Location of the hotel, it’s in the center of London

Hotel staff didn’t allow my daughter to take the room especially that i booked two rooms where one of the rooms was for the sole use of my daughters and the time she requested to take the room was after check in time but they still refused to give her the room even though she had the screenshot of the booking. Furthermore, they made her wait for around three hours to give her the room.

All good. Location was central and very good. We had connecting rooms and loved that we were all together (parents + kids). Breakfast offered plenty of cold/hot options. Loved our stay at The Churchill. I had an instance where My laptop had stayed at the restaurant and the hotel has managed to find it for me. A big thank you to the whole team and specially to Rama (the doorman) who has made our stay upbeat with his kind greetings and prompt sorting for transportation (taxi, directions, etc). Thank you!

When I lost my laptop at the restaurant, it was registered under our breakfast table number (instead of our room number). So when I called with our room number, the Lost&Found team could not find the laptop. A suggestion would be to search the whole database (not only the specific room number) for the lost item. The specs, color, stickers where shared but no one could find/search for it (even after three calls with no chance). The Lost&Found staff could have been a little more proactive in searching for the specific item through the whole lost&found database. Glad that we ended up finding it. Thanks to the team!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Churchill Park Hyatt, and I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was, largely due to the kindness and attentiveness of Mr. Tomas. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Tomas went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. When we expressed our desire to extend our stay, Mr. Tomas made it happen effortlessly, accommodating our request with a warm smile. The genuine care and commitment to guest satisfaction shown by Mr. Tomas truly set this hotel apart. If you're looking for a place that feels like home away from home, I highly recommend Park Hyatt. The hotel is upscale and very clean, the toilets are Japanese style, which is excellent for us as Muslims, we do not need to take a bidet with us 😁 The view was over the private garden which is beautiful. the room decorations are great

One thing of note Our last day, an incident occurred at the breakfast buffet. I reserved a table for both my wife and me, and while the waitress was showing to our table, another waitress tried to give our reserved seat to another man, completely ignoring us until noticing her coworker's annoyed look as well as us noticing the exchange between them. Thankfully, she still made sure we were seated at our reserved table.   In spite of this one incident, our stay was wonderful. My wife and I were treated very well. The staff was welcoming and did their jobs quickly and efficiently. The place was clean, and the food was good. This hotel was worth the stay

There were some very special elements to this hotel and we will definitely return again. The door man (Abdul if I recall) remembered our family when we returned 3 weeks later, the bedroom was immaculate, ultra comfortable and my daughter loved her baby-bed made in the window. The location was also perfect for the kind of stay we were looking for, peaceful, quiet and convenient. Easy access to cabs or the station.

The restaurant staff didn't feel particularly warm or friendly, and for a family-friendly hotel I felt they were quite cold towards us having a young child around.

- beat location - very calming restaurant/cafe - staff are incredible - food dine in was delicious - taxis are outside waiting for you almost all the time - feels luxurious - the shop inside the hotel under the concierge is an extra - room is good - fridge was cold - iron and ironing board - climate control is very good

My only problem about this hotel is the price point it’s overpriced for what you get in other similar Hyatt collection hotels with the same rate I payed I got better options and bigger rooms so it’s only the cost to get value it wasn’t as good as other hotel from the Hyatt collection

When I ask them for late check out because of the time of my flight, they refuse

The decoration, the cleanliness, the location, the friendliness of most of the staff and the responsiveness.

The lighting of the room , limited TV channels specifically the Arabic ones - need more entertainment channels- and when I requested the bill at checkout I found that they added - without consulting me - a daily discretionary service charge which if I didn't review the bill carefully would have been paid without me noticing though it is not part of the actual charge rather it is a kind of a tip to employees.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Having stayed at numerous hotels in London, I found that the gym at the Hyatt Regency The Churchill is the most disappointing for a five-star hotel. It is very small and lacks sufficient equipment. I hope the Hyatt team addresses this issue, especially if have noticed a high demand for the gym .

Overall I liked it but there was incident around 22:00 at night fire alarm rung and all the guests had to leave the hotel by stairs which was disturbing. Luckily it was a false alarm. The breakfast was really decent.

the hotel is a bit outdated, the carpets in the corridor shiuld be changed.
