Our room was clean and bed was sooo comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem, location was ideal, close to shopping centres, bus and trains., would recommend to anyone. We were lucky to be there on a weekend, where they were rehearsing their rehearsal day and attended a function on the rooftop to watch the fireworks, what a fabulous time my mother and I had on my first time in singapore.

1.Breakfast was great that I never missed one during my stay. It was with enough options of carbs, protein (freshly cooked omelet), and fruit. I enjoyed the coffee both from mini bar in the room and at the breakfast lounge every morning. 2.Swimming pool and gym was well facilitated. It would be great if the swimming pool open earlier to 6:00 am. 3.Conference area at the reception was great. 4.Decent table in the room for working. 5.Nice bed 6.Nice to have filtered tap water

1.The toilet flush was a bit weak. 2.It would be better to have better sound proofing from the roof top party. The sound can be heard from 9 floor. It was distraction if one need to work in the room.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful and the access to the hotel is easy. There are many places to sit at the hotel between the restaurant and lobby, and the pools are clean and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, however a bit tight for 2 people. Breakfast was also enjoyable. This hotel made our Singapore trip a memorable one.

Ventilation at breakfast isn't great so you leave smelling like food. Also we had to wait on a number of occasions to be seated, both at earlier and later times.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the bed was super comfy. I particularly liked the bathroom layout (separate shower & separate toilet). The pool was quiet when we stayed (end of March) so I managed to swim for half an hour without anyone else in the pool. The hotel is in a great location - within walking distance of Raffles Long Bar; we used the Grab app to travel everywhere else (Gardens by the Bay, The Marina Bay Sands and China town etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. Staff were very helpful too.

Everything outstanding!

Nice hotel in a good location. The executive lounge is worth the money as it provides complimentary drinks and afternoon tea. Breakfast was adequate, and our room comfortable. There is access nearby to walk underground in air-conditioning all the way to City Hall MRT station.

The view from our hotel room was different from what was advertised. The advertised room has wonderful views of Marina Bay Sands but our view was mostly obscured by a large building opposite. Rooftop bar and pool had wonderful views but prices were extortionate - despite an advertised discount for hotel guests which became redundant after they applied a service charge.

It was a beautiful hotel in every way. I would say the biggest pro is the staff- all very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely every day- especially in the executive lounge because level 1 is super busy. Hotel clean and maintained. Loved the pool both level 3 and rooftop. Epic view. I'd stay here again if we plan on coming back. Cheers Pullman staff- you made our stay pleasant.

Honestly- no cons. Maybe just more creamer in the mini fridge because it's tasty. They need to import it to Australia.

The location is great, bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable. Great breakfast, would be nice to have roasted coffee though, not just capsuled. Friendly and helpful stuff.

Cleaners could be more thorough. We stayed for a week and the space behind the door was missed each and every time.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Pullman Singapore Hill Street and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the pools were exceptional, and the location was ideal—just a short 5-minute walk to City Hall MRT via underground shopping malls. We requested interconnecting rooms, and both were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a lovely view over Hill Street toward Fort Canning Park. Breakfast was excellent in both the Executive Lounge and Madison’s restaurant. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

Amazing property. So modern, stylish and clean. The staff were incredible and always happy to help. I loved that the sofa bed was made up on our arrival as requested- this did not occur in other areas of Asia that we visited. The location is central to everything you want to see in Singapore. We could easily find our way around with public transport or walking! The filtered water tap in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the separate toilet was handy when getting ready with family. The pools are both stunning. There is a view of MBS and art science museum from the rooftop pool. My son was able to play Xbox in the reception area which was a bonus. The staff here are amazing, and even helped me locate some lost property after our departure from the hotel.
