The breakfast was really good

We were overall very satisfied with our experience. However, one female staff member at the front desk was unfriendly. She made a mistake and insisted that I had filled out my name incorrectly, despite my details being automatically saved in the system from this app. My wife and I also felt that she displayed discriminatory behavior, which was disappointing, especially as she appeared to be a foreigner herself (possibly from a Balkan country, based on her accent). This was our only negative experience. We hope she can improve her professionalism, as such behavior could harm the hotel’s reputation

Just amazing! The room was big and airy. Two types of pillows provided Inc feather one. Microwave, tea /coffee facilities, fridge PLUS a plastic box containing cutlery, plates and washing up liquid, tea towel etc with the box doubling as a washing up bowl. A first for me and so useful. Housekeeping top class Beds so comfortable, would have brought mine home but too big for my suitcase.😅 Restaurant was super , service always with a smile despite being rushed off their feet at times! Breakfast was exceptional. Such a huge choice to suit almost everyone and most diets. A lovely airy and large breakfast room. Reception so kind and helpful and again, happy smiling faces from all which I know isn't always easy working in hospitality. Bus stop around the corner to the City and every 20 mins. Nearby small supermarket with large range of products and bakery next to it. Would certainly stay here again !

Not too far from the understand station about 10min walk to hammer kirche. Also only 2-3 stops to central Hamburg. Food was well decorated and facilities in the Dulux double were very good. Nil oven in the kitchenette though. Very comfortable and fair size room, good size balcony.

Only 2 of each thing in the kitchen including cutlery which does not get cleaned or changed during your stay. Only 3 in 1 gel in the shower. No tooth brush or paste. Single duvets on a queen bed and no spare blanket in the room. Room was dusty. When opting in for the room to be cleaned, sheets were not changed only made the bed. Nil room service available.

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bedroom - separate kitchenette area with full sized fridge, microwave, hob, kettle and coffee machine and all the utensils that we needed (even including tea towel and washing up liquid). Staff were welcoming and friendly and managed to arrange an early check in for us, which we really appreciated. Two separate frequent bus routes into the centre with stops immediately outside, (530 linking with S1 direct to the airport via Landwehr subway). We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great for us.

We had a good stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent – plenty of choice and everything fresh.

One thing to be aware of is the location. The hotel’s on the edge of an industrial estate, and it can be quite noisy at times, especially if you like to have the windows open as we do. That said, it didn’t spoil the stay – just something to keep in mind.

The room was well equipped with a great little kitchen, which was well stocked for a simple breakfast. The room and bed was comfortable and spacious with a big balcony and great views. It was in a quiet and industrial part of town. It's pretty far out from town, but has good connections with a bus every 10 mins or so, just outside the hotel.

The walls are very thin and we had many problems with rowdy and loud neighbours. The hotel staff were very quick and professional in dealing with this issue. The double bed was 2 beds pushed together, which was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Great value, everything was perfect. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, there were no sounds during the night (except for the first night when I heard people from next door talking, but nothing from the outside) and the bed was comfortable. Also the room temperature was perfect for sleeping. The breakfast is amazing, definitely go for it. Although the hotel is kinda far from the city center, there is a bus stop right in front with direct connection to the central station (+Airport).

Room large, bed large and comfortable, Kitchen OK. Bonus balcony. Loved hearing the carillon bells each hour and the 09:00 trumpeter from the impressive Störtebeker Haus round the corner from our room in the morning. Convenient buses from right outside and StadtRad hire bikes from near the small park at the end of the street.

1) Had to ask for quite a few missing items from the kitchen, (cleaning cloth, bowls, small sharp knife, toaster, coffee maker etc.), but these were supplied by your staff. 2) Not that Green: There were no facilities to sort recycling in the kitchen - just one bin for everything. We didn't find the sign to skip cleaning the room until after a few days. 3) The room got too hot and, especially with the window open to try to keep it cool, VERY NOISY FROM 06:00 each morning.

Really nicely appointed rooms and lovely balcony. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. We did not check out much of the nearby location so can't comment on the area. Parking was easy and wifi was excellent. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping knocked on the door the days after our check in just to ensure we had enough coffee etc (most places will ignore you completely unless you specifically ask to have your room made up so this bit of thoughtfulness was a pleasant surprise)

Not sure if the restaurant is run by the hotel or just sublet but very disappointing and a stark contrast to the hotel staff. The food was as if it had been taken from a supermarket frozen dinner and microwaved. The waiter (who appeared to be on his own) was quite unpleasant with us and gave us the impression we were wasting his time (he was much more friendly with other patrons) and when we got a bit confused with our room number (it wasn't on our room swipe card), it felt like he thought we were trying to stiff him on the meal. I would recommend you stay at the hotel but explore other options for dinner.

The hotel has its own reception, where the people were kind and helpful. We did not use the breakfast at the hotel, we had booked a room with its own kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped (stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes). There are two public transport bus stops right next to the hotel, which have very good connections on the U and S Bahn to the center and to the port. You can also walk to the nearest U Bahn stop, it's about a 15-minute walk. The hotel has its own parking space (for a fee), which is convenient for those arriving by car.

I have reservations about the too soft mattress in the bed. But that is very individual. There are warehouses and industrial plants around the hotel, be prepared for the area to be a bit noisier on weekdays. But it was bearable.
