Thank you for a beautiful cosy flat, we really enjoyed it. Beautiful interior, huge beds with soft mattresses, beautiful windows, excellent bathroom, clean soft towels. Very nice little things like disposable slippers, shower gels, hairdryer, tea, coffee. In this flat we felt care and attention to guests, we will definitely come to Berlin again and stay in this room. We were left with the most favourable impressions.

The location is so central, it’s exciting to be in the middle of everything. Easy to get to Hackescher Markt, to Alexander Platz and Prenzlauerberg. Right on Rosenthaler Platz you have everything you need for daily life. UBahn (subway) and Strassenbahn (tram), a bio grocery store, a wash salon (laundromat), coffee shops and food take away places. The apartment is light airy and the rooms are generously big. The 3 bedroom we rented had two sinks in the bathroom which was practical. There was lots of space yo hang up and put away clothes & personal belongings. The beds are big and comfortable. So nice to have light cleaning everyday included in the price. & a lift to the apartments. The staff are very friendly & helpful.

The particular 3 bedroom unit we rented you had to walk through another bedroom to get to the kitchen and bathroom area. The place advertised air conditioning, but the mini split was only in one room. It worked very well. But did not cool the entire apartment, only that room where it was. So the other rooms if you needed fresh/cool air then you have to open the windows. And since it’s in such a central location that is very busy there is noise from the street. Still slept well because we were so tired from walking all of Berlin, and the beds are very comfortable.

Very nice apartment and location, all you could ask for really, ug station just around The corner and walking distance to alexanderplatz etc and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located in a pretty busy intersection, NOT A QUIET residential area, so there's plenty of noise from all the traffic, which might not give you The best sleep experience and rude awakenings from sirens happened frequently thruout our stay. Pro tip: Silicone earplugs really helps! Also, this is very well informed and highlighted from the host when you book this place on booking.com

We stayed in this apartment with five friends, and the experience was amazing! The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk from a u bahn station, making it super easy to get around the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected, giving us plenty of space to relax after long days out. The housekeeping service was outstanding, and a huge bonus was the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. I absolutely loved the unique wall art themes. It was the perfect match for a girls trip to Berlin. In this summer heat and light, it was wonderful that the room had air conditioning and good blinding curtains. Our room was cleaned everyday if we wanted so. Luxurious bathroom products were also a very nice touch.

It was pretty noisy and the beds were quite hard. It was difficult to take a shower without the entire bathroom floor being covered in water. From the pictures it looked like the room would be more spacious, but it was not that spacious, but it was okay for four people.

Liked that the room was clean; location was great; glad they warned about noise but wasn't bad for us; bathroom spacious and good; given enough towels; had a safe; appliances worked; bed comfortable; door between bathroom/foyer and room was good; umbrellas to borrow; vanity mirror in bathroom; could have basic housekeeping everyday or towel replacement; Liked that we didn't have to do a lot when checking out; Nespresso machine was helpful along with fridge; staff at front desk during day was responsive.

Staff only available for non-emergency matters 9-5 which makes it tough if you arrive late; staff has an address to write to for inquiries but never got a response so always had to go down to the desk where they always helped; kitchen needs more utensils appropriate to the cookware and a microwave; minifridge could be bigger for family of 4 and not filled with mini bar items that we had to move to make space; could use more drawers for family-size apartment.

Excellent penthouse apartment with lots of space in a great central location. We travelled as a family of six (2 adults, 4 children age 9-15 yrs) and there were plenty of bed options using the sofa beds. The beds were comfy and the kids said the same about the sofa beds. We travelled light so was concerned that there was no washing machine, but there’s a laundry service if you need it. The only thing we would have liked, is a second shower for six of us. There are two bathrooms but one has a shower-head over the middle of a bathtub so can’t really be used in the same way. The apartment is on a busy road in a great central location but if you like the window open at night, it can be noisy. So either take earplugs, or the apartment has an air conditioning unit. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! If we were staying in Berlin again, I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Excellent location for exploring Berlin and superb variety of food choices in the local area. Apartment was smart over all and well presented, comfortable and well equipped. There was ample storage space and the apartment was kept VERY clean by the service personnel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

WiFi was PAINFULLY slow. Minibar items were also prohibitively expensive given the proximity of convenience stores. There were a few untidy sticker residue patches, scratches in paintwork and loose fittings that maintainance should have picked up on.

Great location, close to metro and cafes. Modern, generous sized rooms, well equipped kitchen and furnishings, relatively new with minimal wear and tear. It would be even better if the apartment had a microwave and washing machine!

Windows are not double glazed so noise travels - Front bedroom could hear the tram going past till quite late and someone was signing on the street below at 1am which we could hear from front room.
