1.Breakfast was great that I never missed one during my stay. It was with enough options of carbs, protein (freshly cooked omelet), and fruit. I enjoyed the coffee both from mini bar in the room and at the breakfast lounge every morning. 2.Swimming pool and gym was well facilitated. It would be great if the swimming pool open earlier to 6:00 am. 3.Conference area at the reception was great. 4.Decent table in the room for working. 5.Nice bed 6.Nice to have filtered tap water

1.The toilet flush was a bit weak. 2.It would be better to have better sound proofing from the roof top party. The sound can be heard from 9 floor. It was distraction if one need to work in the room.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful and the access to the hotel is easy. There are many places to sit at the hotel between the restaurant and lobby, and the pools are clean and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, however a bit tight for 2 people. Breakfast was also enjoyable. This hotel made our Singapore trip a memorable one.

Ventilation at breakfast isn't great so you leave smelling like food. Also we had to wait on a number of occasions to be seated, both at earlier and later times.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the bed was super comfy. I particularly liked the bathroom layout (separate shower & separate toilet). The pool was quiet when we stayed (end of March) so I managed to swim for half an hour without anyone else in the pool. The hotel is in a great location - within walking distance of Raffles Long Bar; we used the Grab app to travel everywhere else (Gardens by the Bay, The Marina Bay Sands and China town etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. Staff were very helpful too.

Nothing, although the breakfast was a little expensive. There are some cheaper alternatives nearby.

Everything outstanding!

The location is great, bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable. Great breakfast, would be nice to have roasted coffee though, not just capsuled. Friendly and helpful stuff.

Cleaners could be more thorough. We stayed for a week and the space behind the door was missed each and every time.

Location central and close to everything. MTR across the road. Within walking distance to several shopping centres. Down the road from Clarke Quay and within 1/2 hr walk to Chinatown/ Marina Bay. Hotel is new and staff very attentive. View from roof top bar/pool amazing.

A beautiful, newer hotel in the perfect place in Singapore. Walking distance for many attractions, close to the train station, close to a bus stop, and very easy taxi availability. Stunning looking, with fantastic restaurants, and very helpful staff. Our room was beautifully modern, with a super comfortable bed, large TV, huge shower, very comfortable robes, and a safe for our belongings. A beautiful pool and lounge, with another pool on a rooftop bar with delicious Mexican food and drinks. I couldn’t have been more happy with this, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody visiting Singapore.

Loved it all

The location was good and close to a station with a direct link to the airport. The room was very big and the bed comfortable. The views were lovely from the room as well. The bathroom and amenities were great. The separate filter water tap was really amazing to have. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The pool area was lovely and gym adequate.

Requesting to join the Accor loyalty program at checkin was unnecessary considering the long distances people travel to get to the country/hotel. Spending another 10 minutes trying to join this program is quite onerous. The aircon was not able to cool the room sufficiently.

Modern and new hotel that is well designed. The location is great if you are looking for a spot closer to Boat Quay and New Quay which is a quieter part of Singapore. The pool was great and gets sun most of the day but gets quite busy being a popular hotel. There is also a rooftop pool and bar which looks to be more of an adult space. I wanted to experience that but it was closed for a private function the day I went. Good for families however the standard room sizing is a little cramped which is nothing unusual for Singapore.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. The hotel itself is incredibly modern and new, featuring two amazing pools—one located on the third floor and the other on the rooftop with a breathtaking view of Marina Bay. The bedrooms were very stylish and new, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Dining at the hotel’s three restaurants was a delightful experience. Each offered a unique and delicious menu, but the Japanese restaurant was my absolute favorite. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay
