Very easy instructions to get access code, to store luggage on site and check out. The view from the apartment was great for sunrise and sunset, the facilities available was everything you can need during a stay, easy to contact the host company for things like extra towels if needed. the apartment is exceptionally clean, warm, and has all the kitchen equipment to cook. Very spacious for a family of 4 (we had a 2 bed apartment, with a sofa bed in the living room which was very comfortable). Personally thought it was great value for money and if I'm back in Reykjavik, I will look to book with them again. The company also had a webpage that explains how to use the hob/induction stove or the machines in the house as some of them were different to how it is in my country. Thought this was very helpful! We visited in April when it was cold outside and we could control the heat in the apartment really well. The closed window balcony was lovely to have a cup of tea in, after a long day out. There's a Large Bonus store within 1km walking distance. Almost all tours pick up and drop from bus stop 12 right outside this place, so convenient for tourists.

Nothing really, stay was exceptionally comfortable. No complaints.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a balcony. The property was very well thought out. The master bedroom had a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with TV. The smaller bedroom had 2 single beds and a rack whilst the sofa bed in the living room was exceptionally uncomfortable. The layout of the kitchen was amazing and everything was so straight forward to use. Staff were exceptionally accommodating to us and very easy to reach at all times and took their time to help us when we were struggling to get the access codes for the apartment. Didn’t use the balcony as much due to weather but it was very comfy and had a nice view of the park outside which was very pretty when it snowed. Also the house has floor heating so we were NEVER cold!

We enjoyed everything! I think the only thing we struggled with was the access codes and understanding which ones to use but other than that this trip and stay was perfect!

Spacious apartment. Great having a washer / dryer in unit. Not too far a walk from the areas one wants to visit in Reykjavik, but it'll be a bit further away. About 30 minute walk or so. Right near the #12 bus stop where you can get picked up for tours.

Instructions on website were incorrect on code to luggage storage room. Had to call their number early in the am to clarify what it was.

Our room booking does not include breakfast. I like the location ,There is very good, convenient for traveling, relaxing and shopping. There are quite a few complete facilities. The living room and dining room are very spacious. The guest bathroom is very large.

On the last day of our stay, a new guest with the same door code as me opened the door into our room while we were resting, making us feel unsafe. The shower room with the tub should have a splash guard and sometimes the toilet shower has no water and takes a long time to wait. As for the waste disposal, we did not find any card for opening the trash can and we did not find any trash for bottles and cans.

Overall, we had a good experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent — if you’re planning to join a bus tour, Bus Stop 12 (a common meeting point) is right downstairs. There are also three supermarkets nearby, including the budget-friendly Bonus, which makes shopping very convenient. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The only issue we had was during check-in. We arrived early and wanted to drop off our luggage, but the lockbox wasn’t working. Later, when we tried to enter the room, the code provided didn’t work either. Fortunately, the staff responded and helped us resolve the issue. After that, everything went smoothly.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. I had a view of Hallgrimskirkja from the balcony! The location is excellent, in walking distance from all the major sites and just a few minutes away from the water with the beautiful views of the mountains. Best of all, it's just a few steps away from bus stop #12, where all the tour buses stop – very convenient if you have a tour that leaves early in the morning or gets back late at night. There's also a public bus stop just a few minutes away. Service is great and I got swift responses to any question I had – I just messaged them through the Booking.com system and they got back to me right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were super comfortable, close to the city centre but no night time noise there. Handy to have the carpark under the building. Kitchen was good and liked having washing machine.

The couch was not very comfortable, looks better than it feels but it was okay.

The Sif apartment was wonderfully centrally located with available garage and ample street parking. The Neighborhood was wonderful to walk around and Safe with a few nearby restaurants. The building was CLEAN, QUIET, Travel and user friendly. There was an issue with WiFi. If possible I recommend that renters pay your cell phone company for internet service. As travelers it was difficult to check in for airline reservations. Iwould definitely recommend this property !

Upon arriving we had the “no contact “ entrance package. When we arrived at the unit, as a seasoned traveler and AbnB owner I immediately inspected the property and took pictures. There were a few items in the apartment that needed attending to. I attempted contact with the owner via the booking app but wasn’t successful. The WIFI was non existent !! At night there was a problem flushing the toilets. There also was a Sulfur odor that was omitted in both restrooms

This apartment was perfect for our trip! We really loved it! The apartment is modern and has everything you might need from kettle/toaster to washing machine and drier! Literally anything you might need! Checking in and out was also a breeze as you get your codes in a text and everything is super easy from there. We were also able to leave our luggage in a storage area after checkout and walk around Reykjavík a little longer before our flight. The location is perfect! Bus stop 12 is just 2 minutes away so very convenient for all excursions and airport pickups. Honestly couldn’t fault it and will definitely be returning!

It was spacious modern, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Easy to find parking on the main roads. Airport transfer bus stops just infront of the property. Sif is right next to the foss hotel. There are some walkable food options around the area including the food hall at Hlemmur. SIF is a self catering apartment so while I did not meet any staff, they were easy to contact and very helpful in letting us know where we could get fresh towels or pillows at the property.

Unfortunately my apartment was on the ground floor so I didn’t get a view of the ocean . Nonetheless, it was still private, quiet and pleasant. It is not in the city centre but you can get to centre easily by driving 10mins or less so I would still recommend this place.
