We loved staying at O'Sullivan's BnB! It was clean, organized and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were very helpful and provided everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious. Our breakfast was incredible!

Keep in mind that this location is about a 15 minute drive to town. We chose it because we didn't want to stay in a busy area. You do have to get a taxi (which our hosts had info for). The taxi drivers were lots of fun to talk to and arrived within 10 minutes of our call.

Everything! Bernie is amazing and offered advice, practical help and support when my car broke down and it looked as though our day driving the Ring of Kerry was in jeopardy, she was ready to take us into Killarney to catch a bus tour so we wouldn't miss out altogether and stayed up late to make sure the breakdown man turned up and we were ok. It was so appreciated and incredibly kind. In addition, the bedroom decor was beautiful, the drinks and snacks in the lounge were always stocked up and a great variety was offered. For the first time in a 2 week trip, my friend could have her green tea! The choice at breakfast was extensive and varied and beautifully cooked. The yoghurts are made locally and MUST be tried as they're so creamy. It is on the edge of the Killarney National Park and was really peaceful and idyllic, with a pretty front garden with seats for guests to use. We really can't recommend Bernie and Seamus and O'Sullivans highly enough.

Beautiful bedroom and very comfortable bed with gleaming white sheets and cover. Good size bathroom with electric shower and piping hot water in the wash hand basin. Seating to relax in the front garden, and large sitting room with tea/coffee available at all times. The whole area was immaculate.

The recommendations of the host concerning restaurants and places to visit. Many thanks to Bernie and her husband for making us feel at home. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made, and very good. Good location close to Ring of Kerry and kilarney but still in a very quiet location. Recommendable!

absolutely nothing

The hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us for our stay for a family wedding in Muckross House nearby. We were able to check in early to get ready for the wedding and the host Bernie even dropped my husband to the hotel to collect his car the next morning. Lovely quiet setting with a good sized room and a shared living area if you wanted to watch tv and use the kettle to make drinks. You can also help yourself to biscuits which is nice of an evening. Nice comfy bed and lots of local knowledge you can make the most of. Close to everything if you have a car and a good hearty breakfast to set you up for your day of exploring.

The doors rattled a lot when the wind blew and as the floor was wooden the noises carried.

We loved the hospitality of the hosts and the large guest room we stayed in. It has a wonderful view to the hills and it was well appointed and clean and felt like home. We loved the Irish Breakfast as well as the other dishes offered at breakfast. It was just a perfect place to relax, see the local area and not be right in the town.

Bernie is very sweet and took care of us like a mother! She would serve hot breakfast of our choice in the morning, make the bed while we were gone, and gave a lot of helpful travel tips. Her place is very beautiful with colorful decor in a peaceful neighborhood.

Only a tiny point but we like a wake up cup of tea in the morning but the kettle in the sitting room was cleared away for the breakfast setting.
