Great location and the room was nice, cleaners cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels daily

Room was slightly small and also I’m not sure why hotels do this but hardly any privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom! Just a glass door that doesn’t shut the full way.. Something to note if you’re sharing - you can hear everything 😳

Excellent location and great amenities - in the heart of London. Wonderful sky bar with sweeping views of London, indoor / outdoor seating, and lovely garden. The food at the 8th floor outdoor restaurant was delicious, and service was excellent. We especially appreciated our waiter Olindo's excellent service. He was genuinely kind and attentive - which contributed to our dining at the outdoor restaurant several times during our visit. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a central location, comfortable hotel, nice amenities, and excellent service, this is the place to be! I high recommend!

Cleanliness, location and amenities were paramount in choosing accommodation in London. H10 delivered in spades. Well done, your staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would choose to stay again.

The only complaint would be the lack of fresh milk. I rang room service one evening to request a small jug of milk but was told that they could only supply powdered milk. I would happily have paid whatever it cost for some fresh milk. I ended up going to the 24hr shop down the block and bought a litre of milk for £1.69 instead. Disappointing.

Room was very comfortable, bed very good, small desk very useful. Location quite close to London Underground (300 yards), bus stop opposite hotel. Walking distance from Waterloo station and Thames river bank. Breakfast was exceptionally good (not exactly cheap though).

On arrival, reception was a bit too impersonal and businesslike, though still friendly enough. Special request for a more quiet room could only be fulfilled for one room. The noise level in the room was not a problem if we kept the window closed, ventilation was certainly adequate.

On arrival staff were welcoming and offered a glass of ether juice or sparkling wine, we arrived at 3:15pm and we were in our room no longer than 10 minutes of arriving there. The hotel itself is very clean and the lobby has a homely atmosphere (at Christmas it was beautiful). The rooms are spacious and our view was great. You can also connect your device to the TV and watch YouTube. Checkout at 12 was great there was no need to rush to pack and leave. We left our luggage there to have a day out in London which was great and Waterloo station is a straight 5-10 min walk. Also the view from the bar is AMAZING!

Even though the room and view was amazing as you’re so close to the road and there’s an ambulance service just up the road and I found it to be quite nosy even when the balcony door was closed. We couldn’t use the iron as water was leaking and the one it got replaced with was leaking too but that said there’s a lot of great amenities in the room. The breakfast was £26 per person which is slightly expensive for one sitting but the food was nice.

Bed was comfortable. Reception was well organised and helpful. 5 min walk from the nearest tube. Shower gel and hair prproduct etc were nice.

A couple of the fixings in the bathroom were a little loose. Room was nice enough, but probably expected it to be a little more spacious, even for a budget room. Upon arrival we'd only been given soya milk (friends did have normal milk in theirs) and a couple of tea bags - it can't be unusual for each person to have two cups of tea during an overnight stay.

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and so helpful with any questions I had. Our room had a lovely view and overall we were just blown away by how comfortable it was.

Our booking was during a period where the hotel has some renovations. This was advised to us at the point of booking, so we're aware of it. However, it was a bit difficult to relax at first as the drilling was in the room next door to ours (even though during work hours). Other than that the size of the room was a bit of a shock first. Thought it was a tad small but it was just ideal for what we needed, and was set up suitably to utilise the space.

Very nice hotel in the south bank of London. Spacious, comfortable, modern. It has a nice rooftop bar, with a nice view of London skyline. It is located close to some good attractions, markets. To get in and out is easy with public transport. We used buses and the tube (underground) most of the times.

With the hotel price of one person for the breakfast, you can have it for three people, with more than four or five choices to go close to the hotel in a walking distance. London is an expensive city, so have it in mind for saving some pounds.

Have used H10 in Venice, Barcelona, London and Lanzarote and this is the first time I have a gripe! Booked the rooms in London back in 2023 with option to cancel right up until the 7/8/24 at no cost. On the 6/8/24 H10 sent an email saying that there may be air conditioning work taking place but they would limit disruption. Are you REALLY sure that you needed to wait a whole year before telling us that and particularly the day before we cant cancel. There was never any intention of us cancelling but H10 don't treat customers like this in my experience. Will use again but think about how this looks to the customer.
