I usually very picky but this hotel was wonderful. I booked a small room at first and it was nice, bright and cozy. Then I moved to a bigger one and it was great: high ceilings, king size bed with great mattress, my back was pleased:) Bed linen was soft, AC/heater worked well, water pressure in a shower was good. But the best thing in this hotel is their staff. People there are amazing. I was extremely tired when I came and receptionists found an available room for me before check in time. Housekeepers were so fast and tidy. Restaurant staff was very nice. Food was also great. And their garden is so beautiful! I had 10 great days in this hotel. I honestly think it’s one of the best hotels in London.

The tipping system. Everything you bought the card reader had a tip option, including at check out where it was already added (5% of total stay bill so my tip came to £24) and you actually had to say if you wanted it removed or not. It all just felt a tad pressurising

Great location, clean and comfy. Indeed, the cleanest place I’ve been. Safe and quiet area. No need of travel adapter for charging, type c usb adapter in the sockets. The Staff was extremely polite, breakfast was delicious.

We paid our stay In prior, however on check out “service charge” was applied that surprised us, as we believed the price included all kind of taxes. Be aware of hidden charges and taxes. I would give them 10, but the surprise charges that we were told we have to pay, left me with bad overall feeling as during my stay in London everywhere people tried to scam us, obviously the hotel was not exception.

A hidden gem in london. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in Kensington, yet just a short walk from the nearest tube which made it incredibly easy to get around and reach all the major sights in London.The interior design is tasteful and elegant, every space is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail.There’s also a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. What stood out the most was the cleanliness, everything was spotless and smelled fresh and new. It truly gave the feeling of a newly opened or exceptionally well-maintained place. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and at the same time highly professional, always ready to assist without being intrusive A truly delightful place to stay. If I could rate it higher than 10,I would.

I really liked the design of the hotel – the architecture and interior decor felt stylish and welcoming.

First of all, I have to say that the breakfast itself was really good, and the staff were working very hard. Sometimes, but not always, you had to wait to be seated because the breakfast room didn’t quite fit the number of guests. I also think there may have been too few staff in the kitchen, which meant waiting longer than normal for food, especially since most of the breakfast was served à la carte.

Lovely hotel, with great lobby facilities and a large private garden/courtyard at the back. Great value.

The room had a tiny table -- too small for a laptop. So it's not great for a business trip. This is partially offset by plenty of space in the lobby, but I needed privacy and late night video meetings.

The property is just like you see in the pictures: spotless interior design, full of calming and inviting spaces. I would like to remark how great was the service overall. From the manager that arranged for us a last minute change (thank you, again), to the front desk and cafeteria staff.

Service at breakfast was a little disorganised and the high service charge added to my evening drinks bill was unexpected. It was quickly removed but being asked to pay £11 service charge on a round of drinks at only £14 felt excessive!

What a wonderful hotel tucked behind Earls Court High Street. Close to Earls Court station the location is excellent for a central London stay. Beautifully renovated in a modern, calming aesthetic. All the staff, especially Nina at the front desk, go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The restaurants and bar are gorgeous and having the beautiful garden at the back to relax in after a day out, to meet up with friends was perfect. The rooms are spacious and well fitted with cabinets to unpack, coffee, tea, mini bar fridge (with not exorbitant snacks & drinks if you need any), Santal 33 bathroom products, fluffy towels and a heated towel rail. Our first room we had a lovely little balcony to enjoy coffee on but the bathroom was a little small. The 2nd time we had no balcony but a more spacious bathroom which I preferred. They were both lovely though and the beds are super comfortable. Highly recommend.
