Checkin was very easy, the room was big and clean. The location is good but next time we'd like to be a bit closer to the city center. I recommend this property it's great value for money, the rooms are lovely, clean. The storage they offer is great and no human interaction check-in was seamless.

Automatic check-in and check-out were flawless, much appreciated the luggage storage, and the unit was very clean. Also, I hadn't realized just how perfect the location is! About a 5-minute walk to the public transit stop, 3-minute walk to shops, 7-minute walk to tour bus stops.

The kitchen utensils could use some upgrading

We have a good experience at Stay Apartment, clean room, good location and they allowed me to do early clock in. I highly recommend that place.

Great central location, with plenty parking. Never saw any staff, but it was very efficient. Good layout for family of 5.

The apartment is very well located, very spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent. Communication with host was easy and quick, the apartment's heating system is excellent and the beds are super comfy!!

Just to mention areas for improvement, the blinds and windows could use some maintenance, and the bathroom needed a better cleaning, but these were minor issues, everything else was very good or excellent.

Really comfortable and warm

Still in the city center, but with the Icelandic cold during winter also 10 mins walking seem an era!

Nothing, it was great.

The apartment was spacious with easy access,street parking, complimentary coffee and sweets,as well as tea and spices for cooking. The apartment is just a 5min walk from the city centre, as well as having street parking for which you don't have to pay,as it is out of the Pay Zones.

Would have been great to have a mop,so we can clean up after we walk in the appartment with wet shoes. Would have been also great to have some kind of mops near the windows,the condensation is a lot and water usually makes puddles next to the windows,we used our bath Towels to clean up the water each morning.

Nice location easy walk into center of the city

The location was great, just down the road from bus stop 13 and bus stop 12 was a short walk - these are the bus stops that 3 of our tours picked us up from so that was handy. Grocery store (bonus) a few mins walk and all the touristy bits within 15 minutes walk. The self check in was easy and instructions were clear - good communication. Free parking just across the street. There is a nice cafe across the street too. Apartment is basic but has exactly what you need. We cooked a couple times and everything was in good working order. They have a little pantry in the entry with things that are often needed like salt/toilet paper and dishwasher liquid. Happy with our stay.

Windows were quite dirty so it looks a little dindgy from the outside.
