everything was clean ( especially I liked how clean and good smell was in the toilets 🚻 😅) swimming pool is nice if you travel with kids, it's not so deep, and there is place in the pool where it's until knees, so small kids can play in the pool themselves Also there is restaurant inside ,it was for us expensive, but we ate twice the buffet in the evening, it was nice and tasty 19 euro per person And what I liked the most there was a blackout curtains, I have a problems with sleeping and there were dark in the room, so I could 😴 The air conditioner was working perfectly 👌 💞

The only minus, when there is check in there is a lot of people and not much stuff, so we had to wait in the queue for 20 minutes when was check in..., only 2 people worked

This hotel was really cute and comfortable. It was fairly close to the main tourist areas of Lisbon, taking about 20 minutes to get to there on public transit. Very close to a train station and public transit. It was also fairly close to the airport.

Because it was so close to the airport you could constantly hear planes. The shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. It had pink mildew and other stains and dirt from previous guests which was gross.

The guy at reception was one of the most helpful we have struck over our travels. Room was basic - as per what we paid for but had everything we needed. Location wasn't my favorite area of Lisbon but we needed to be a bit nearer to airport - which it was.

The pool was a bit exposed and tricky to find from the inside of the building. Adding to this we unfortunately struck a bit of wind which made the pool not an option for us - but they can't do much about the wind!

We liked the dinner buffet in the restaurant. The nice and serviceminded staff. The breakfast buffet. The bar and TV screen for watching football. The Metro just a few hundred meters away. The size of the room was good, with big windows, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok and very clean. The reasonable price for the room. The locked up luggage room for use before or after check in. The aircondition. Top floor, 13th floor, had a balcony. Great view from the balcony (but a bit noisy outside). After all it is in the city. Easy access to everywhere because of the Metro and trainstation nearby.

Nothing that the hotel can improve, but there is traffic noise and noise from trains and aeroplans when/if you open the window. Otherwise it did not disturb us at all, the room was close to noiseproof.

The staff was amazing, both the reception and cleaning team were always friendly and answered any questions efficiently and nicely. What surprised me the most was how the cleaning team would come back to the room if we were asleep in the morning and tidy up regardless. This had never happened before

Only time I was a lil sad was when we realized the complementary water bottle was only for the check in date. It was some of the best water I ever tasted

Overall location is good near Entrecampos. It’s a quick walk to the metro, trains and malls from there. The staff were also very friendly, specially in the morning when they had to keep my bags while I grabbed some coffee.

Hotel location is a bit odd, located behind other hotels in what looks like just a parking lot and has no direct access to the main avenue, other then a little gate to another parking lot that is located by the street. The hotel lobby is a bit fair like with souvenir shops inside.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. They offer an amenity when you arrive with non sparkling water. As for the breakfast it offers various food from ham, eggs, cereals, coffee and various pastries and fruits, so you can find something to your liking. The location is also great since the train station is in near the hotel, so if you plan a side trip to Sintra it will pay off. Also it's close to the city center where a lot of restaurants are located and various coffee shops.

The hotel has a pool, and since we had a bad luck with the weather during these days, it would have been wholesome if it worked.. But everything else is pretty good for the price and the services.

The safe was large enough for me to store two laptops and a DSLR camera with ease. The fridge was large enough to store quite a few cold drinks. The bed was very comfortable.

The shaving point was a bit intermittent. (I mentioned this at check-out.) Guessing the button to press in one of the lifts for a room with a number starting with a 1 was something I never got to grips with. The air conditioning was quite loud; being from northern Europe, I switched it off and opened the window.

Breakfast was awesome. Hotel is clean and has a good vibe. Great for overnight and close to airport.

Rude guest was sitting at the hotel bar on speaker phone for over an hour disrupting other guests with his obnoxious behaviour in spite of management politely speaking to him a number of times. I would have taken stronger measures as one rude guest should not be allowed to ruin the stay of others.
