Very comfortable beds, super breakfast delivered directly to your room, and excellent service. Very nice, spacious and modern room. We also got some great recommendations on where to go and what to visit—things I didn’t find on Google. I liked the lounge with the honesty bar and its amazing view. It felt like an extended part of your room. The room was on the 20th floor - the highest building in Reykjavik – what a view! Just 5 min walk to the main street with restaurants and pubs. Enjoyed the stay very much!

All was good! Maybe jst a minor thing - the lightning was automatic, and sometimes it disappears just under the shower :) But it was light anyway.

Wonderful hotel. We loved our stay. Super breakfasts delivered exactly on time to the room. Housekeeping standards are top class, with great daily service. Special thanks to Anni for her help in finding exactly the right restaurant for a birthday celebration . A surprise birthday cake was also delivered with breakfast . Kelly also went the extra mile and delivered a surprise package for us just before we left. The total team made our stay memorable. I am a Lifetime Titanium Member for Marriott Bonvoy.........and this small , private hotel was better than any of the many great experiences I have had at Marriott group's 5 STAR properties around the world. Small is beautiful :)

Morning breakfast was beautiful and delivered to your room on a trolley so you could eat in bed while looking at the views. Bathtub was amazing next to the huge window! Very spacious and loadssss of room for clothes storage. Self serve bar near reception (just scan and pay but very expensive!) You also can't buy alcohol in shops unless you want low percentage beer 2.4 so be prepared!) Lots of English tv channels. 15 minutes walk to all the shops etc. Free parking outside the hotel of a weekend.

I booked a birthday package with a cake/balloons and sign, however it was quite underwhelming for the price so wouldn't suggest! But overall would defo go back again for a luxury stay.

Truly phenomenal! What an amazing stay. The view, amenities and ambience exceeded my expectations by tenfold. The breakfast spread was elite. The location is extremely walkable but also has many transport links and also many group tours pick up locally. Staff were warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to assist me in any need that I required. Highly recommend and if I were to ever return to Reykjavik this would be my hotel of choice.

Unbeatable view and room design. Aside from that, it's the best balance between a full service hotel and the privacy of an Airbnb-like rental. The experience itself is very intimate and catered as there are a very limited number of rooms and guests at a time. The staff were very ready to help with absolutely anything at all. The honesty bar is also AWESOME for having some drinks without the fuss of going to a hotel bar - feels just like going to your kitchen to fix a drink at home.

If you like using streaming services with hotel TVs, it does seem like their setup has some quirks. Rather than signing in on the tv, you have to use the casting function from your phone that likes to disconnect and stop your streams every so often. Such a minor con compared to all the pros though!

Incredible accommodation with fantastic views of the city, ocean and mountains. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious and equipped with a free mini bar of soft drinks and snacks as well as a coffee maker. The staff were also very helpful when we were unable to make a booking at the Blue Lagoon or Skye lagoon because of volcanic activity and advised us about another lagoon just outside of the city. The breakfast provided was enormous and superb!!! Just wish that we’d been able to stay for longer.

Nothing to dislike or complain about

Location is excellent with incredible views from our fabulous room overlooking the harbour and city. Continental breakfast was very tasty and varied every morning. We requested a packed breakfast for the morning of our flight, which we collected on our way out at 6am. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Staying here made our break in Iceland even more special.

Their genuine welcoming nature made me feel at home in this foreign land. They were always ready to offer suggestions, answer questions, and provide that extra touch of Icelandic hospitality. Overall, my experience at Tower Suites was a blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine warmth. I left with a heart full of gratitude and a memory bank filled with unforgettable moments.

During our stay, we missed breakfast in our suite on some days due to early tour meeting times. However, the staff exceeded expectations by providing quick grab-and-go meals for us to take along the way.

We loved the room, the views, and all the amenities. Great little nespresso bar and drinks available. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome, and everything was clean and comfortable.

When we checked in, would have wished there was a sign downstairs and someone downstairs so we weren't lost.
