Great location for nature lovers insude a large park overlooking the lake. I stayed 3 nights in a front room with a wood view and one winderful day in an back room overlooking tge lake. Bith rooms are soacious and comfortabke. The restaurant is great and affirdabke. Servuce depends of who is in tge reception.every day there was a dufferent team. Sime are friendly and sime are nit. Nit all of tgem soeak English. That is the onky flaw of this very soecial hitel. Receotion ooen between 7am and 22:30, and tge restaurant ckoses at 11lm. I would recommend the hotel to add a ciffee and bevarage machins fir early rusers and night bird's.

After soending most of my stay within tge large oermises of the hitel, and eating mist if my meals in the restaurant, i accumulated a debt if about 70 eu in the restaurant which I could only oay on my third day ofdtsy. After I had ckered out my debt I was shocked to discover that I am no longer allowed to put thecrestsuraant's bills on the room and was requested to pay fir each beverage ir coffee immediately. That left ne with a bitter taste...

Great location near the thermal baths

We were not informed that the kitchen closes at 8pm and when we arrived at the dinning area at 8:15pm, we were told they were closed and that we could go to the local McDonald’s for dinner. After informing the waitress that we had not been told about dinner hours, we were able to place a quick order or soup and salad. But it was obvious that they wanted us to eat quickly so they could go home for the evening. I have never experienced this in any hotel in any other city.

On-site parking is available, I was able to park my 5m van with ease. Rooms were clean but old, we booked 3 rooms. Our rooms had a view of the lake. We were able to dine at the restaurant after check-in. Schnitzel, currywurst, and gambas were good.

In the evening we wanted to eat dinner again in the restaurant but the staff there said they were already on holiday. Reception did not clarify that upon check-in, which is bad customer service, in my opinion. So we got a few bottles of refreshments at the reception, ate our snacks, and slept early. Btw, reception would have coffee for them, but in-house guests are not able to purchase a cup of coffee. That's so weird! So the next day, we made sure we ate breakfast, lunch elsewhere and pizza delivery for dinner. It's kinda strange, but that's the message we understood.

The hotel is ideally located in the woods, walkable distance to the Bogensee Therme Spa, and with views to the lake. It is modern, clean, and has delightfully-designed, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good. Parking onsite. We were delighted with this hotel. The price was most reasonable for the area. Highly recommended.

The hotel structure and particularly the area where it is located is very nice, surrounded by trees, with partial views of the lake, and within a short walking distance from the shore as well as from the thermal baths. As they offer a transport ticket to Constance (15-20 mins by bus) you don't need a car, although no buses seem to run after 11 pm. The walk along the lake towards the city is also worth it, about 45 mins. The apartment was big, the beds were comfy and it was clean. The discount for the thermal baths was also a nice extra.

The apartment had no air conditioning and opening the windows at night was challenging due to the lack of mosquito nets (an easy fix). It would also have been useful to know the exact sleeping arrangements when booking, only two photos were available on the site so you couldn't see this properly. The buffet breakfast was ok but a bit expensive for its quality/taste, and they didn't allow us to just order a coffee and a snack when we didn't want the buffet, so we had to have breakfast elsewhere. Everything else was all right.

The room in the modern block was amazing, with a view looking over the lake. The room is well laid out, with big windows with a good sized balcony. The open eating space was beautiful amongst the trees, and it's so close to the thermal spa.

Parking was a big issue when we arrived, which didn't start the stay well. Do make sure you check if you are driving.

The surrounding area was great as the lake was 5 minutes walk. The room in general was good. Bus stop good, but only while going to the city as it was right in front of the hotel.

The WiFi was not working fine. There were quite some insects (spider/mosquito) inside the room. I understand the place is besides the lake, but, would be great to have netted windows in such case. The location is not very accessible by bus as the bus stop is a bit far if you are coming from the city.

Beautiful scenery, peaceful area. Felt very safe and relaxed there. They left a complimentary pair of ear plugs and a sparkling mineral water which was lovely!

It does take a while to get there from the train station (near 40 minutes) and the nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk away at the bottom of a slight incline. Otherwise, it's not bad.

Beautiful hotel room, with comfortable and cosy balcony and amazing view on the lake. Delicious and rich breakfast, a lot of posibilities to sit outside, lake in short walk distance. Parking in the front of the hotel building (the new one), bus to the city centre in the front of the hotel.

The receptionist could behave more friendly. Glass door and wall of the toilet.
