Rooms and breakfast were good and location is nice.

Our stay was perfect until it was time to check out. We stayed as a group of 5 in 3 rooms and at the checkout were informed that our booking only provided breakfast for three people and now we owe additional 189 euros for breakfasts. We booked through booking with breakfast included and if you used booking you know there is no such thing as one breakfast for room of two. As we had to leave we agreed to pay and immediately wrote to booking support which after some back and forth about our stay forced hotel to return our money. This felt like a try to get some money out of tourists as we were informed only in the end of 5 day stay when we had to leave. Beware if you book the hotel with breakfast included.

Very nice and professionel staff. All of them. We were given a room upgrade with no extra pay Location, location, location - perfectly restored old building. Breakfast was really good and not buffet!

It was quite difficult to get the heat in our room distributed. So very cold on the ‘lower floor’ and very hot on the ‘upper floor’

Location was great and I was able to check in early. It was a little confusing to find and I even walked into the wrong hotel but everything ended up working out. Hotel was overall very nice. Clean bathroom, clean room. I went during the “bed bug outbreak” and can happily report there were no bed begs. Very close to the metro station, maybe a 3-5 minute walk. That metro line went to great spots; Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Norte dame etc. I ended walking a lot of places like the shopping district, pantheon and Notre Dame. They were 5-25 min walks but definitely walkable. Safe neighborhood, very quiet, lots of restaurants nearby, lots of little stores nearby. Definitely would stay here again!

There was construction outside my window but I really didn’t mind it. It was during the day, when I wasn’t in my room. It’s probably finished by the time I’m writing this and nothing to really worry about.

The entire staff was extremely cordial, made me feel comfortable and welcomed right away. Were very helpful in providing information on nearby restaurants, public transport etc. The best part was tea and super tasty, homemade like pastries daily from afternoon till 8:00 pm ! Each day after I came back to the hotel after a tiring day of adventure, I loved sitting in the lobby with tea and enjoyed these tiny pastries before heading to my room. The place is small (just like any other hotel in Paris), located in an history alley and stones throw away from Notre Dame and bridges on Seine River. There are pretty good restaurants in the neighborhood too ! Loved staying here and if I came back, I would definitely consider staying here again ! 5/5 for everything. The only sort of complaint I have is, the room was two levels, not a big deal, but would have loved the huge window with a bench which is what I had seen in pictures and wanted. There are no views from the rooms, but it really doesnt matter, the location is simply amazing and close to metro stations, great boulangeries, creperies, berthilion icecream and coffees (Noir), restaurants !

Whilst the hotel is small and therefore lacks a full compliment of amenities every effort has been made to make the most of those available. The small size means you quickly get to know the staff and this makes the experience much more personal and one we found preferable. The hotel, by design, is a little quirky and that might not be to everyone’s taste but we really enjoyed the ambience. The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the main tourist areas of Paris.

There is nothing I did not like but we only stayed 3 nights and I expect that would be about average for guests. If we were looking for a longer stay then we would probably look for a larger hotel and in particular with more communal space to relax.

This hotel manages to successfully combine contemporary and traditional and is a joy to visit. The rooms are small as is typical in Paris, but are beautifully appointed with lovely little touches. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and so welcoming. Fantastic location in my favourite part of Paris. Thank you.

Rooms open onto an open atrium which has been made much better visually with a modern false plant wall but you can’t leave the window open really, it is noisy and vents warm air. However, this will likely be typical for this location in Paris which is beautiful and feels traditional.

What an amazing hotel. Right around the corner from Notre Dame, 10 mins walking to Le Marais and 20 mins walking to the Louvre. We arrived on Eurostar and took the Metro to Cité where it’s a 5 min stroll right past Note Dame. The hotel is on a lovely street with a few small independent restaurants and shops. It's not too busy either, which was a surprise considering the location. We had a room on the 6th floor with twin beds and a nice sized ensuite (shower/bath) with separate toilet. Tea/biscuits are served complementary late afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.

The lift is very small (fitting 2 adults with two small suitcases). We chose to walk up the 6 flights most of the time, which wasn't a problem for us, but there's not a chance my parents could do it. The hotel common areas are pretty small/ narrow so I'm not sure the hotel is suitable for young families, as there's not much running space for active toddlers. Otherwise I really am struggling to find fault with the hotel. Loved every minute of our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly. We arrived well before check in time but our baggage was locked up for us so we could explore. The location is very convenient. It was less than a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and 15 minutes to the Louvre. There is a Batobus stop near Notre Dame to give you access to any of the attractions near the Seine.

Elevator was very small but we were glad that it was there. We were issued one room key. The problem was that the lights in the room would only operate when the key was placed in the holder on the wall and the elevator required the key as well. If one of us left the room to go downstairs we’d need to climb the steep stairs back up to the room. This was a very minor inconvenience.

This was my second stay at the hotel, as I absolutely love the location - Marais, Saint Germain, Quartier Latin, Notre Dame, all in short walkable distances. This time I had a lovely room on the 5th floor, overlooking Paris rooftops. No sounds of traffic or street noise. The room was quite spacious (for Paris!), and there was even a smaller room with a day-bed attached. Everything was clean. There are enough pillows, and they are fluffy and soft. The bathroom has a lot of counter space for cosmetics. The staff is always friendly, smiling, polite, helpful. I didn't try the breakfast, as I prefer going to cafes and boulangeries for it, but it smelled good!

The overhead shower didn't work in my room. I had to use the handheld thing instead, which I didn't love. I forgot to mention it to the reception, or I am sure they would have fixed it. The bed is not the most comfortable, I thought the mattress felt a bit old/worn/uncomfortable. I did not see a mini fridge - it would be nice to have one for drinks/water/the strawberries I like to snack on late at night :)

This cute boutique hotel is perfect for visiting Paris. You feel so welcome and the afternoon tea is a lovely surprise. The staff are excellent and did everything to make my stay easy and comfortable. So fab to be in a quiet area but steps from sunny bars overlooking the Seine and cute cafes and great shopping. Lovely vibe both inside the hotel and on the street too. Our room was smallish but whisper quiet and had a lovey bathtub too. My included transfer from the airport was so appreciated and very well organised. Paris is so incredibly beautiful and this hotel just lovely.
