We had a fantastic 5-night stay! The beach was absolutely stunning—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied each morning. I eat gluten-free, and they kindly prepared my own rice noodles each morning, which I really appreciated. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the exceptional staff—friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. The free airport transfers made everything smooth and hassle-free, and overall it was excellent value for money. The local night market, with cheap massages and great food, is just 20 minutes away using Grab. A bonus: no visa is required if flying directly into and out of Phu Quoc International Airport from another international destination. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect right in the middle od everything. Breakfast service was good although that restaurant was full. Room service food was decent.

During my stay I have requested extra bottles of water and apparently they charged me for it !! As we were only given 4 bottles of water per day !

The room had great water views and the main restaurant had a lot of options for the breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner. The hotel have a private beach for guests to swim in and everyday at 3:30pm there is free high tea in the lobby for guests to enjoy.

When we checked in the room wasn’t cleaned property, there were lots of sticky stains on the tables and furniture which attracted ants. At night more ants started coming in the room and we had to call room service to get rid of them. Luckily they did an awesome job and we never saw the ants again.

They withheld a garanti of 7mil dong at the check inn,and they told us that what we spend(restaurant,spa etc)in the hotel they will cash inn from this amount.At check out we must pay one more time what we spent,and we will get back the garanti after 45-90 days. Very unpleasent,and incorect. It is far away from shops and restaurants

The hotel is beautiful . Food-It has an excellent buffet breakfast spread. Keep this in mind that there aren't really any options to eat outside nearby, so you'll be relying on the hotel menu. They have good portions and the food was delicious. Room-We had booked a Deluxe Double Sea view room, and asked if a suite was available at check in. The staff was very friendly and generous enough to upgrade us to a partial sea view suite. That was an added luxury. Bonus-They have a complimentary chocolate hour near the lobby everyday from 3.30-4.30 pm with a chocolate fountain and an array of bakery items, marshmallows, mini chocolates and fresh fruits that you can treat yourself to. Surprisingly we saw more adults than children enjoying it! It was good. Pool-The pool is huge and beautiful, overlooking the beach. We spent our evenings in the pool. Kids Club-They have a lovely play room for children called The Little Birds Club. Our 4 year old enjoyed playing there and didn't want to come back. They have activities for children, movie screenings and offer babysitting at an additional charge.

CONS-BEACH-The beach was a disappointment. That wasn't in the hotel's hands anyway because the water had garbage floating in it 24x7. So I didn't even want to dip my feet in the water. If you're looking at swimming in the sea ,this isn't the place. There was a garbage smell every morning outside the room so we couldn't sit out on the balcony.

Beautiful resort but a bit busy. We stayed over NYE and attended the party which was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Views from balcony nice and great to watch sunset. Big variety for breakfast.

Staff in pool bar restaurant was slow. There were so many of them yet it was still difficult to get someone’s attention but once they were with you they were very friendly :) location is far from city or other attractions. We rented a scooter which was delivered to hotel from town. There is free parking in the hotel.

- location, beach and the pool were close to the hotel building, - design and interior - kids club - chocolate hour - staff - polite and friendly

- housekeeping wasn’t stable. Specifically asked to clean the room before noon, as my baby would nap after that, but the staff kept failing to clean in the mornings for first 3 days. Only when I expressed my disappointment, they started to clean in the mornings. Although one time they didn’t make up the bed. - I don’t understand why housekeeping staff has vacuum and don’t use it. The cleaning girls were swiping with an old broom and only when I asked once - they vacuumed (you know with a small child you happen to bring lots of sand from the beach) - breakfasts could be improved. Lots of vegan choices but not for my family. Lack of beef and fish, mostly pork and eggs. Pastry was good, I wish they could add some gluten free pancakes or waffles as well.

The property looks like new, spacious rooms, good gym. Staff is polite and helpful but not many speak English. The food is fine (only tried breakfast buffet). I wish they would add more seafood to breakfasts (saw fried fish there once out of 5 days of stay). Cocktails in Aura bar are very average - can't feel alcohol and it's not cheap. Also selection of alcohol is very limited, I thought that was a joke. The swimming pool is pretty big. The beach is also pretty good with fine yellow sand.

Why do I have to pay for an additional bottle of water in the room? They give 4 small bottles of water per day and if you drink a lot like me, expect to pay for additional water and it's not cheap. Also I couldn't get additional water before 10AM for some reason. In the morning my wife and I were really thirsty and had to checkout early. We asked for water but the hotel staff told us they can't provide it before 10AM. I think that's a very poor service.

The ocean view from the room was wonderful. It was great that there was a chaise lounge on the balcony. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Not only offers a good continental selection but there are many local dishes as well as other Asian options. The pool and pool club are nice, the beach is just next to it and its nice and clean. SPA treatment i had was very pleasant.

No big bottles of water available in the lobby shop, granted free water replenished daily by housekeeping. The voyeur bathroom is a wierd design choice (there's a huge window next to the bathtub, there's a blind to cover it but it's semi see-through). The closet in the room is not really convenient, few drawers, one shelf high up. No iron or ironing board. The bed was big but a bit too stiff.

Good comfortable rooms . Excellent breakfast with wide variety of items . Good facilities at the resort, but rooms are a bit narrow.

Rooms should be wider by at least 1 MTR. Staff should be trained in English. Most staff cannot speak English.
