Absolutely beautiful hotel, located near Tower Bridge and close to the Central and District lines on the tube so all of London is accessible to you. The staff was so great, from the front desk and concierge teams to the housekeeping staff. What a gorgeous hotel, we will certainly be back. I had previously read some reviews that made it sound as if bringing a young child here might not be the best, but I can confidently say this hotel treated our 2 year old incredibly well, from all of the items they stocked in our hotel room, to the stuffed animal gifts in his crib, just an absolutely wonderful experience.

Wish there were more dining options but the Rotunda is so good this certainly isn’t a complaint.

Actual luxury and top service. Not shallow attempts to keep up with industry standards but widely OVER the standard for a hotel of this caliber. Plenty of small details from housekeeping that actually make you feel taken care of. I have never seen a better housekeeping service than the one here. The facilities are impressive and the rooms even more.

Honestly, just a small thing, no cast or streaming services allowed on the tv in the room, a bit off but nothing that can't be fixed quickly.

Breakfast was great but pricey not worth the £200 paid for four people, they charged excessive service charge which should not be paid when staying at hotel

Excessive service charge . They charge service charges for each meal you eat and even for each night you stay which alone amounted to hundreds of pounds. However this is an exceptional hotel and most of the staff are lovely ..beware the female manager at the spa who wears the extremely high heels is very fussy kept coming up to us when we just wanted to be left alone , she was a little too negative for our liking, all other staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience. Our residence was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all desired amenities. The housekeeping staff was attentive and ensured our rooms were spotless and well-stocked.

EVERYTHING about this property! It’s in an historical building that used to house the War Council of Churchill during WWII. Everything is done beautifully, the Chinese restaurant and bar is top notch, and our Presidential suite was just incredible.

Service can be a bit slow at times when you call for assistance. But in general, all the staff did a fantastic job to keep us happy.

We found the hotel to be perfect for our kid free weekend away. The hotel itself is such a beautiful building that from the moment we arrived we felt calm and surrounded by splendour. The staff are exceptional, all so friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious each day and our meal in Mei Umi was fabulous. The location of the hotel is good, it is so close to the river, the Tower of London and the Shard.

Unfortunately there was a rail strike the day we arrived so the traffic to get form the airport was extremely slow, obviously not the hotels fault but did mean we missed a bit of our first day so didn't have time to use the hotel leisure facilities. The hotel is also a bit of a distance from areas we wanted to visit such as Covent Garden, Soho etc. Our room was beautiful & comfortable but was on the inside of the hotel so it was a pity we did not have a view or natural light in the room.

The Team was absolutely amazing! From the moment you arrive, they are taking care that everything will be just amazing! Natasha in the reception was very kind and helpful. Savvas the concierge was so helpful! when we asked for something he did it with all his heart, quickly and in professional way! Federico in the Lobby (I think he is manager) was very kind and very sweet to my kids! always with a smile! the team makes the stay just amazing!

We wanted to be close to the London Bridge. but this location is quiet far from the Center.

Hotel's location is amazing especially if you came for a business. Gym is super nice, breakfast is perfect, room was wonderful, staff is nice, valet parking is the best (not often you will find valet in London) and both restaurants are outstanding, food there was super delicious. I stayed here two times and next time will stay again!

view from the room was on internal square of the building so actually there was not a view at all, but the category of the room was executive (bigger). So this is the only one disappointment.
