The hotel was beautifully presented and is in a great location, opposite a small park. It's very close to the 02 Shepherd's Bush and a few minutes walk from Westfield Shopping Centre and Shepherd's Bush Underground Station. I didn't eat at the hotel but the menu looked good and was reasonably priced. Staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like was having an inside view of the hotel from my bedroom window. Next time I would ask for an outside view so there's natural light.

I usually do not like trying new hotels with kids but this was a good bet. The staff and bellboys were always nice, welcoming and very efficient. Azeez, Daniel, Samuel and their colleagues always made us feel like we were welcomed home each time we return from our outings. The kids loved it and would like to stay there again. Everything was clean and worked well in our studio kitchen and bathroom. There was complimentary water and tea, daily cleaning and replenishing. I will stay there again. There are excellent eateries and shops all around the area and we felt safe even though we never stayed out late.

I didn't like that after staying for a week I had to pay #10 to check out at 1pm.

Spacious room with a full kitchen - pretty much like an apartment you can live in. Rooms were stylish, clean, and quiet from the noisy streets outside. Right next to the O2 Empire venue, so if you'r attending an event there, this is a great place to stay.

Some of the facilities in the rooms could have been maintained a bit better. The foldable Desk had some bolts detached from the wall and could have collapsed. Was reluctant to put my laptop PC on it to do work. Also some of the items were hard to use. The Lenovo brand Alarm Clock was way too confusing and couldn't get it to work. Also there are no power outlets for hair dryers near any mirrors, making it quite challenging to find a place to use it. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy in some of the surrounding streets.

Everything about the hotel is beautiful, the location is great, less than a two-minute walk to Westfield Mall and less than 5 minutes to Shepherd's Bush station, the reception is beautiful, the staff are very professional in dealing with them, especially Suhaam. In general, it was a wonderful stay in all aspects. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The rooms are very nice and spacious.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel is that the cleaning was done only once during our 6-night stay. I hope the management will review this policy and at least do simple cleaning without washing the dishes.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dorsett Apartments – an ideal location in Notting Hill, undoubtedly one of the best districts in London. The studios are perfectly equipped, the beds spacious and comfortable, and the staff among the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered in any London hotel. Every need was met with care and attention.

Just one suggestion for improvement: If a studio is offered with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, it’s safe to assume that guests will want to make use of it. In that case, it would be advisable to either improve the kitchen ventilation system (hood/extractor fan) or adjust the sensitivity of the smoke detectors accordingly. Some guests, after all, might actually enjoy cooking.

The location was right next door to the concert I attended, which was reason of choice and close for shopping and lots of food venues. Some of the staff were very friendly, including the individual who checked us in and so were some of the concierge team. The shower gel, soap etc smelled beautiful and the kitchen facilities were great. The hotel itself is beautiful and the bed and bedding was comfortable.

The shower had a damp musty smell and could have done with an airing out. I didn't mention this to the staff as it wasn't a huge deal but it was very noticeable when I opened the shower door. It was disappointing to have such limited TV choices and no screencast option, which is available in many hotels now, even those costing a lot less. I would have normally have stayed in a cheaper hotel but had paid extra in this occasion as a special treat, so had expected this as standard.

This hotel was wonderful and it exceeded all expectations. I wanted to surprise my partner, and asked for the room to be filled with balloons. I wanted them in a specific colour so I arranged to send them to the hotel ahead of time, and the staff totally nailed it. When we walked in, the room was beautifully decorated, and my partner’s reaction was priceless—totally worth it! The place was spotless, and I loved how stylish everything looked. The balcony was a great bonus, especially since the weather was amazing while we were there. It’s technically shared, but we never saw our neighbours, so it felt private. The staff are incredible! So friendly and helpful. We had good fun with the guy who checked us in and out a lovely chap. The location was also fantastic! Right next to Shepherd's Bush Market and close to tube stations, so getting around was a breeze. The hotel itself was spotless, and I loved how stylish everything looked. The lobby smelled amazing! Whatever fragrance they use is unreal!!! Overall we had a great stay.

A couple of small things to note—the room was quite a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, but it was still lovely. The balcony door was a bit tricky to open. We never quite cracked the technique during our stay, so it was just a case of fiddling until it unlocked. Also, the neighbour's door closing was surprisingly loud, possibly because of the layout. There was a key-card access door leading to a small enclosed area about 2-3 meters wide, with apartment doors on either side and a view out to the balcony. That boxed-in setup might have amplified the sound more than expected and as they were in and out quite a bit it was a little annoying. That said, none of this took away from our overall experience.

The location is great, near Westfield and 02 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. The studio apartment was amazing, very comfortable. There were a few issues but everything was resolved very quickly. I loved the balcony.

There could have been an instruction booklet to work the facilities, I think that would make it easier for guests. The teas and waters were not replenished, maybe this is not a service with the apartments but guests should be informed if this is the case, when we rang there was no problem getting the items we needed. I was however quite surprised that on one occasion we had to ask for toilet roll.

The appartement was beautiful and very clean and had everything you need. Very quiet, you can't open the windows, but very well climatized. Had a couple of small problems which were solved immediately. I was told that the appartements get cleaned only once a week, but it was actually cleaned every day, which was nice. The only thing I missed was a small bedlight, if you wanted to watch TV or read a book in bed, you had to have the full room light on!

It would be nice to have some shelves in the bathroom to store your things. There were 2 elevators going up to the appartements, but only 1 working. Reception is always very busy, which means you have to wait, but also they really take time for you when its your turn :)

Great accommodation in the Shepherds Bush with all the facilities needed for long and short stays. Apartment was clean, very well lit up everywhere, the bathroom was beautiful and had a great shower with all the toiletries, the bed was big and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the utensils. Although we were told "major" cleaning will be done only once during our 8 night stay, the cleaning was performed daily. They as well refilled coffee capsules and tea, and brought new water packs daily. You get a nice set of bathrobes and slippers. The experience of the hotel was definitely more on a high end compared to "budget" hotels nearby that costs similar and more. You can even use their laundry room (free), but we didn't try. I like the location as well, because it has great connections to central London - bus stop right in front of the hotel (94 bus), 2 metro stations close, and Westfield shopping center right here as well. Maybe on the verge with the less safe area, but it didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great and pleasant stay.

One time cleaners left the room door open (they put an inside lock on, so the door couldnt be closed). And we got back only late in the evening, but everything was alright.
