Breakfast was great. The breakfast manager Phyo (from Myanmar) was super attentive and friendly; it was a real pleasure to be taken care of by him. He would always spend time talking to us, never rushed but still was ablle to attend to others too. He made our stay very special.

The mandatory/discrescionary service charge applied to the room fee. This is applied everywhere in London and is a disgrace - if I want to tip a waiter, room cleaner whatever I want to do that myself, not have the tip applied to my bill in the the hope that I oversee it. To claim discrescionary this was way is extremely distasteful and, in my case anyway, results mostly in NOT leaving a tip.

1 of my rooms had no ac … so had to change it … i asked for 2 connected rooms 1 of them was supposed to to be twin beds for my two grown boys but we didn’t get anything although all was confirmed ahead of time by the hotel … but on arrival nothing was granted … the concierge was insisting that we had to take a car for a full day to visit a country side canterbrey and that it’s impossible to do it without a car … but my family and i went to the country side many times without a rented car by train and its ok . So dont rely on the concierge for travel tips 👍 maybe only tickets and booking

Always lovely, comfortable beds and lovely friendly staff . Great location.

The location was fab, loved the look and feel of the hotel, fabulous decor and it felt like a lovely boutique hotel, great bar and the staff were all great. We ate a couple of times in the hotel and the food was really nice. We also liked the complimentary bar in our room, a lovely touch. Finally we love the Noble Isle toiletries, gave a luxury feel.

Only two things:- 1) our room was sweltering even with the air con on, the public areas were lovely and cool, i would have liked the bedrooms to have been cooler, we struggled at night. 2) the room layout made drying/styling your hair difficult. The main mirror is near the door and there is nowhere to sit and do your hair/make up. Hopefully easy to fix!!

Room 007 has a problem where you can hear when everyone above you take a shower or bath when the water goes down the waste pipes.

I enjoyed the convenient location near Green Park and Piccadilly, and the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The inexpensive plastic windows gave an otherwise stylish room a rather basic feel. Conveniently, the room photo on the website didn’t show the windows—had I seen them, I likely would have booked something else. As for the bar, the signature cocktails were disappointing—among the worst I’ve tried in years (and I’m an avid fan of high-end cocktails). One cocktail was so acidic it tasted like straight lime juice, while another was overly sweet, masking the spirit entirely and leaving only a cloying taste of sugar.

Very clean, organised and extremely comfortable bed. The balcony was great, there was some construction going on next door but we couldn’t hear it with the doors closed. Great size room for Mayfair area, great walking distance from everything. Would definitely come back!

The only thing I’ll fault was the breakfast, it was very confusing and there was a bunch of random charges for things. For example it’s £25 for the pantry buffet but then they charged an extra £5 for hot food (which was a part of it, so I thought) and then another extra £5 for a mini full English which was just the hot food items? They also tried to charge for 2 pantry breakfasts because my partner took a bite of the fruit salad I got, even though she’d ordered a normal breakfast plate. I would stay here again but would skip the breakfast next time.

You hear everything in the room from the neighbors. This is a bit disturbing

The hotel and the rooms were really beautifully furnished and everything was spotless. The location was also very good, just across the road from Green Park tube stop so was very handy for travelling to and from. The beds were extremely comfy - probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! The whole mini bar was also free which I have never heard of & was really a lovely touch!

The rooms were very small and also needed a few touch ups with the paint on the wall etc but nothing major. You could also hear the tube running underground at night, but again it wasn’t a major disruption and wouldn’t put me off from staying again.

Location very good. Quiet room. Dark room / view on concrete walls - but we did not mind. Bar is nice, good Cocktails. Nice architecture. Staff friendly. Small but cosy. EU-Adapter free at reception. Room was ready at arrival (1 pm).

Breakfast was not worth the price. Coffee tasted bad and for Cappuccino you'd to pay extra. Fruit were not tasty. I guess, we were charged 30 GBP for each person per day. For 180 GBP (3 nights) we had breakfast only once and paid extra for Cappuccino. It is much better to get breakfast at nearby Starbucks or other Breakfast Places.
