- L65 is very comfortable, quiet and lovely staff members - Room Service was excellent, always very clean, quickly and detailed. - Quiet room, you here almost no noises and bed is super comfortable, allowing great rest - furnishings are high quality, everything worked well and was well maintained

- pool more a family place, a bit chaotic and crowded at times and maybe not for couples or ppl who are looking for a chill pool day.

The hotel is opposite the world-famous Marina Bay Hotel and has direct views of it, as well as of Merlion. This is perhaps the very best view one can get in Singapore. The physical infrastructure is modern, rooms are large and clean. The location is excellent.

There were three issues that surprised us and should not have been present in a hotel of this price and quality. First, there was very limited storage space in the room. The room was large, but there was no set of drawers to accommodate basic stuff of just two people. The second problem to report is the check in and check out process. There is an enormous queue every day in the lobby. We have never seen anything like this anywhere in the world. 20+ people in a queue for check in...?! The lobby feels like a railway station as a result. Last, breakfast is poorly managed. There is an enormous number of people and the restaurant simply is not large enough to accommodate. As a result there is visible crowding.

Excellent room with the best view, just opposite the Narina Bay Sands Hotel and the Marina Bay! Absolutely amazing view! Also the view from The Sky bar/restaurant was awsome! We really enjoy our stay!

The Location is just perfect. MRT Station is in the basement of the Hotel Building. And its the Green Line (East West Line). So came here from the Changi Airport directly. Very near to Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Bugis Street and so many other attractions. Perfect location and the raffles mall is technically in the Hotel.

Only 1 thing. The menu in the breakfast was not changing alot. It was a great menu, alot of options and fresh food. But they should have changed the items daily as one gets bored from repeated items. We stayed for 6 nights so we might have noticed it. For shorter stays, it won't be an issue.

We had a fantastic stay at Swissôtel The Stamford. The staff were welcoming and took care of our luggage on arrival, making check-in smooth. The hotel is perfectly located above Raffles City shopping mall, just two minutes from the MRT (City Hall), and close to major attractions like Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Our room on level 33 was modern, clean, and had a beautiful city view. There are two pools (adult and kids), plus a complimentary adults-only spa.

It’s a shame that the spa is adults only which means we can’t take our kids there with us. The facility was a bit small and slightly dated in the spa.

Location is excellent, all staff are friendly and efficient.. special shout out to Fazdil who helped with our valet parking and Clavins who assisted with our request!

I knew this was a good location, but honestly it was a fantastic location surprisingly for the family as it's connected to Marina Square, walking distance to various other attractions. The MRT station was literally on the other side of the building, no crossing roads, 1 flight of stairs to get there! Staff were lovely, attentive. No issues

The location was perfect and the views of the city skyline was magnificent.

The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way as when I was leaving the porter helped me load the luggage into the car and I said "thank you" and kind of shrugged it of and send the same thing as he was expecting a tip for his services. I was grateful for his help but Singapore already charge 10% for the tipping of their staff plus I did not have any Singaporean dollars to give him. So that was the only thing negative about my trip which was the expectation of the tip.
