The location is very good. A few minutes from the airport via car and a few minutes from the Palace of Knossos by car as well, which makes it very convenient. There is a cafe attached to the hotel and the street that the hotel is on has lots of markets, banks, shops, cafes, etc. The cleaning staff is very friendly, and Kiki was very responsive to my messages and calls whenever I had a question. There is both assigned parking and street parking available which was also very convenient.

Nothing! The beds are a bit firm, but that is a personal preference and not a criticism.

Perfect location to explore Knossos or the nearby beaches. Close to the highway so you can leave the city pretty fast and avoid the traffic jams. There is a bus station right in front and it takes you about 15 min by bus to go to the old part of the city. The apartment is nice, we spent there 2 nights and it was just fine. It will be uncomfortable if you want to eat inside and you are more than 2 people. However, the cafe/restaurant in the building is great, there is a supermarket, a bakery nearby, so no need to worry about getting food. The staff was very polite, the house keeping ladies gave our kids a small treat. There were coffee capsules and 2 bottles of water waiting for us, a nice touch.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom on the first day, after that it disappeared. But this did not have any impact on our stay.

Our room was spacious and well laid out. The kitchenette was well equipped for a short stay. We had half board and the food in the Démodé Bistro was excellent with outrageously big portions! Kiki was always available via Whatsapp and responded immediately to our questions. Staff in the Bistro were very friendly and some of them very accommodating. We liked the parking on site, very handy.

The decor is beautiful but impractical. The dark surfaces in the toilet get easily dirty and they didn’t get cleaned during our short 2day stay. The staff in the bistro weren’t always sure whether drinks were included in our package so we got drinks included the first night but were charged for drinks the second night 🤷🏻‍♀️

This hotel was beautiful, very modern and clean and central to my needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and satisfied all of my needs with a fully equipped kitchenette and the room represents exceptional value for money. My holiday was punctuated by unfortunate circumstances and the hotel manager Kiki could not have done more than she did to assist me with my extended stay and provided much needed assistance and a very special thanks to her. The hotel was also located above the best restaurant in the area providing added convenience. I very highly recommend this hotel.

The Breakfast included was very good and made to order! Also, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and fresh.

This is a very small thing. If you have a rental car the GPS does not take you to where you can park and if you are unfamiliar it might take a bit to figure it out. As far as the room. The shower door did not close all the way so the floor in the bathroom was wet for the rest of the day into the night after a shower.

Great location, easy to walk around the neighborhood, some good restaurants and bakeries nearby. Room was recently renovated or new, and clean.

We had a reservation for six, but only four towels upon arrival at 4pm. We messaged them but it was too late for someone to bring more towels. Additionally, two of the mini splits we couldn't get to work correctly. Not a huge deal as we left early in the morning, it was a quick stay.

The room is very modern and up-to-date.

The room is very petite, good for one person but quite small for two. We had a bad experience getting into the property. We had alerted the property of our arrival time and arrived on time, but as it was outside the time when a receptionist is present, there was no one there. The property’s policy is to provide information on how to get in the day beforehand., but we did not receive any such information.

Used this accommodation to enable us to get to Knossos at 8.00 to get ahead of the queues for which it worked perfectly. Very modern suite with all facilities. Helpful staff although they had limited English.

Noise from the road. Our suite faced directly onto the road and had a balcony and a view. However the road is very busy and the noise was intrusive. Pretty certain that rooms further back in the building would have been very much quieter so if you are disturbed by noise try and book one of these.

We really liked this place! Very comfortable with a small kitchen and a decent sized space for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was awesome (we'd been in the south for a week and had little to no wifi for days so it was nice to catch up.) Lots of restaurants in the area- would be a great base for seeing a lot of this area, you could even walk downtown if you wanted, it's not too far. Private parking was a big plus! We'd definitely stay here again if we were in Heraklion.

It was mostly quiet but the doors are really loud when they close, which is a little startling. A door sweep to keep out some of the noise from the hallway would be great. The local area is a little noisy but not bad- I had to wear ear plugs but it was Saturday night so could have been more noisy than most nights- I'm a light sleeper so if you're not you won't have problems.

The hotel is only a few minutes by car from the airport. Spacious room, perfect Service with good information for self check in. Our room also had everything you need to cook something, coffee machine etc. Beds were comfortable. Would book again
