I liked the cleanliness of the room and the amenities.

I didn't like how the stairs were far from the entrance and that we had to bring our suitcases up some staires then back down at the end of the hall.

The property exceeded my expectations, as I hadn’t noticed before booking that it includes a kitchenette (with utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and everything needed to have a meal at home), as well as a table with two chairs. This was extremely useful since we returned late at night from our activities. In Iceland, you can find very good pre-cooked meals at supermarkets, so having the option to eat in was perfect. I was also impressed by a sign in the bathroom explaining that the sulfur smell is normal and comes from water coming from geysers and that we would actually miss it after leaving Iceland. And it’s true, I already do! After booking, we received a detailed message with information on how to get into the property and other useful information. It was also very helpful that we could leave our luggage in the storage area after check-out. If you're arriving by car, there's convenient parking right in front of the building. If not, the nearest bus stop is around a 5-minute walk away. We used our mobile data during our stay, so I can't comment on the quality of the WiFi. Overall, I really liked the place and can sincerely recommend it.

Very nice studio, very close to the city center, Bonus supermarket nearby. It has a small kitchenette and a private bathroom. Also, a working TV. Towels and toiletries provided. The only down is that when you try to cook it gets very hot and humid in the room, as we couldn't open any window. But all in all was a great stay and good value for money.

Checkin was very easy, the room was big and clean. The location is good but next time we'd like to be a bit closer to the city center. I recommend this property it's great value for money, the rooms are lovely, clean. The storage they offer is great and no human interaction check-in was seamless.

Automatic check-in and check-out were flawless, much appreciated the luggage storage, and the unit was very clean. Also, I hadn't realized just how perfect the location is! About a 5-minute walk to the public transit stop, 3-minute walk to shops, 7-minute walk to tour bus stops.

The kitchen utensils could use some upgrading

We were unable access any English speaking television. Wasn’t a problem as we don’t watch a lot and we’re on holiday. Sometimes nice to have an option during family/downtime.

Great location, close to bus pick ups and city centre and waterfront, kitchen was well equipped for at home breakfast or easy dinner.

Maybe getting a little dated but it was clean and comfortable and warm.

Walking distance to the city center and close to leave the city for tours.

Dirty windows, dirty dishes…

very clean room, staff response was fast , when i was enquiring my code to the room. convenient location, near to city center and supermarket.

We have a good experience at Stay Apartment, clean room, good location and they allowed me to do early clock in. I highly recommend that place.
