Location near MRT Blue Line / Bencoolen station. Simple Blue Line transit from airport to Bencoolen. Also MRT Yellow Line Bras Basah station around corner. Transit option after hotel check in. Also MRT bus #131 on corner goes to Merlion Park, Raffles Place and downtown. Easy quick trip. Eating options a short walk from hotel include 7-Eleven & Starbucks & restaurant on corner.

The hotel is in top location - MRT and bus stations on a 2 min walk. You can use whatever public transport you need. Plaza Singapore is on 10 min walk. The rooms are very clean and well accommodated. There is always warm water in the shower and towels are changed every day.

Accommodation ( double with courtyard) was reasonably priced by Singapore standards. Positioned near all transport and food hall close by, as was a 7 eleven. Easy to travel around Singapore from here and walking distance to many attractions. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and there was a pool on 15th floor.

Would've loved a shuttle bus to/ from airport. Instant coffee and tea was supplied, but we hunted for decent coffee with no luck. Found herbal tea at a large department store in Orchard rd, but surely this could be offered. Our AC was cold even though we attempted to adjust temperature. Breakfast needed to be pre-ordered at extra cost ( we knew the latter). Many local cafes supplied breakfasts for surrounding hotels- surely this could be considered? Definitely an area which could be improved upon! Laundry was $10 each to wash and dry. I consider this expensive.

The hotel is not far from the airport, only 20 minutes by taxi/car. The hotel is only 1-minute walk to both Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT stations. Actually, if you want to travel to the tourist spots, it is also very convenient to take a bus, just Google and take a bus as advised on Google. Well, it takes you only 3 stops via Bus#131 to Merlion Park, 5 stops via Bus#166 to Chinatown, 4 minute walk to National Museum of Singapore.

No cotton bud and Body Lotion provided.

The hotel was clean, A/C worked great, staff was helpful and kind. We had twin beds and they were comfortable. The hotel room size was fine for the 2 of us. The cleaning staff made up our room daily. The location of the hotel was great-close to 2 MRT stations. They are food options close by. Nice area to walk around. We were able to check in early. The day we checked out the staff held our luggage until 11 pm that night since we had a very late flight. Water filter station in the lobby was convenient.

We stayed for 5 nights in the 30 Bencoolen hotel and liked it very much. The hotel has a attractive location. Our room was comfortable. Housekeeping was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only negative remark : the hotel mentions on its website a "generous breakfast buffet", and in fact there is only a limited and not very practical possibility for breakfast. Also on the website is a unrealistic indication "delicious all-day dining" : the restaurant is in reality limited to a bar ( which closes at 5 p.m).

The rooms were reasonably sized, not always the case in Singapore. Staff was friendly. If you need a shower after checking out -- we had a 10 pm flight -- you can use the shower in the pool room upstairs. There is good food all over Singapore; this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from a pretty good hawker center. Very convenient to the MRT. (From the airport, I recommend the green line to Expo and then the blue line to Bencoolen, which is only a few meters from the hotel. The hotel's website gives a lot of MRT options but doesn't make a decision. This is the easiest way.) We liked having a guest laundry -- but at 16 Singapore dollars per load, it's pricey.

Great location and large comfortable rooms.

Stayed for 8 nights. Very clean and more spacious than expected. Upgraded to a room with a terrace/balcony which was a lovely place to sit in the sun or relax in the warm evening. Nice to have a city hotel with some outdoor space. Very rare. Beds were very comfy and the pillows really firm which made for a great nights sleep. Housekeeping top notch. Location was great, right next door to a 7/11 and a small food court 1 minute away in Lazada. Would stay again for closeness to 2 MRT stations & everything I needed was nearby or 5-10 mins walk away. WiFi was good too.
