The location and rooms were very nice.The rooms were cleaned every day, although not very well. It was enough for daily cleaning. Our tea, water, coffee and cola supplies were renewed every day.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, except for the lady who worked at the reception in the mornings and was allergic to everything.We had booked 2 rooms. in room 130, The heating system in one room was not working. We didn't mention it to the reception because we didn't need it that much. I think they thought about this and put a small stove in the room.

Everything was perfect

the rooms were clean and comfortable. We told the attendant that we wanted still water and they changed it immediately. location was perfect. Especially shampoos with bergamot are great.Our tea and coffee in the room was renewed every day. Other than that everything was very nice.

I wish there were hotel slippers in the room. If we asked, maybe they would give it. I do not know. Other than that, the only thing we were not happy with was the unfriendly attitude and lack of smiling face of the woman who was only at the reception in the mornings and was allergic to everything.

Very modern, good location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, option for breakfast if wanted, good facilities. Local bars a few steps away from the hotel, made it handy for a nightcap. 5 minute walk away from a metro station, one stop away from the main square

Few local bars made it loud overnight, however not the hotels fault. Breakfast was expensive however optional

Pleasant staff throughout hotel, clean room coffee machine and for once sufficient capsules.comfortable bed room serviced well.

As with most hotels poor lighting, although good lights by bed for reading. Only real problem was the bathroom door , a heavy sliding door which when fully closed was almost impossible to open. It really needs some kind of handle on the inside.

Enjoyed our short break ... the guy at front desk was very helpful at check in !! ..sorry forgot your name !! Hotel is very conveniently located right in the centre of Vienna with a few paces away from St Stephans Cathedral. Lots of restaurant options close nearby. Room was clean and comfortable with necessary amenities. If I can find a downside its the price of the breakfast which is quite expensive

Great location in walking distance to all the important sights. Really clean and good sized room. Really tasty breakfast with lot of options. Special mention to the extremely friendly staff at the breakfast who gave always such a nice start for our days, you really are professionals of customer service 🏅

Guy on reception who checked us in was lovely, very knowledgeable on the city of Vienna and showed us on the map where we were and all the different sights we could see. Room was lovely, spacious, clean and a very good shower. Hotel bar was also impressive too. Location was close to UBahn stations and also walkable to the main sights of Vienna.

Location was perfect. Short distance to historical City Center, also tram & bus connections were close. Hotel Rooms were Air conditioned, which was a big plus due to hot summer temperatures. Water bottles were replaced daily with new ones, which was helpful👌 Bed and pillows were good.

Breakfast was little bit disappointing. For 25€ Price, there was quite little to choose from.

After the check out we requested to have a hot tea at the hotel’s restaurant as it was rainy and windy weather outside but wasn’t posibile - the lady sent us to the room to have a tea 🙁; apparently you can only eat there; so, we left the hotel wet and frozen. I think at this level they should serve a tea if you ask and pay for it.
