I loved my stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby area is beautiful, and the room facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The outdoor seating area of the restaurant is lovely, especially for enjoying a meal in nice weather. I also appreciated the cold-press juicer in the restaurant, which provided deliciously fresh orange juice.

The leisure area becomes flooded when the swimming pool is busy, making it impossible to access without getting one’s feet wet. The swimming pool is a bit small for the sizer of the hotel. The breakfast selection was limited and, for example, did not include fried eggs, and the scrambled egg wasn't great!

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.

I was really disappointed with the lack of basic amenities at this hotel. There was no bottle of water in the room, and when we asked at the reception, they said they didn’t have any available. This was especially frustrating because all the nearby restaurants and grocery stores were already closed. After a long day of traveling, not even having access to drinking water is unacceptable. Definitely not what I expected from a hotel.

The hotel was pleasant, clean, and thoughtfully designed—from the welcoming lobby to the truly comfortable rooms. After long walks around Marseille, it was a cosy, peaceful, and safe place to return to, making our stay even more enjoyable. I want to especially thank Tata at the front desk. She was polite, warm, and incredibly helpful from the start, and even after our checkout, she assisted us with an issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication truly stands out and reflects the excellent service of the whole team. When we come back to Marseille, this will definitely be our first choice—we won’t look anywhere else. I would gladly give this hotel a full 10/10 rating in a such category and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Extremely good value for money - definitely the cheapest option around Marseille that could also offer a swimming pool. The hotel is conveniently close to the tram and bus stop, and it is just a couple of stops away from plenty restaurants and amenities.

The bed sheets were never changed during our 6-night stay, and the bed sheets were only being pulled up onto the bed. You could see this because the creases on the sheets and on the pillow cases would show from the day before. Keep in mind that the pool is pretty nice, but secluded from the outside, whereas from the photos I had the impression that it was connected to a terrace with some chairs and tables. The terrace is instead accessible through the gym. So, if you're at the pool, you end up staying "inside" the whole time, although there are some large windows that can be opened.

Requested a room with double exposition and sea view and it was really nice. The building and the room is very new, and it is a designer building which you can feel also when inside. The bed was comfortable, everything worked. Very new neighbourhood, you have a cinema and then shopping streets just 3 mins away, also some restaurants, but of course this is not the old city. Transport is good with the tram stop just at the hotel. Staff was kind also.

The fridge was noisy, I think there should be a much less noisy fridge in the room. The property mentions something about having to pay for towels, but of course there were free towels in the room. Maybe they meant if you want them changed, as this is somewhat like an apart hotel. They should explain better. Did not try the breakfast as I thought 21 Euros would be expensive.

Good fresh renovation of the room, big shower, pretty good security with card-locked lift, spacious lobby with snacks and (paid) coffee, quality electrical sockets. Pretty nice having access to free sauna and facilities. Good enough of a breakfast as well (jogurts, pastry, cheese, meats, coffee machine).

Kitchenette was small, no kitchen towel provided. There were no discounts at the local public parking. Sauna, pool and gym were extremely small and not really suitable for any prolonged usage.

The Odalys City Marseille Centre Euromed Hotel is quietly located in the new port area, offering a peaceful stay with easy access to Marseille's attractions. A deposit of €300 is required upon check-in. On our first night, we experienced issues with the availability of the double beds we had requested, but our room was replaced the next day. A special thanks to TATA, who was incredibly helpful and promptly resolved all our problems. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel does not meet its 4-star rating. The infrastructure struggles to accommodate the number of guests. We had to use the shower at the spa center near the pool because the shower in our room was unbearably hot. Additionally, the two small elevators often had long queues, as they were insufficient for the number of guests.

Great view over the harbour and towards the Iles du Frioul and the Notre-Dame de la Gard. Good size and well-laid out room. China mugs (not paper!) and selection of hot drinks in room. Bathroom good and kitchenette quite adequate. Oroper table and two chairs. Breakfast good.with fair choice but very crowded at busiest times. Convenient location by terminus of tram 2 and 3 while a short walk from Metro line 2 station at La Jolliette. Overall, it presented very good value.

Tried to use the stairs (better for our health and environment!) but many re-entry points to floors inaccessible and they don't go all the way to the ground floor. This should be sorted. A harder ask is the lack of greenery around the hotel who is too dominated by polluting major roads.

The location is very nice. Different to the city center and other areas, I felt very safe and the streets were somehow cleaner and not as busy. The room was very well lightened, spacious and well ventilated. The space, meaning the building, was also quite quiet, so I was never really bothered by any loud noises. It also had a cute small kitchen where you could potentially prepare something to eat - of course nothing to make fancy meals but it works.

Although I liked the location, I had a small issue with it being far from the center, so I was always dependent on one single tram. Nonetheless, that was never an issue and I was very comfortable with the location. There was one thing though, my room was cleaned only once, though they never asked me if I wanted at all the cleaning team to come and clean my room. I am not sure on what basis this is decided, but it would have been better that I was asked if I wanted to have my room cleaned and on what frequency.

Hotel is made in very nice design, breakfast was great, we had cool view of port, but check in was crazy long, we waited more like 30 minutes, and every guest takes around 7-10 minutes just to check in, and I did not appreciate that we had to deposit some money on card in case we would not clean or damage something i really do not remember, that is not standard in hotels.
