The tipping system. Everything you bought the card reader had a tip option, including at check out where it was already added (5% of total stay bill so my tip came to £24) and you actually had to say if you wanted it removed or not. It all just felt a tad pressurising

A hidden gem in london. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in Kensington, yet just a short walk from the nearest tube which made it incredibly easy to get around and reach all the major sights in London.The interior design is tasteful and elegant, every space is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail.There’s also a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. What stood out the most was the cleanliness, everything was spotless and smelled fresh and new. It truly gave the feeling of a newly opened or exceptionally well-maintained place. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and at the same time highly professional, always ready to assist without being intrusive A truly delightful place to stay. If I could rate it higher than 10,I would.

I really liked the design of the hotel – the architecture and interior decor felt stylish and welcoming.

First of all, I have to say that the breakfast itself was really good, and the staff were working very hard. Sometimes, but not always, you had to wait to be seated because the breakfast room didn’t quite fit the number of guests. I also think there may have been too few staff in the kitchen, which meant waiting longer than normal for food, especially since most of the breakfast was served à la carte.

Service at breakfast was a little disorganised and the high service charge added to my evening drinks bill was unexpected. It was quickly removed but being asked to pay £11 service charge on a round of drinks at only £14 felt excessive!

What a wonderful hotel tucked behind Earls Court High Street. Close to Earls Court station the location is excellent for a central London stay. Beautifully renovated in a modern, calming aesthetic. All the staff, especially Nina at the front desk, go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The restaurants and bar are gorgeous and having the beautiful garden at the back to relax in after a day out, to meet up with friends was perfect. The rooms are spacious and well fitted with cabinets to unpack, coffee, tea, mini bar fridge (with not exorbitant snacks & drinks if you need any), Santal 33 bathroom products, fluffy towels and a heated towel rail. Our first room we had a lovely little balcony to enjoy coffee on but the bathroom was a little small. The 2nd time we had no balcony but a more spacious bathroom which I preferred. They were both lovely though and the beds are super comfortable. Highly recommend.

The garden space was exceptional and a unique selling point compared to the other properties in the area. The shower (+ Le Labo products) were great, along with all the shared spaces (library, café, bar area, gym, etc). Would highly recommend spending time in the hotel itself!!! Joe and other staff members were very sweet.

The AC kept resetting the target temperature throughout the night which was a bit inconvenient. Also, we ran into an issue at check in where we were accidentally given the key to another person’s room (and startled them by waking them up). It was resolved immediately but it wasn’t a great first impression.

Friendly and numerous staff. The team is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Fantastic inner garden. A beautiful and tranquil place to relax in the evenings. Delicious breakfast. The à la carte menu is simple but well-curated, with dishes cooked to your liking. Convenient location. Close to the Earl's Court tube station and bus routes, yet located on a quiet side street. Great value for money. You get a lot for the price, and it feels like a home away from home.

Small rooms. They are quite compact, which might not suit everyone. Perhaps this is a common feature of London hotels. Repetitive breakfast for long stays. The à la carte menu gets a bit boring after a couple of weeks. No fresh vegetables or cheese on the buffet. This would have added more variety to the breakfast.

The hotel is new and is well decorated with a lovely garden. The staff are new and still learning but generally pleasant and hospitable.

The property is very ok for leisure travel but is not great for business travel. Things move pretty slowly (including coffee in the morning) and not at the pace a business traveler needs. The rooms are also small, and the structure of the building is old which means that sound travels. During my stay, elevators weren’t fully functioning and there was a hotel opening party that went until early morning and could be heard throughout the hotel. Additionally, after I checked out I was chased by hotel staff for a nominal minibar charge that I did not incur, which required me to spend additional personal time to resolve.

The location was absolutely ideal for anyone visiting London as a tourist. Just 200 metres from Earl’s Court station, which is a major hub on the Underground, it made getting around the city incredibly easy. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with tasteful and high-quality details throughout. The value for money was outstanding. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issue. The size of the rooms was surprisingly generous — quite rare for London — and the communal garden was a charming touch, something you don’t often find in hotels at this price point. I particularly appreciated the garden-facing rooms, which had double-glazed windows and were perfectly quiet at night.

Rooms facing the street were a bit noisier, though nothing excessive or unbearable — still within reasonable levels for a city hotel. If you’re sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a garden-side room. That minor detail aside, there was very little to fault.
