the privacy of having a bunk with 3 walls and a curtain and 2 drawers for storage. The location worked well for walking to see sights and bars.

I wish there were more options for breakfast, beyond the bread, cereal, cake. the cucumbers and tomatoes were nice choices but didnt taste super great.

No wi-fi connection was in my bed The sinks are too small even to wash hands. No paper towel in the badroom. Breakfast is too simple. Refrigerator is too dirty and untidy Water does not drain well from the sink in my room. You have to go uphill to reach the main street.

Large common area, beds were comfy, wifi was good, lots of spots to chill, free popcorn on movie night. Good location near the bar street.

Kitchen: one sink constantly leaked onto the floor, people kept slipping on the wet tiles. No wet floor signs, staff seeing it and ignoring it. Also the fridge was leaking (ice melting?) for 2 days, again, water all over the floor. Staff knew, didn't care. Bathrooms in the dorms don't get cleaned very well/very often. The fan in the room only reaches the 2 top bunks directly under it, useless for the rest of the room. 1 fan for 8 beds in 30° is poor. The pool table was expensive, €5/hr.

cleaning was done every day in the rooms which was nice, felt very hygienic. rooms were very comfortable as well, curtain over the bed provided privacy. very convenient that there was a 24/7 reception. amazing location. I would stay here again

breakfast could have more options, wasn't really fulfilling. there could be more space to store food in the fridge etc. there was a lot of staff and in general everyone was friendly and hospitable but some of the staff could benefit from a bit of training in how to for example do a check-in by being both clear and welcoming when explaining things (I work in a reception too at a hotel so it's something that I noticed, it wasn't a bad experience but I think could be better). nothing too bad though and I did enjoy my stay here overall :)

The rooms were big enough and the beds had curtains, which makes it more private & comfortable. The breakfast was simple (bread, jam, nut spread, butter, tomato/cucumber, cake & warm drinks) but nice & good as it had also vegan milk for cornflakes. The Hostel is cool, it has a terrace, bar and places to chill!

My mattress was broken, I felt every „metal feather“ of it and the bed was super loud when i moved. The bathrooms are old and there is a bad smell from the pipes, but its not dramatic as they clean every day the bathrooms. The hostel is uphill, sometimes its pretty exhausting :D

This hostel had a lively and comfortable atmosphere, I think it attracted all the right people! In the main areas everyone was hanging out together. You needed a card to enter the bedroom so it felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the top bunk had a ledge so nothing could fall off. There were multiple plugs per bed and the wifi was fast. The lockable drawer underneath fit a backpack. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was simple but nice to have.

The room didn’t have any handsoap (the shared bathrooms did). And I thought that there would be AC, but that meant a fan on the wall.

Everything. It was a lovely and enjoyable stay. The staff are amazing, the guests too. The legend was definitely Rafa, he has the heart of gold. He is the most kind and caring person. He totally loves everyone and he spreads that beautiful positivity everywhere. Everyone was just amazing. I would recommend this amazing place to anyone and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you all again for being so amazing from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Excellent in every way possible.♥️

Liked the place a lot. I mean it has a bar , a place for the any activities down stairs so it's a good spot to meet new people. Beds are comfortable, you can leave the luggage while city sightseeing before accomodation

What I really hate is the rip off from pub crawl event and that this hostel is hosting this kind of event. I mean come on, In most clubs when you pay for entrance you have free entrance drink, and during pub crawl in some places to get dissolved tequila you had to order the drink at the price it wasn't worth the taste. I felt like these are the places no one is visiting. Come on, dissolved sangria (no joking) and tequila shots ? The first and the last time I ve been played like this. If you don't want to waste 20E just go outside the hostel, have a walk and you will find great people, food and drinks ,they are likely at the touch of your hand.

Very cool old building and the dorms were comfortable. Had really good quiet uninterrupted sleep. Bathrooms really nice and clean and split between male/female which is always a big plus. Free breakfast of toasts + jam, cake, cereal and a piece of fruit was basic but did the job for a budget traveller!! and we loved the coffee machine.

The location is good for bars and restaurants but quite a hilly long walk from lots of the main tourist hotspots of Lisbon. Staff were ok but some a bit uninterested. Attachments on the belongings drawers in our room were broken so you couldn’t put your lock through unless you had a flexible padlock. Ball pit did NOT feel sanitary…

The location was excellent with regard to adjacency to our activities. The bathroom was extremely clean and well maintained.

It was a fourth floor walk up. There was no elevator. The breakfast was poor. They ran out of coffee cups. They ran out of pound cake. Basically breakfast was a not good bread one could toast, that was it. There is a small, white metal shelf attached to the headboard of the bed. My husband kept hitting his face and head on it while he slept. After this happened repose wrapped a towel around it — poorly designed.
