Drain slow, light bulb and heater in master bedroom not working ( I change light bulb from kitchen to master bedroom myself)

Superb apartment with all facilities required

The sulphur smell in the hot water but that’s Iceland for you I guess!

Size of room, cleanliness, amenities, and decent location. We were informed we could park at back earlier than check-in and stay the next day until no later than 3pm. Appreciated this very much. Actually left around noon. We really appreciated that communication regarding how to check in was emailed several days in advance. Unlike a couple places that sent emails the day of check-in when we had no access to our email - pathetic. Also appreciated we found the place on our GPS unlike many places outside the capital.

TV was useless. Couldn't get anything on it.

Comfy room which met our needs for a one night stop-over.

Our apartment was on ground level & right on the street, so we not comfortable opening the curtains & we felt a bit closed in. However it was only a one night stay so this wasnt too big a deal. Self service check in & no interaction with staff & we were a little unsure about the parking instructions. You can actually park at the front of the building despite the signs- though I'm unsure how they know who is staying & who is not as we did not have to register our car number plate.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Reykjavik. 2 minute walk to the Laugavager. It is surrounded by nearby bars and restaurants. Plus a 24-hour shop to purchase groceries. The apartment was spacious with two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one being a boys' toilet). Kitchen with all the amenities and lounge. We also had a balcony. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and there were clear instructions sent from the apartment prior. We just collected our key and straight to the apartment. There is a lift and laundry in the basement. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here each time we visit Reykjavik due to great location, beautiful apartments, and great value for money. We will be back again. Parking onsite as well if you have hired a car and great WiFi connection which is also free.

The place is so clean, smells clean and fresh. It doesn't smell of cleaning chemicals. We were able to check in early for a fee. Location is great, close to Laugagevur, the main shopping street where there are lots of eateries and souvenir stores. The apartment has a ref,stove,dishwasher,microwave,water kettle,coffee maker, bread toaster, pots and pans, dishes and cutleries, mugs and glasses.It's a home away from home. There is also a luggage storage. The General Manager, Reza is very helpful with all our queries like where to go and places to see. He was also very helpful in looking for and finding my Ozempic which was in a case.

The bathtub has half an enclosure and no shower curatin that water spills outside the bathtub and into the floor which is a health and safety issue.

Location of the property is great; it also has free parking, which is great if you have your own vehicle; since it is located downtown, you can leave your vehicle at the hotel and go walking (or by a taxi) to avoid looking for parking spots in the downtown area. The apartment also had all the amenities, including a small kitchenette. Kept very clean as well.

Our apartment was in the basement, and there are no elevators (or we didn't see them anyway); so if you come with heavy luggage, then carrying it up/down stairs is not always easy.

The location was great! So close to the centre of Reykjavik. Luggage storage was easy and staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable.

It does not state in the listing that laundry is an additional cost- this was a shock when we were trying to do laundry. Also the room had no kitchen amenities so we had to buy our own tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc and laundry detergent which was a shame as we could not buy small amounts of any.

This was a nice apartment which met our needs of a large travel group. We had booked 2 of the 3-bedroom apartments. There are lifts so carrying our luggage to the upper floors was not a problem. We were able to park our rentals in front of the apartment. The apartment is furnished well with a fully equipped kitchen which we used to prepare breakfast.

One of the rooms had a glass cutout looking into the living area and did not have any curtains. This took away the privacy of the person using that bedroom.

Self check in was easy, instructions were clear. Would like a little more kitchen essentials such as oil and seasonings for simple cooking. Location was great, not too far out from the city, good cafe and supermarket within walking distance and near to tour buses pick up points as well.Wa It's quiet but safe.

Water had a strong sulphur taste, even though it is stated that the water is from the spings which makes it safe to drink but i've also stayed at other accommodations where the water tastes cleaner.
