The farm house is a small family run 2 room B&B. We felt like we were staying with family instantly upon arrival. Eileen was a wonderful host from start to finish. She provided some good tips for local sights along with maps of the town and peninsulas. The huge breakfast each morning (eggs, bacon, sausage, homemade breads, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, tea and more) got us ready for the long days of exploring the area. While the house sits along a busy main street into Killarney town, the bedrooms were quiet, comfortable and had everything needed. It’s an easy 7-10 minute or less drive into town with free parking after 6pm. We found it convenient for both the Ring of Kerry and Slea Head drive. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights :-)

Like most bathrooms in Ireland the shower is a bit small. It wasn’t an issue for us…just mentioning in case a large shower is a must-have for anyone.

We had the loveliest time! The breakfast was really homely with home-baked Soda Bread and Scones and a variety of cooked options, which Eileen freshly prepared. She gave us a lot of helpful tips for our travels. Really cute bed and breakfast with a super comfy bed, overall a really lovely home base near Killarney! Clearly the best stay we had during our 2 weeks trip around Ireland!

The hostess was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was very tasty. The accommodation is very close to the Ring of Kerry. it is possible to make a comfortable day visit, which we did clockwise on the advice of the hostess. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Nearby is a busy road, which is uncomfortable if you want to have an open window

For me this was a good loaction, outside of the city but closeby all Kerry top activities. The host was extremely friendly and knew the area perfectly tomgive advise on any activity you can have in mind. Breakfast was perfect. Inthink she has only two rooms, and in the morning we had breadfast together with the second couple. A bit unusual for me but it was actually fun as we were sharing experiences on our trip. All needed amenities available including bottled water in the room.

We could not really open the windows as the street is quite loud with fast driving cars. If you look for a night out in bars you would need to drive, but for menthat was no problem.

Perfect host Eileen who was very welcoming. Gave us lots of tips and maps for travelling and great places to eat. Lovely to chat with. Very good room with great attention to detail. She dried our clothes and tidied the room the next day. Arranged our early check in with ease.

The location is excellent for all things Killarney. The hosts were simply delightful, and resourceful. The rooms were spacious and clean. WIFI was great. Shower was hot. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations. And the breakfast was a 'FULL' meal. Eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, tea, cereal, fruit. Everything.

Breakfast was lovely, relaxed, freshly cooked each morning and always with a lovely smile and chat from host; Eileen. She had maps and guides of the areas we were traveling through and was very happy to advise on ideas of where to go, where to eat etc. etc..

Only slight negative would be the road noise of passing vehicles at night, but this was due to us wanting to have the windows open. No noise when windows are shut. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

The owners who live on the property was very gracious and served us a huge breakfast. We had a comfortable king size bed upstairs and the price was reasonable.

Location great, loved it that it was a lovely small homely bed and breakfast. Eileen and her dogs were brilliant

The best "Base" for loads of hiking trips we could possibly imagine. Eileen is such a warm person and supply's you with all the information about any trip in Kerry you can think of. The breakfast is great and her dogs are just adorable. We had a really great time in the most comfortable room and would always recommend it to others.
