Unfortunately, I had scammers get into my bank account the night before so I did not have access to any money that night. I was also very late checking in and they had no problem with that. They were kind enough to wait till the next day to accept payment for the room. The front desk staff were so kind to us during our stay. They let my daughter have a friend sleep over and swim in their pool one of the nights we stayed there. Great staff and thank you so much!

The only downside was that we didn't have a microwave or mini fridge in the room. There was a microwave on the first floor though. It would be great if they could have this available in all the rooms in the future!

Everything was honestly great. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were all amazing—friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was always right on schedule. For the price, the service was truly excellent. I only took off one star just because there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room. It would be awesome to have one, especially for keeping snacks or food cold so they don’t go bad. Also, it’s only about a 4 km drive to Niagara Falls—super close by car. Thanl you!

The facilities and room was spotlessly clean, the furnishing seemed new and the bed was very comfortable. The large and FREE parking was a nice bonus. I would rank this Comfort Inn along with the top hotel chains (e.g, Marriott) one finds along Niagara Falls. The attached IHOP was a great convenience and was equally clean with good breakfast food. BTW - The small take out stand out front served up served up delicious chicken shawarma for a quick evening bite.

Our one brief night stay was not sufficient to detect any negative issues at all.

The staff are welcoming, professional and attentive. The pool was a plus (although we didn't have the chance to use it), IHOP in the lobby was another plus, distance to the falls was what we preferred (7min), but close enough. Cleaning Ladies did a great job with our room. Great location on a budget.

The only downsides were, the carpet in our room had a smell of mildew. It didnt smell up the room, but you'd notice it if you got low enough to the ground. Also, the tub seemed to be a little clogged (no biggie) and the hot tub in the pool area was not operational.

The rooms were very adequately-sized and comfortable. The bed was very soft and not lumpy. The bathroom was very clean and well-stocked with linens and toiletries. The lobby and hallways were very nicely cleaned and maintained. I made heavy use of the fitness facilities, which were more than adequate for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Joanne and Tiffany.

There was no breakfast included, but a coupon for the on-site IHOP is given upon check-in. Unfortunately, they didn't open at 8:00AM, as their sign indicated. In fact, it was still dark at 8:10AM, when we gave up and went somewhere else. The price for the facilities is excellent, but unfortunately that level of value attracts some less-than-desirable people, who roam the halls drunk after midnight, making quite a bit of noise. The staff are very responsive to this, though.

The location of this Comfort Inn is excellent. It is close to family, stores, restaurants and attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed that there were some upgrades since our last stay (ie, new carpets, new bathtub). The lobby was decorated for Christmas which was very cozy and inviting. And finally, the rate was extremely reasonable. We'll definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect to enjoy a visit to The Falls, yet stay away from all the activity. The beds were not very comfortable at all! I had trouble getting to sleep and was still awake at 4:00 am after a full day of activity!

For the price they charge, this is an excellent place. The bathroom are very clean. For a person who tries to stay at a 5 star always, this was really good for the price point

Rooms need to have slightly brighter lighting. The clock on the Microwave is an hour late (because it has not been corrected for daylight savings time) (this made me wake up an hour late - not that it was a big problem but the moment I woke up at my usual time, my eyes first saw the clock on the Microwave which is at a straight angle and I slept off thinking I'm an hour early :)

Pool was nice for my grandson staff at desk very nice and helpful. No smoking 🚭 and was very clean

No breakfast included at this location. IHOP restaurant attached but very expensive!! Comfortable bed and accommodations

Our room had a fridge but our friends did not. Would have liked a microwave in the room.
